Abstract

本发明公开了一种胎缘经久耐用的航空轮胎及其制备方法,包括硬质胶片、外层胎圈包布、内层胎圈包布、胎圈、胎趾、轮缘,胎缘是胎圈上部与轮缘接触处。其特征是,胎圈设置了两层胎圈包布(即外层胎圈包布和内层胎圈包布),在胎缘部位的外层胎圈包布与内层胎圈包布之间设置了一层厚度为0.6mm~1.2mm且具有优异耐磨性能的硬质胶片,内层胎圈包布只延伸到胎趾处,外层胎圈包布则将整个胎圈包裹住。通过增加胎圈包布层数并在胎缘部位的外层胎圈包布与内层胎圈包布之间设置耐磨性能优异的硬质胶片,从而增加胎缘部位保护层的厚度,提高了胎缘的耐久性。

技术领域
本发明属于航空轮胎领域,具体涉及一种胎缘经久耐用的航空轮胎及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,航空轮胎一般只设置一层胎圈包布,其作用是保护胎圈免受机械损伤和外物侵蚀。由于航空轮胎载荷高、下沉率大,使用过程中胎缘不断受到轮缘的强烈挤压和磨擦,导致航空轮胎经常出现因胎缘过度磨损而伤及胎体帘线、进而影响后期翻新的情况,因而提高胎缘耐久性是提高航空轮胎使用寿命的重要保证。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服现有技术的不足,提供一种胎缘经久耐用的航空轮胎及其制备方法。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种胎缘经久耐用的航空轮胎的制备方法,包括轮胎的制造工序,在制造工序中还增加如下步骤:
(1)在胎圈部位设置有两层胎圈包布,即外层胎圈包布和内层胎圈包布,
(2)将内层胎圈包布包到胎趾处,外层胎圈包布包裹住整个胎圈包裹;
(3)在轮缘部位的外层胎圈包布与内层胎圈包布之间设置一层硬质胶片。
所述硬质胶片为厚度为0.6mm~1.2mm且具有优异耐磨性能的硬质胶片。
本发明的积极效果是:通过增加胎圈包布层数并在胎缘部位的外层胎圈包布与内层胎圈包布之间设置耐磨性能优异的硬质胶片,从而增加胎缘部位保护层的厚度,提高了胎缘的耐久性和轮胎的耐用性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
参照图1,一种胎缘经久耐用的航空轮胎的制备方法,包括硬质胶片A、外层胎圈包布B、内层胎圈包布C、胎圈D、胎趾E、轮缘F,胎缘是胎圈D上部与轮缘F接触处。胎圈D设置了两层胎圈包布(即外层胎圈包布B和内层胎圈包布C),在胎缘部位的外层胎圈包布B与内层胎圈包布C之间设置了一层厚度为0.6mm~1.2mm且具有优异耐磨性能的硬质胶片A,内层胎圈包布C只延伸到胎趾E处,外层胎圈包布B则将整个胎圈D包裹住。

Claims (3)

1.一种胎缘经久耐用的航空轮胎的制备方法,包括轮胎的制造工序,其特征是:在制造工序中还增加如下步骤:
(1)在胎圈部位设置有两层胎圈包布,即外层胎圈包布和内层胎圈包布,
(2)将内层胎圈包布包到胎趾处,外层胎圈包布包裹住整个胎圈;
(3)在轮缘部位的外层胎圈包布与内层胎圈包布之间设置一层硬质胶片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征是:所述硬质胶片为厚度为0.6mm~1.2mm且具有优异耐磨性能的硬质胶片。
3.用权利要求1或2所述的制备方法制备的胎缘经久耐用的航空轮胎。
