Abstract
本发明公开了一种阻燃聚丙烯电缆护套料用改性埃洛石及其制备方法,由以下重量份的原料制成:埃洛石54-68、乙炔基环己醇11-17、羟基锡酸锌4-9、三缩水甘油基对氨基苯酚2-3、棕榈酸异丙酯2.5-4.5、萘酸钇1-2、乙酰柠檬酸三正己酯10-15、消石灰5-10、废橡胶粉8-14、丁羟茴醚3-4、焦磷酸亚锡1.5-2.5、异丙基化磷酸三苯酯10-15、四溴双酚A-双(2,3-二溴丙基醚)5-10、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮1-2、4,4'-二羟基联苯1-2、助剂3.5-6.5。本发明埃洛石经改性处理后与聚丙烯的相容性好,界面结合力高,在聚丙烯基体中分散性优越,改性后的埃洛石对聚丙烯具有显著的补强作用,提高聚丙烯电缆护套料的力学性能,同时本发明改性埃洛石还可以提高聚丙烯电缆护套料的耐热老化性能、耐磨性能和阻燃性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种阻燃聚丙烯电缆护套料用改性埃洛石及其制备方法,属于无机填料技术领域。
背景技术
埃洛石是晶体属单斜晶系的含水层状结构硅酸盐矿物,晶体结构相似于高岭石,化学组成Al2[Si2O5](OH)4·(1~2)H2O。埃洛石的用途与高岭石相似,在塑料、橡胶中用作填料,从而提高复合材料的物理化学性能。目前市场上的埃洛石在聚丙烯基体中分散效果不理想,容易发生团聚现象,且界面结合不好,影响复合材料性能的提高,因此必须要对埃洛石进行改性。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种阻燃聚丙烯电缆护套料用改性埃洛石及其制备方法,改性后的埃洛石可以显著提高聚丙烯电缆护套料的力学性能、耐热老化性能、耐磨性能和阻燃性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种阻燃聚丙烯电缆护套料用改性埃洛石,由以下重量份的原料制成:埃洛石54-68、乙炔基环己醇 11-17、羟基锡酸锌 4-9、三缩水甘油基对氨基苯酚2-3、棕榈酸异丙酯2.5-4.5、萘酸钇1-2、乙酰柠檬酸三正己酯10-15、消石灰5-10、废橡胶粉8-14、丁羟茴醚3-4、焦磷酸亚锡1.5-2.5、异丙基化磷酸三苯酯10-15、四溴双酚A-双(2,3-二溴丙基醚) 5-10、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮 1-2、4,4'-二羟基联苯 1-2、助剂 3.5-6.5;
所述助剂由以下重量份的原料混合而成:新戊二醇二异辛酸酯3-6、异辛酸锌 1.5-2.5、N,N-双(2-羟基乙基)烷基胺 2-3、甘油单硬脂酸酯聚环氧乙烷1-2、三正丁胺3-4、白油4-7、十二烷基硫醇2.5-4.5、二聚二(2-乙基己基)磷酸酯 2-3、三异硬酯酸钛酸异丙酯 1-2、三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯 3-5。
本发明的阻燃聚丙烯电缆护套料用改性埃洛石的制备方法,包括以下步骤:首先将埃洛石粉碎,过筛,加无水乙醇打浆制成40-50%的浆液,然后加入相当于浆液重量5-10%的丙烯酸、3-6%的二乙二醇和2-4%的γ-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷,水浴加热至40-50℃,高速研磨0.5-1h,过滤,烘干后与消石灰、废橡胶粉混合均匀,然后加入乙炔基环己醇、三缩水甘油基对氨基苯酚、棕榈酸异丙酯、丁羟茴醚,70-80℃下混合搅拌3-5min后加入乙酰柠檬酸三正己酯、四溴双酚A-双(2,3-二溴丙基醚)、异丙基化磷酸三苯酯、羟基锡酸锌、萘酸钇,55-65℃下混合搅拌4-6min后加入余下原料,80-90℃下混合搅拌2-4min,待物料温度降至40℃以下时,出料,烘干,粉碎,过筛,包装即可。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明埃洛石经改性处理后与聚丙烯的相容性好,界面结合力高,在聚丙烯基体中分散性优越,改性后的埃洛石对聚丙烯具有显著的补强作用,提高聚丙烯电缆护套料的力学性能,同时本发明改性埃洛石还可以提高聚丙烯电缆护套料的耐热老化性能、耐磨性能和阻燃性能。
