Abstract

本发明公开了一种斜背式中间驱动双头数控车床,包括整体斜背式机身、右纵向驱动装置、右滑鞍、右滑体、右横向驱动装置、右旋转刀架、左旋转刀架、左横向驱动装置、左滑体、左滑鞍、左纵向驱动装置、旋转主轴部件、液压系统装置。左右纵向驱动装置安装固定在斜背式机身的斜面上部沟槽内,旋转主轴部件安装固定在斜背式造机身与轨道斜面上的中间面部位,左右滑鞍固定安装在床身的线轨上,左右横向驱动装置分别固定安装在左右滑鞍上面,左右滑体分别固定安装在左右滑鞍的线轨上。本用新型由于采用整体斜背式机身,排屑方便,一台机床相当于两台数控车床,可实现两端同时做相同或不同的加工,加工精度及效率高、稳定性强。

一种斜背式中间驱动双头数控车床
技术领域
本发明涉及数控机床技术领域,特别是涉及一种斜背式中间驱动双头数控车床。 
背景技术
中间驱动双头车床被广泛用于心轴、管材类两端内外径同时加工,在其加工能力范围内能在数秒之内加工出高精度工件。一般数控车床都是一端车内外径,再调头车内外径,浪费时间,降低效率和影响加工精度,一般数控车床采用的多是水平床身、占地面积大且排屑不方便。 
发明内容
本发明提供了一种解决上述问题的方案,提出了一种排屑方便,加工精度及效率高、稳定性强的斜背式中间驱动双头数控车床。 
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术缺陷而提出的一种斜背式中间驱动双头数控车床。左右纵向驱动装置安装固定在斜背式机身的斜面上部沟槽内,旋转主轴部件安装固定在斜背式造机身与轨道斜面上的中间面部位,左右滑鞍固定安装在床身的线轨上,左右横向驱动装置分别固定安装在左右滑鞍上面,左右滑体分别固定安装在左右滑鞍的线轨上。 
所述左右纵向驱动装置和左右横向驱动装置均通过丝杆固定在丝杆的两端支座上。 
所述丝杆为预拉伸丝杆,均套有丝杆螺母,所述丝杆螺母分别固定在床鞍上和滑体上。 
所述左右滑鞍和左右滑体均通过滑轨——滑块滑动连接。 
所述滑轨分别固定安装在整体斜背式机身上左右两边的轨道面和左右滑鞍上。 
所述滑块套在滑轨上,并且分别固定安装在左右滑鞍和左右滑体上。 
所述纵向驱动装置、滑鞍、横向驱动装置、滑体均与整体斜背式机身上表面成45度角。 
所述旋转主轴部件安装面与滑轨面成45角,并固定安装在床身中间位置。 
所述液压装置采用变频液压控制。 
所述左右刀具部件均为旋转刀架,可选择多工位刀具,可实现一次装夹一次性加工多工序产品。 
由于采用了如上技术方案,本发明具有如下特点: 
本用新型排屑方便,一台机床相当于两台数控车床,可实现两端同时做相同或不同的加工,加工精度及效率高、稳定性强。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。 
如图1所示,一种斜背式中间驱动双头数控车床,包括整体斜背式机身1、右纵向驱动装置2、右滑鞍3、右滑体4、右横向驱动装置5、右旋转刀架6、左旋转刀架7、左横向驱动装置8、左滑体9左滑鞍10、左纵向驱动装置11、旋转主轴部件12、液压系统装置13。加工工件由安装在旋转主轴部件12上的夹紧装置自动夹紧并带动工件旋转,旋转主轴部件12的两边分别安装有固定在左右滑体9、4上的左右旋转刀架6、5,分别通过左右横向驱动装置8、5和左右纵向驱动装置11、2联动进行车削加工,并配有大流量冷却装置,工件手动上下料、自动夹紧,一次装夹完成心轴和管件两端的内外径加工。

Claims (10)

1.一种斜背式中间驱动双头数控车床,其特征在于:包括整体斜背式机身、右纵向驱动装置、右滑鞍、右滑体、右横向驱动装置、右旋转刀架、左旋转刀架、左横向驱动装置、左滑体、左滑鞍、左纵向驱动装置、旋转主轴部件、液压系统装置;左右纵向驱动装置安装固定在斜背式机身的斜面上部沟槽内,旋转主轴部件安装固定在斜背式造机身与轨道斜面上的中间面部位,左右滑鞍固定安装在床身的线轨上,左右横向驱动装置分别固定安装在左右滑鞍上面,左右滑体分别固定安装在左右滑鞍的线轨上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种斜背式中间驱动双头数控车床,其特征在于,所述左右纵向驱动装置和左右横向驱动装置均通过丝杆固定在丝杆的两端支座上。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种斜背式中间驱动双头数控车床,其特征在于,所述丝杆为预拉伸丝杆,均套有丝杆螺母,所述丝杆螺母分别固定在床鞍上和滑体上。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种斜背式中间驱动双头数控车床,其特征在于,所述左右滑鞍和左右滑体均通过滑轨——滑块滑动连接。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种斜背式中间驱动双头数控车床,其特征在于,所述滑轨分别固定安装在整体斜背式机身上左右两边的轨道面和左右滑鞍上。
6.如权利要求4所述的一种斜背式中间驱动双头数控车床,其特征在于,所述滑块套在滑轨上,并且分别固定安装在左右滑鞍和左右滑体上。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种斜背式中间驱动双头数控车床,其特征在于,所述纵向驱动装置、滑鞍、横向驱动装置、滑体均与整体斜背式机身上表面成45度角。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种斜背式中间驱动双头数控车床,其特征在于,所述旋转主轴部件安装面与滑轨面成45角,并固定安装在床身中间位置。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种斜背式中间驱动双头数控车床,其特征在于,所述液压装置采用变频液压控制。
10.如权利要求1所述的一种斜背式中间驱动双头数控车床,其特征在于,所述左右刀具部件均为旋转刀架,可选择多工位刀具,可实现一次装夹一次性加工多工序产品。
