背景技术
目前，现有的铁环压脱机存在以下缺点：A、偏转刀头庞大、体积大、转角处经常出现变形或开裂、环形刀座易变形致使环形刀片安装不良；B、扶正机构与设备分离且庞大、不耐冲击且扶正精度不高、步进运送导杆偏差大；C、刀片易于磨损、易断、安装不便且不易于拆卸与更换；D、压脱缸活舌杆导向套润滑、排渣不良、磨损快，至使压脱缸损坏。
发明内容
本发明为了解决以上问题提供了一种结构紧凑、维护维修方便、动作快捷、灵敏可靠的铁环压脱机。
本发明的技术方案是：所述的压脱机包括井式机体、压脱口、步进夹持移动机构、铁环压脱缸、同步刀、下料槽、液压站，所述的步进夹持移动机构设置在机体上方，所述的压脱口设置在机体上部，所述的铁环压脱缸设置在机体下部，所述的机体上设有同步刀，所述的下料槽设置在机体上方两侧。