具体实施方式
一种阻燃聚丙烯电缆护套料用改性埃洛石,由以下重量(kg)的原料制成:埃洛石62、乙炔基环己醇 14、羟基锡酸锌 6、三缩水甘油基对氨基苯酚2.5、棕榈酸异丙酯3.5、萘酸钇1.5、乙酰柠檬酸三正己酯12、消石灰8、废橡胶粉12、丁羟茴醚3、焦磷酸亚锡2、异丙基化磷酸三苯酯10、四溴双酚A-双(2,3-二溴丙基醚) 7、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮 1.5、4,4'-二羟基联苯1、助剂 5.5;
所述助剂由以下重量(kg)的原料混合而成:新戊二醇二异辛酸酯4、异辛酸锌2、N,N-双(2-羟基乙基)烷基胺 2.5、甘油单硬脂酸酯聚环氧乙烷1.5、三正丁胺3.5、白油5、十二烷基硫醇3.5、二聚二(2-乙基己基)磷酸酯 2.5、三异硬酯酸钛酸异丙酯 1.5、三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯 4。
阻燃聚丙烯电缆护套料用改性埃洛石的制备方法,包括以下步骤:首先将埃洛石粉碎,过筛,加无水乙醇打浆制成45%的浆液,然后加入相当于浆液重量8%的丙烯酸、4%的二乙二醇和3%的γ-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷,水浴加热至40-50℃,高速研磨40min,过滤,烘干后与消石灰、废橡胶粉混合均匀,然后加入乙炔基环己醇、三缩水甘油基对氨基苯酚、棕榈酸异丙酯、丁羟茴醚,75℃下混合搅拌4min后加入乙酰柠檬酸三正己酯、四溴双酚A-双(2,3-二溴丙基醚)、异丙基化磷酸三苯酯、羟基锡酸锌、萘酸钇,60℃下混合搅拌5min后加入余下原料,85℃下混合搅拌3min,待物料温度降至40℃以下时,出料,烘干,粉碎,过筛,包装即可。
上述实施例制得的改性埃洛石用于填充阻燃聚丙烯电缆护套料的性能测试结果如下表所示:

Claims (2)
1.一种阻燃聚丙烯电缆护套料用改性埃洛石,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:埃洛石54-68、乙炔基环己醇 11-17、羟基锡酸锌 4-9、三缩水甘油基对氨基苯酚2-3、棕榈酸异丙酯2.5-4.5、萘酸钇1-2、乙酰柠檬酸三正己酯10-15、消石灰5-10、废橡胶粉8-14、丁羟茴醚3-4、焦磷酸亚锡1.5-2.5、异丙基化磷酸三苯酯10-15、四溴双酚A-双(2,3-二溴丙基醚) 5-10、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮 1-2、4,4'-二羟基联苯 1-2、助剂 3.5-6.5;
所述助剂由以下重量份的原料混合而成:新戊二醇二异辛酸酯3-6、异辛酸锌 1.5-2.5、N,N-双(2-羟基乙基)烷基胺 2-3、甘油单硬脂酸酯聚环氧乙烷1-2、三正丁胺3-4、白油4-7、十二烷基硫醇2.5-4.5、二聚二(2-乙基己基)磷酸酯 2-3、三异硬酯酸钛酸异丙酯 1-2、三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯 3-5。
2.如权利要求1所述的阻燃聚丙烯电缆护套料用改性埃洛石的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:首先将埃洛石粉碎,过筛,加无水乙醇打浆制成40-50%的浆液,然后加入相当于浆液重量5-10%的丙烯酸、3-6%的二乙二醇和2-4%的γ-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷,水浴加热至40-50℃,高速研磨0.5-1h,过滤,烘干后与消石灰、废橡胶粉混合均匀,然后加入乙炔基环己醇、三缩水甘油基对氨基苯酚、棕榈酸异丙酯、丁羟茴醚,70-80℃下混合搅拌3-5min后加入乙酰柠檬酸三正己酯、四溴双酚A-双(2,3-二溴丙基醚)、异丙基化磷酸三苯酯、羟基锡酸锌、萘酸钇,55-65℃下混合搅拌4-6min后加入余下原料,80-90℃下混合搅拌2-4min,待物料温度降至40℃以下时,出料,烘干,粉碎,过筛,包装即可。
