本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种防霉防虫保温砂浆及其制备方法。
背景技术
建筑保温砂浆是指由胶凝材料、轻骨料及其他功能性添加剂复合组成的能对建筑墙体进行保温的砂浆,其具有施工性能好、材料性能稳定、环境安全性好等优势,是一种广泛使用的建筑保温材料。除具有基本的保温隔热功能外,通过复合添加剂的调整,保温砂浆还能具有其他功能,如防水、耐火、防霉等。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防霉防虫保温砂浆。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防霉防虫保温砂浆,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
硅酸盐水泥60-80,乳酸钠0.5-2,聚乙烯蜡0.5-1,大豆蛋白纤维1-3,膨胀玻化微珠50-70,硅藻土15-25,氧化锑1-5,艾叶粉0.5-2,丁香油0.5-1,冰片0.5-1,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1-2,助剂5-10;
其中助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
聚乙烯醇1-3,石油磺酸钠1-2,三乙醇胺1-3,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵1-2,磷酸钙0.2-1,六次甲基四胺0.5-1,可再分散乳胶粉10-20,茶多酚0.1-0.5,硬脂酸1-2,乙酸锌1-3;
助剂的制备方法是:
按重量比聚乙烯醇:水=1:20称取聚乙烯醇加入水中,加热到80-90℃至完全溶解,加入硬脂酸、磷酸钙和六次甲基四胺,200r/min搅拌15min,冷却至常温后加入其余原料,150r/min搅拌1h,烘干后研磨均匀,过200目筛,即得。
一种防霉防虫保温砂浆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将膨胀玻化微珠与聚乙烯蜡混合均匀后于200-250℃搅拌30min,得组分A;
(2)将硅藻土、冰片、艾叶粉混合后研磨均匀,100-150℃处理30min,过100目筛,得组分B;
(3)将组分A、组分B与其余原料混合均匀,分装后即得。
本发明的优点是:
1. 能有效防止霉变、驱虫,保证材料的持久性;
2. 具有良好的保温隔热性能,以及较高的强度及抗裂性。
具体实施方式
本发明非限定实施例如下:
实施例1
一种防霉防虫保温砂浆,由下列重量(kg)的组分原料制备而成:
硅酸盐水泥70,乳酸钠1.5,聚乙烯蜡0.8,大豆蛋白纤维2,膨胀玻化微珠60,硅藻土20,氧化锑3,艾叶粉1,丁香油0.8,冰片0.7,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1.5,助剂8;
其中,助剂由下列重量(kg)的原料制成:
聚乙烯醇2,石油磺酸钠1.5,三乙醇胺2,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵1.5,磷酸钙0.8,六次甲基四胺0.6,可再分散乳胶粉15,茶多酚0.4,硬脂酸1.5,乙酸锌2;
助剂的制备方法:
按重量比聚乙烯醇:水=1:20称取聚乙烯醇加入水中,加热到80-90℃至完全溶解,加入硬脂酸、磷酸钙和六次甲基四胺,200r/min搅拌15min,冷却至常温后加入其余原料,150r/min搅拌1h,烘干后研磨均匀,过200目筛,即得。
防霉防虫保温砂浆的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将膨胀玻化微珠与聚乙烯蜡混合均匀后于200-250℃搅拌30min,得组分A;
(2)将硅藻土、冰片、艾叶粉混合后研磨均匀,100-150℃处理30min,过100目筛,得组分B;
(3)将组分A、组分B与其余原料混合均匀,分装后即得。
使用时,按重量比水:砂浆=1.2:1混合均匀即可。
根据GB/T 20473-2006相关内容检测保温砂浆性能,检测结果如下:
干密度:377kg/m3,抗压强度:1.17MPa,导热系数:0.064W/(m﹒K),压剪粘结强度:96kPa。

1.一种防霉防虫保温砂浆,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
硅酸盐水泥60-80,乳酸钠0.5-2,聚乙烯蜡0.5-1,大豆蛋白纤维1-3,膨胀玻化微珠50-70,硅藻土15-25,氧化锑1-5,艾叶粉0.5-2,丁香油0.5-1,冰片0.5-1,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1-2,助剂5-10;
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
聚乙烯醇1-3,石油磺酸钠1-2,三乙醇胺1-3,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵1-2,磷酸钙0.2-1,六次甲基四胺0.5-1,可再分散乳胶粉10-20,茶多酚0.1-0.5,硬脂酸1-2,乙酸锌1-3;
所述助剂的制备方法是:
按重量比聚乙烯醇:水=1:20称取聚乙烯醇加入水中,加热到80-90℃至完全溶解,加入硬脂酸、磷酸钙和六次甲基四胺,200r/min搅拌15min,冷却至常温后加入其余原料,150r/min搅拌1h,烘干后研磨均匀,过200目筛,即得。
