Abstract
The present invention relates to an aqueous lubricant composition for processing a metallic material. It discloses an aqueous lubricant composition for metal material working which is excellent in workability, degreasing property and working condition. The aqueous lubricant composition is suitably used in the field of plastic working, particularly in warm press forming of various metal materials, particularly magnesium-based or aluminum-based nonferrous metal materials. The aqueous lubricant composition for processing metallic materials comprises a solid lubricant, (B) at least one member selected from the group consisting of (i) an organic metal carboxylate and (ii) a metal salt of an organic phosphoric acid ester or boric acid ester, and if necessary, (C) a nitrogen-containing compound.
Description
The application is that application number is the dividing an application of PCT application in 200580009714.8 (international filing date is on March 29th, 2005), denomination of invention country's stage that enters that is " aqueous lubricant composition for metal material working ".
Technical field
The present invention relates to Water-based Lubricant for Metal Working composition and adopt this water-based lubricant composition to produce the method for the metallic substance of temperature and pressure processing.More particularly, the present invention relates to such Water-based Lubricant for Metal Working composition, it has excellent machining property, degreasing performance, processing environment etc., and be preferably used for plastic working field, be particularly preferred for various metallic substance, specifically, the temperature and pressure manufacture field of magnesium base or aluminium base non-ferrous metal material, and relate to the method that adopts this water-based lubricant composition to produce efficiently the metallic substance of temperature and pressure processing.
Background technology
Therefore the plastic working that, lubricant is used to metal is to reach following purpose: reduce the friction between metallic substance and instrument or mould; Make metal plastic deformation carry out more steadily; And promotion instrument or mould cooling and it is shielded and the disengaging of metallic substance from instrument or mould.
Meanwhile, because magnesium alloy is alloy the lightest in the middle of practical metal and have excellent properties as electromagnetic wave shielding performance thereby be used widely in recent years.Magnesium alloy is at present mainly by die casting with touch and to melt molding and process, but points out, this kind of processing technology requires after processing, to carry out surface finish, and this kind of processing technology almost cannot be applied to thin-wall product.
And using after magnesium alloy plate can be applied to thin-wall product and not require processing as the press working of material to be processed, carry out surface finish., magnesium alloy is very poor in processability at normal temperatures, therefore generally the temperature of 200~300 ℃, carries out press working.During press working, suppress the fracture that oily lubricity deficiency can cause machined material, its adhesion on mould or like that. Therefore, press working adopts special lubricant.
As mentioned above, the lubricant that the plastic working of magnesium alloy plate is used must have, in warm temperature, generally between the temperature range of 100 ℃~300 ℃, the lubricity that suppresses machined material fracture and adhere on mould, just can show high working property energy, and must remove by general degreasing method.
Solid-film lubricant has been applied to the temperature processing of magnesium alloy plate at present.Yet this kind of working condition requirement implemented striping and processed after processing, and can not implement simple skimming treatment. Therefore, productivity inevitably declines.
Meanwhile, there is environmental problem in oil lubricant, because die temperature is during pressing elevated to approximately 300 ℃, causes oil smoke, very poor in processability, and may cause manufacturing deficiency or crackle.Visible, oil lubricant exists the problem that runs into all difficulties in application.
