在硬质合金领域，传统的圆棒类产品模具，多为两瓣模，当两块模具拼起来时，加工出来的圆棒，不够圆，中间会有些许横截面，需要后期再打磨，效率低，次品率高。

本实用新型的目的是克服上述缺陷，提供一种制作硬质合金圆棒的优化模具,可以使制作出来的圆棒圆度高。

一种制作硬质合金圆棒的优化模具，它包括：左模具、中间模具、右模具；所述的左模具、中间模具、右模具上设有圆弧槽，三块模具上的圆弧槽组成一个完整的圆孔。
中间模具上的圆弧槽是启过渡作用，圆弧的大小可以根据圆棒的大小而制作。

如图1所示，一种制作硬质合金圆棒的优化模具，它包括：左模具、中间模具、右模具；所述的左模具(1)、中间模具(2)、右模具(3)上设有圆弧槽，三块模具上的圆弧槽组成一个完整的圆孔。
中间模具(2)上的圆弧槽是启过渡作用，圆弧的大小可以根据圆棒的大小而制作。
制作时，将左模具(1)、中间模具(2)、右模具(3)上的圆弧槽拼装成一个完整的圆，其次将拼装好后的模具安装于生产设备上，生产出的圆棒圆度高，而传统方式制作出来的圆棒上易产生两切面，需打磨后才能使圆棒上的圆度达到要求，其生产效率低、不能保证产品质量；通过比较，制作硬质合金圆棒的优化模具效率高、减少加工成本。
