一种剖分轴承线切割加工方法,包括下列步骤:首先将钨丝从内径方向切割套圈壁厚的2/5;再将钨丝移到内径的另一侧180°的位置再切开壁厚的2/5;完成内径方向切割之后将钨丝移到外径切开壁厚的2/5;最后将钨丝移到外径的另一侧180°的位置直至切开。这种加工方法可以杜绝由于剖分过程中引起的废品,即使出现爆裂现象也是在内部很小的一块,不影响外观和使用。达到剖分时100%合格。本发明的有益效果是:可以降低轴承在剖分时的废品率,节约成本,提高了轴承产品质量和生产效率。

一种剖分轴承线切割加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及线切割加工技术领域,具体涉及剖分轴承套圈过程中防止爆裂的一种剖分轴承线切割加工方法。
背景技术
目前在很多不易于安装和拆卸的场合选用剖分轴承,剖分轴承套圈在制造过程中要用线切割加工方法将其剖分开,由于轴承套圈淬火后硬度高,脆性大,内应力大,再加上线切割时的切割应力和切割作用,使套圈在将要切出豁口时产生爆裂现象。提高了产品的废品率,并影响了生产进度和产品质量。
发明内容
本发明目的是,为防止套圈在线切割时产生爆裂现象,提供一种剖分轴承线切割加工方法,此方法可以杜绝由于剖分过程中引起的废品,同时也可以引用到其他环形工件的线切割加工中。
采用的技术方案是:
一种剖分轴承线切割加工方法,包括下列步骤:
(1)将钨丝从内径方向切割套圈壁厚的2/5;
(2)再将钨丝移到内径的另一侧180°的位置再切开壁厚的2/5;
(3)完成步骤(1)、(2)之后将钨丝移到外径切开壁厚的2/5;
(4)最后将钨丝移到外径的另一侧180°的位置直至切开。
本发明的有益效果是:
可以降低轴承在剖分时的废品率,节约成本,提高了轴承产品质量和生产效率。

一种剖分轴承线切割加工方法,包括下列步骤:
首先将钨丝从内径方向切割套圈壁厚的2/5;再将钨丝移到内径的另一侧180°的位置再切开壁厚的2/5;完成内径方向切割之后将钨丝移到外径切开壁厚的2/5;最后将钨丝移到外径的另一侧180°的位置直至切开。这种加工方法可以杜绝由于剖分过程中引起的废品,即使出现爆裂现象也是在内部很小的一块,不影响外观和使用。达到剖分时100%合格。(如图1所示)。

Claims (1)

1.一种剖分轴承线切割加工方法,其特征在于包括下列步骤:
(1)将钨丝从内径方向切割套圈壁厚的2/5;
(2)再将钨丝移到内径的另一侧180°的位置再切开壁厚的2/5;
(3)完成步骤(1)、(2)之后将钨丝移到外径切开壁厚的2/5;
(4)最后将钨丝移到外径的另一侧180°的位置直至切开。
