Abstract

一种燃气烤箱用的燃气温控阀,包括阀体、阀盖、阀杆、压力弹簧和阀芯,所述阀体上有进气接口及在一条直线上的阀芯腔和出气腔,所述导气孔分为上导气孔和下导气孔,所述上、下导气孔与进气接口配合;上导气孔与出气腔连通,下导气孔与下腔体连通;调节杆的圆盘座与螺纹部相交处设置有密封圈,螺纹部与螺孔螺合,芯杆部下端穿过出气腔与出气孔配合;压力弹簧的下端与圆盘座配合。由于采用这样的结构,一是通过调整调节杆可以调节进气量;二是通过旋转阀芯,也可以调节进气量;从而达到精确控制不同的燃气出气量以达到所需温度;烤箱是一个已知的内部空间尺寸、无需釆用温控包等复杂且成本高的零部件、使制造成本大幅下降。

本发明涉及燃气灶的燃气调节阀。
背景技术
目前现有技术,一种燃气烤箱用的燃气温控阀包括阀体、阀盖、阀杆、压力弹簧和阀芯,所述阀体上有进气接口及在一条直线上的阀芯腔和出气腔,所述阀芯包括上腔体和下腔体,所述上腔体的上端有一卡槽;所述阀杆的下端有一沉孔,下端的周向壁上有的卡块;所述压力弹簧的上端与嵌入沉孔内,下端与上腔体的底板配合;所述阀芯的下腔体壁上设置有导气孔,导气孔与进气接口配合;所述卡块与卡槽配合。存在问题是:调节燃气量不方便,尤其是实现小火的调节。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种燃气烤箱用的燃气温控阀,它可以精确控制不同的燃气出气量以达到所需温度。
本发明是这样实现的:一种燃气烤箱用的燃气温控阀,包括阀体、阀盖、阀杆、压力弹簧和阀芯,所述阀体上有进气接口及在一条直线上的阀芯腔和出气腔,所述阀芯包括上腔体和下腔体,所述上腔体的上端有一卡槽;所述阀杆的下端有一沉孔,下端的周向壁上有的卡块;所述压力弹簧的上端与嵌入沉孔内,下端与上腔体的底板配合;所述阀芯的下腔体壁上设置有导气孔,导气孔与进气接口配合;所述卡块与卡槽配合;
其特殊之处在于:所述上腔体和下腔体的隔板上由上而下依次分布着上开口的沉孔、螺孔、出气腔和出气孔,
所述导气孔分为上导气孔和下导气孔,所述上、下导气孔与进气接口配合;上导气孔与出气腔连通,下导气孔与下腔体连通;
还包括一调节杆,所述调节杆由上而下依次包括位于顶部的供旋转工具旋转的头部、圆盘座、螺纹部和芯杆部,圆盘座与螺纹部相交处设置有密封圈槽,密封圈槽内设置有密封圈;
螺纹部与螺孔螺合,芯杆部下端穿过出气腔与出气孔配合;压力弹簧的下端与圆盘座配合。
所述的一种燃气烤箱用的燃气温控阀,其特殊之处在于:所述上导气孔有一个,
所述下导气孔包括第一下导气孔和第二下导气孔,第一、第二下导气孔的直径依次减少;
所述上导气孔和第一下导气孔在一条直线上。
所述的一种燃气灶的燃气调节阀,其特殊之处在于:还包括若干直径依次减小的若干上盲孔,上导气孔和盲孔串联,相邻二个上盲孔串联;
还包括若干直径依次减小的若干下盲孔,第二下导气孔和下盲孔串联,相邻二个下盲孔串联。
本发明一种燃气烤箱用的燃气温控阀,由于采用这样的结构,(一)通过阀杆旋转阀芯,使阀芯上不同直径的导气孔与进气接口连通,从而达到精确控制不同的燃气出气量以达到所需温度;不同上盲孔和下盲孔与进气接口相对,可以小燃气量供应,实现小火多梯级控制;(二)烤箱是一个已知的内部空间尺寸、无需釆用温控包等复杂且成本高的零部件、使制造成本大幅下降;使用方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
如图1所示,一种燃气烤箱用的燃气温控阀,包括阀体1、阀盖2、阀杆3、压力弹簧4和阀芯5,所述阀体1上有进气接口11及在一条直线上的阀芯腔12和出气腔13,所述阀芯5包括上腔体51和下腔体52,所述上腔体51的上端有一卡槽511;所述阀杆3的下端有一沉孔31,下端的周向壁上有的卡块32;所述压力弹簧4的上端与嵌入沉孔31内,下端与上腔体51的底板配合,所述上腔体51的底板即上、下腔体51、52的隔板;所述阀芯5的下腔体52壁上设置有导气孔,导气孔与进气接口11配合;所述卡块32与卡槽511配合。使用时,出气腔13上的出气接口131与燃烧器连通。
所述上腔体51和下腔体52之间的隔板53上由上而下依次分布着上开口的沉孔531、螺孔532、出气腔533和出气孔534,
所述导气孔分为上导气孔6和下导气孔7,所述上、下导气孔61、71与进气接口11配合;上导气孔61与出气腔533连通,下导气孔71与下腔体52连通;
还包括一调节杆8,所述调节杆8由上而下依次包括位于顶部的供旋转工具旋转的头部81、圆盘座82、螺纹部83和芯杆部84,圆盘座82与螺纹部83相交处设置有密封圈槽,密封圈槽内设置有密封圈9;密封圈9与上开口的沉孔531配合,实现螺纹部83与螺孔532配合后液气密封。
螺纹部83与螺孔532螺合,芯杆部84下端穿过出气腔533与出气孔534配合;压力弹簧4的下端与圆盘座82配合。通过调整调节杆8,可以调节上导气孔61进入出气腔533的进气量,进而达到调节进入下腔体52的燃气量。
如图4、图5所示,所述上导气孔61有一个,
所述下导气71孔包括第一下导气孔711和第二下导气孔712,第一、第二下导气孔711、712的直径依次减少;
所述上导气孔61和第一下导气孔711在一条直线上。
作为进一步改进:还包括若干直径依次减小的若干上盲孔62,上导气孔61和盲孔62通过弧形导气孔串联,相邻二个上盲孔62通过弧形导气孔串联;
还包括若干直径依次减小的若干下盲孔72,第二下导气孔712和下盲孔71串联,相邻二个下盲孔72串联。阀芯5转动,可以使不同尽寸的下导气孔711和下盲孔72与进气接口相对,达到调节进气量的目的。

1. 一种燃气烤箱用的燃气温控阀,包括阀体、阀盖、阀杆、压力弹簧和阀芯,所述阀体上有进气接口及在一条直线上的阀芯腔和出气腔,所述阀芯包括上腔体和下腔体,所述上腔体的上端有一卡槽;所述阀杆的下端有一沉孔,下端的周向壁上有的卡块;所述压力弹簧的上端嵌入沉孔内,下端与上腔体的底板配合;所述阀芯的下腔体壁上设置有导气孔,导气孔与进气接口配合;所述卡块与卡槽配合;
其特征在于:所述上腔体和下腔体之间的隔板上由上而下依次分布着上开口的沉孔、螺孔、出气腔和出气孔,
所述导气孔分为上导气孔和下导气孔,所述上、下导气孔与进气接口配合;上导气孔与出气腔连通,下导气孔与下腔体连通;
还包括一调节杆,所述调节杆由上而下依次包括位于顶部的供旋转工具旋转的头部、圆盘座、螺纹部和芯杆部,圆盘座与螺纹部相交处设置有密封圈槽,密封圈槽内设置有密封圈;
螺纹部与螺孔螺合,芯杆部下端穿过出气腔与出气孔配合;压力弹簧的下端与圆盘座配合;
所述上导气孔有一个,
所述下导气孔包括第一下导气孔和第二下导气孔,第一、第二下导气孔的直径依次减少;
