本发明是一种土豆泥配方,属于食品领域土豆泥技术,配方为满足中国营养学会编著《中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量》所列人体必需的营养素而配制,采用马铃薯全粉,牛肉,胡萝卜,猪肝,甜椒,即食酵母粉,富锌酵母,富硒酵母,卵磷脂,维生素E,盐,酵母提取物混合而成,依据本发明生产的土豆泥可以作为营养补充食品。

在目前的土豆泥产品中,在国内尚无为满足中国营养学会编著《中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量》(中国轻工业出版社2000.1出版ISBN 7-5019-2895-9)所列人体必需的营养素而配制的土豆泥产品.
发明内容
本发明目的是为了采用一种安全的补充方法生产出一种尽可能满足中国营养学会编著《中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量》(中国轻工业出版社2000.1出版ISBN 7-5019-2895-9)所列人体必需营养素的土豆泥产品,以补充中国居民人体必需营养素的不足。
本发明土豆泥配方为马铃薯全粉80g牛肉20g(或牛肉粉5g)胡萝卜100g(或冻干萝卜粉10g)猪肝50g(或冻干猪肝粉14g)甜椒100g(或甜椒粉5.4g)即食酵母粉20g富锌酵母0.5g富硒酵母0.02g卵磷脂2g维生素E0.05g盐0.5g,酵母提取物1g各成分提供人体必需营养素如下表:
