一种灶具燃烧器的燃气阀,包括阀体、阀芯、阀杆、压力弹簧、微调钉和电磁阀,所述阀体包括进气腔、出气口和导气腔,进气腔与出气口相邻端的壁板为阀芯座,阀芯座有第一导气道与导气腔连通,导气腔与出气口通第二导气道连通,微调钉与导气腔螺合;所述阀芯呈圆形,阀芯上有导气孔;阀芯与阀芯座贴合并气密封,阀杆与阀芯固连接;与阀芯座相对的进气腔的端壁板有阀杆通道,阀杆与阀杆通道转动配合并气密封;压力弹簧一端与阀芯配合、另一端与进气腔的端壁板配合;所述电阀阀座与进气腔连通。由于采用这样的结构,阀芯转动时,阀芯的导气孔与阀芯座上的第一导气道重合的大小实现精确调节进气量,从而实现燃烧器的火力的调节。使用方便。

背景技术
目前现有技术,一种灶具燃烧器的燃气阀包括阀体、阀芯、阀杆、压力弹簧和电磁阀,所述电磁阀包括电磁阀座和电磁阀芯体。存在问题是:不能实现精确控制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种灶具燃烧器的燃气阀,它可以实现精确控制燃气通气量,实现火力调节。
本发明是这样实现的:一种灶具燃烧器的燃气阀,包括阀体、阀芯、阀杆、压力弹簧、微调钉和电磁阀,所述电磁阀包括电磁阀座和电磁阀芯体;其特殊之处在于:所述阀体包括进气腔、出气口和导气腔,进气腔与出气口相邻端的壁板为阀芯座,阀芯座有第一导气道与导气腔连通,导气腔与出气口通第二导气道连通,微调钉与导气腔螺合;
所述阀芯呈圆形,阀芯上有导气孔;阀芯与阀芯座贴合并气密封,阀杆与阀芯固连接;与阀芯座相对的进气腔的端壁板有阀杆通道,阀杆与阀杆通道转动配合并气密封;压力弹簧一端与阀芯配合、另一端与进气腔的端壁板配合;
所述电阀阀座与进气腔连通。

所述微调钉包括头部、外螺纹部、芯杆部和倒圆锥台形芯部,
所述微调钉的外螺纹部与导气腔的螺纹部螺合并气液密封,芯杆部位于进气部内,倒圆锥台形芯部与倒圆锥台形芯座配合。
所述的一种灶具燃烧器的燃气阀,其特殊之处在于:所述芯杆部有沿轴线的燃气通道,燃气通道贯通倒圆锥台形芯部,燃气通道的下端扩口;
所述芯杆部还有径向通道,径向通道与燃气通道相通。
所述的一种灶具燃烧器的燃气阀,其特殊之处在于:所述第一导气道垂直于其长度方向的截面呈圆弧形;
所述阀芯有二个导气孔,导气孔垂直于其长度方向的截面为圆弧形,一个为圆心角大的大导气孔、另一个为圆心角小的小导气孔; 大导气孔在第一象限,小导气孔在第三象限。
所述的一种灶具燃烧器的燃气阀,其特殊之处在于:还包括一步进电机,所述步进气机与进气腔的端壁板固定连接,步进电机轴与阀杆固定连接。
所述的一种灶具燃烧器的燃气阀,其特殊之处在于:所述阀杆伸出进气腔的端部设置有旋钮。
本发明一种灶具燃烧器的燃气阀,由于采用这样的结构,阀芯转动时,阀芯的导气孔与阀芯座上的第一导气道,重合的大小实现精确调节进气量,从而实现燃烧器的火力的调节。使用方便。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种灶具燃烧器的燃气阀,包括阀体1、阀芯2、阀杆3、压力弹簧4、微调钉5和电磁阀6,所述电磁阀6包括电磁阀座61和电磁阀芯体62,电磁阀座61上有进气接口611和出气接口612。
所述阀体1包括进气腔1A、出气口1B和导气腔1C,进气腔1A与出气口1B相邻端的壁板为阀芯座7,阀芯座7有第一导气道81与导气腔1C连通,导气腔1C与出气口1B通第二导气道82连通,微调钉5与导气腔1C螺合;
所述阀芯2呈圆形,阀芯2上有导气孔;阀芯2与阀芯座7贴合并气密封,阀杆3与阀芯2固连接;与阀芯座7相对的进气腔1A的端壁板有阀杆通道,阀杆3与阀杆通道转动配合并气密封,阀杆从阀杆通道伸入进气腔1A;压力弹簧4一端与阀芯2配合、另一端与进气腔1A的端壁板配合;
所述电阀阀座61的出气接口612与进气腔1A连通。电磁阀座61与阀体固定连接成一体。
如图5所示,所述导气腔1C包括螺纹部1C1、进气部1C2、倒圆锥台形芯座1C3和出气部1C4,所述第一导气道81与导气腔1C的进气部1C2连通,所述第二导气道82与导气腔1C的出气部1C4连通;
如图6所示,所述微调钉51包括头部51、外螺纹部52、芯杆部53和倒圆锥台形芯部54,
所述微调钉5的外螺纹部52与导气腔1C的螺纹部1C1螺合并气液密封,芯杆部53位于进气部1C2内,倒圆锥台形芯部54与倒圆锥台形芯座1C3配合。
芯杆部53与进气部1C2之间有导气间隙。
作为进一步改进:所述芯杆部53有沿轴线的燃气通道531,燃气通道531贯通倒圆锥台形芯部54,燃气通道531的下端扩口;所述芯杆部53还有径向通道532,径向通道532与燃气通道531相通。倒圆锥台形芯部54与倒圆锥台形芯座1C3嵌合时,燃气经径向通道532、燃气通道531进入出气部1C4,实现最小供气量。
如图4所示,所述第一导气道81垂直于其长度方向的截面呈圆弧形;
所述阀芯2有二个导气孔,导气孔2垂直于其长度方向的截面为圆弧形,一个为圆心角大的大导气孔21、另一个为圆心角小的小导气孔22; 大导气孔21在第一象限,小导气孔22在第三象限。或者说大导气孔21在第二象限,小导气孔22在第四象限。
还包括一步进电机9,所述步进气机9与进气腔1A的端壁板固定连接,步进电机轴与阀杆3固定连接。
所述阀杆3伸出进气腔1A的端部设置有旋钮。

1.一种灶具燃烧器的燃气阀,包括阀体、阀芯、阀杆、压力弹簧、微调钉和电磁阀,所述电磁阀包括电磁阀座和电磁阀芯体;其特征在于:所述阀体包括进气腔、出气口和导气腔,进气腔与出气口相邻端的壁板为阀芯座,阀芯座有第一导气道与导气腔连通,导气腔与出气口通第二导气道连通,微调钉与导气腔螺合;
所述阀芯呈圆形,阀芯上有导气孔;阀芯与阀芯座贴合并气密封,阀杆与阀芯固连接;与阀芯座相对的进气腔的端壁板有阀杆通道,阀杆与阀杆通道转动配合并气密封;压力弹簧一端与阀芯配合、另一端与进气腔的端壁板配合;
所述电阀阀座与进气腔连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种灶具燃烧器的燃气阀,其特征在于:所述导气腔包括螺纹部、进气部、倒圆锥台形芯座和出气部,所述第一导气道与导气腔的进气部连通,所述第二导气道与导气腔的出气部连通;
所述微调钉包括头部、外螺纹部、芯杆部和倒圆锥台形芯部,
所述微调钉的外螺纹部与导气腔的螺纹部螺合并气液密封,芯杆部位于进气部内,倒圆锥台形芯部与倒圆锥台形芯座配合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种灶具燃烧器的燃气阀,其特征在于:所述芯杆部有沿轴线的燃气通道,燃气通道贯通倒圆锥台形芯部,燃气通道的下端扩口;
所述芯杆部还有径向通道,径向通道与燃气通道相通。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种灶具燃烧器的燃气阀,其特征在于:所述第一导气道垂直于其长度方向的截面呈圆弧形;
