Abstract

本发明公开了一种PP/PA6/PE复合材料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:30~50份PP、15~30份PA6、20~45份HDPE、10~15份蒙脱土、5~10份高岭土、5~10份增韧剂、1~4份润滑剂、0.5~3份交联剂、5~8份聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐、3~5份马来酸酐接枝/乙烯/辛烯共聚物、1~3份硅烷偶联剂、0.1~0.5份DOP、0.1~0.5份抗氧剂1010、0.1~1份硬脂酸。本发明综合力学性能优异,应用范围广泛;制备方法简单,易于操作。

一种PP/PA6/PE复合材料
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料领域,具体涉及一种PP/PA6/PE 复合材料。 
背景技术
聚丙烯(PP)具有易加工、耐热、低吸水等优良性能,广泛应用于诸多领域,例如汽车制造、电器、交通、航空、建筑材料等,但PP 收缩率大、低温呈脆性、耐磨性不高。尼龙6(PA6)具有高韧性、耐磨性、自熄性、耐油和耐腐蚀等优良的综合性能,产量居五大工程塑料之首,被广泛应用于汽车、电子电气、机械、建筑等领域,但由于PA6 中酰胺极性基团的存在,导致其吸水性较强,尺寸稳定性较差,低温韧性较低,从而限制了其应用。PP 与PA6 共混制备的PA6/PP 合金能克服PA6 与PP 固有的缺点,提高合金材料的耐热性、耐磨损性、耐水性、成型加工性及制品的尺寸稳定性。 
目前,国内外关于PA6 的共混改性研究只要是填充改性和尼龙合金改性。矿物填料单独填充时,只有纳米级的填料才有可能对复合材料的韧性稍有改善,否则,填料的大量加入会对复合材料的韧性带来极大的威胁;而很多共混弹性体增韧研究又发现,大量弹性体的加入对复合材料的韧性是有改善,但是材料的刚性损失较严重。所以,在改善PA6 韧性的同时,要尽量避免复合材料的刚性损失。 
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种PP/PA6/PE 复合材料。 
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种PP/PA6/PE 复合材料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:30 ~50 份PP、15 ~30份PA6、20 ~45 份HDPE、10 ~15 份蒙脱土、5 ~10 份高岭土、5~10份增韧剂、1~4份润滑剂、0.5~3 份交联剂、5 ~8 份聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐、3 ~5 份马来酸酐接枝/ 乙烯/ 辛烯共聚物、1 ~3 份硅烷偶联剂、0.1 ~0.5 份DOP、0.1 ~0.5 份抗氧剂1010、0.1 ~1 份硬脂酸。 
本发明的有益效果:综合力学性能优异,应用范围广泛;制备方法简单,易于操作。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。 
实施例1,一种PP/PA6/PE 复合材料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:45份PP、30份PA6、45 份HDPE、10  份蒙脱土、10 份高岭土、5份增韧剂、2份润滑剂、3 份交联剂、8 份聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐、5 份马来酸酐接枝/ 乙烯/ 辛烯共聚物、3 份硅烷偶联剂、0.5 份DOP、0.5 份抗氧剂1010、1 份硬脂酸。 
当然,上述说明并非是对本发明的限制,本发明也并不限于上述举例,本技术领域的普通技术人员,在本发明的实质范围内,作出的变化、改变、添加或替换,都应属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种PP/PA6/PE 复合材料,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:30 ~50 份PP、15 ~30份PA6、20 ~45 份HDPE、10 ~15 份蒙脱土、5 ~10 份高岭土、5~10份增韧剂、1~4份润滑剂、0.5~3 份交联剂、5 ~8 份聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐、3 ~5 份马来酸酐接枝/ 乙烯/ 辛烯共聚物、1 ~3 份硅烷偶联剂、0.1 ~0.5 份DOP、0.1 ~0.5 份抗氧剂1010、0.1 ~1 份硬脂酸。
