Abstract

本发明公开了一种燃料电池双极板用粘合密封线的安装方法,其步骤为:将双极板固定在点胶机平台上,然后按照双极板密封线槽设置点胶路径,向点胶针筒内加入胶水,通过压力为0.18MPa±0.03MPa的压缩空气推动胶水进行点胶;针筒x、y轴行进速度设置为5±0.2mm/s,拐点速度为4±0.2mm/s;在燃料电池双极板的密封线槽内均匀涂上一层胶水,最后将与密封线槽相配合的密封线粘结在双极板密封线槽内。将传统的“点”粘合改为“线”无缝隙粘合,提高粘合牢度和气密性,增加耐压;将原来手工制作改为设备自动化制作,提高生产效率,利于工业化规模生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种粘合密封线的制备方法,尤其涉及一种燃料电池双极板用粘合密封线的安装方法。
背景技术
双极板是燃料电池核心部件之一,其气密性好坏决定电池性能的优劣。当前,产品研发的技术关键点是掌握高可靠性双极板粘密封线粘接方法。确保粘接精度,提高粘接牢度和气密封性,增加耐压,提高生产效率,利于大批量规模化生产。
现有直接醇类燃料电池电堆组装模块中,双极板粘密封线采用手工点胶法,在双极板密封线槽内点入胶水然后粘上密封线,如图1所示。手工点胶法存在生产效率低、点粘接牢度不高、容易发生脱落、耐压性不好等缺点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种牢度高、不易发生脱落、耐压性好的燃料电池双极板用粘合密封线的安装方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种燃料电池双极板用粘合密封线的安装方法,其步骤为:
将双极板固定在点胶机平台上,向点胶针筒内加入胶水,通过压力为0.18MPa±0.03MPa的压缩空气推动胶水进行点胶;针筒直线行进(沿x、y轴)速度设置为5±0.2mm/s,曲线行进速度为4±0.2mm/s;在燃料电池双极板3的密封线槽2内均匀涂上一层胶水,胶水量为线槽容积的25%~35%,最后将与密封线槽2相配合的密封线4粘结在双极板密封线槽内。
本发明的有益效果:本发明公开的燃料电池双极板用粘合密封线的制备方法,其生产效率高,工艺改善前双极板粘密封线需要2分钟,使用自动点胶机后只要1分钟;提高了密封线和双极板的粘接强度和耐压性。具体体现在以下几个方面:
1)利用点胶设备在双极板线密封槽内均匀地涂上一层胶水后进行粘接;
2)将传统的“点”粘合改为“线”无缝隙粘合,提高粘合牢度和气密性,增加耐压;
3)将原来手工制作改为设备自动化制作,提高生产效率,利于工业化规模生产。

具体实施方式
下面详细描述本发明的具体实施方案。
实施例
使用自动点胶机,将双极板通过夹具固定在点胶平台上,对点胶路径根据双极板线槽进行编程,在自动点胶机点胶针筒内注入专用胶水(硅橡胶),然后在双极板密封线槽内均匀的涂上一层胶水,最后取下双极板,将密封线放置在双极板线槽内。

1.一种燃料电池双极板用粘合密封线的安装方法,其步骤为:
将双极板固定在点胶机平台上,向点胶针筒内加入胶水,通过压力为0.18MPa±0.03MPa的压缩空气推动胶水进行点胶;针筒直线行进速度设置为5±0.2mm/s,曲线行进速度为4±0.2mm/s;在燃料电池双极板的密封线槽内均匀涂上一层胶水,胶水量为线槽容积的25%~35%,最后将与密封线槽相配合的密封线粘结在双极板密封线槽内。
