本发明公开了一种高性能波纹管,按重量份由以下原料制成:聚乙烯树脂:80-100份;碳酸钙:25-35份;钛酸酯:0.5-1份;硬脂酸:1-2份;四溴双酚S双(2,3-二溴丙基)醚:6-8份;三氧化二锑:3-5份;四[3,-(3’,5’-二叔丁基-4’-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯:0.5-0.7份;水杨酰胺基邻苯二甲酰亚胺:0.2-0.3份;月桂酸马来酸二丁基锡:1-2份。将碳酸钙、钛酸酯、硬脂酸、四溴双酚S双(2,3-二溴丙基)醚、三氧化二锑、四[3,-(3’,5’-二叔丁基-4’-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯、水杨酰胺基邻苯二甲酰亚胺、月桂酸马来酸二丁基锡在热混合机中混合后,加入聚乙烯树脂挤出造粒,将粒料加入单螺杆挤出机中挤出,成型管材得到波纹管。

技术领域
本发明属于波纹管材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种高性能波纹管。
背景技术
波纹管是一种常见的弹性件,它是利用材料的弹性来实现所需的功能,在外界载荷作用下改变元件的形状和尺寸,当载荷卸除后又回复到原来的状态,从而实现测量、连接、转换、补偿、隔离、密封、减震等功能。目前,波纹管广泛使用于汽车中,而汽车用波纹管要求材料具有良好的阻燃性、耐热性、绝缘性和韧性。现有技术中,波纹管的材料主要使用聚乙烯,但存在弯曲性能不足的缺陷,需要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种用于汽车的高性能波纹管,其综合性能好。
本发明提出的一种高性能波纹管,按重量份由以下原料制成:聚乙烯树脂:80-100份;碳酸钙:25-35份;钛酸酯:0.5-1份;硬脂酸:1-2份;四溴双酚S双(2,3-二溴丙基)醚:6-8份;三氧化二锑:3-5份;四[3,-(3’,5’-二叔丁基-4’-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯:0.5-0.7份;水杨酰胺基邻苯二甲酰亚胺:0.2-0.3份;月桂酸马来酸二丁基锡:1-2份;
根据上述配比,按以下步骤制备所述高性能波纹管:S1:将碳酸钙、钛酸酯、硬脂酸、四溴双酚S双(2,3-二溴丙基)醚、三氧化二锑、四[3,-(3’,5’-二叔丁基-4’-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯、水杨酰胺基邻苯二甲酰亚胺、月桂酸马来酸二丁基锡在热混合机中混合后,加入聚乙烯树脂通过挤出机进行挤出造粒,挤出温度为180-200℃;S2:将获得的粒料,加入单螺杆挤出机中,挤出,成型管材,得到波纹管,其中,挤出温度为190-200℃,挤出管材牵引速度为3-5m/min。
优选地,所述高性能波纹管,按重量份由以下原料制成:聚乙烯树脂:85-95份;碳酸钙:28-32份;钛酸酯:0.6-0.8份;硬脂酸:1.2-1.8份;四溴双酚S双(2,3-二溴丙基)醚:6.5-7.5份;三氧化二锑:3.5-4.5份;四[3,-(3’,5’-二叔丁基-4’-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯:0.55-0.65份;水杨酰胺基邻苯二甲酰亚胺:0.22-0.27份;月桂酸马来酸二丁基锡:1.3-1.8份。
优选地,所述高性能波纹管,按重量份由以下原料制成:聚乙烯树脂:90份;碳酸钙:30份;钛酸酯:0.7份;硬脂酸:1.5份;四溴双酚S双(2,3-二溴丙基)醚:7份;三氧化二锑:4份;四[3,-(3’,5’-二叔丁基-4’-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯:0.6份;水杨酰胺基邻苯二甲酰亚胺:0.25份;月桂酸马来酸二丁基锡:1.5份。
优选地,在步骤S1中,挤出温度均为190℃。
优选地,在步骤S2中,挤出温度为195℃,挤出管材牵引速度为4m/min。
本发明中,通过对高性能波纹管所使用材料的组分进行合理选择,并优化了各组分的重量份比和制备工艺,使得各组分之间相互配合,发挥功效,同时,降低了各添加助剂的用量,从而降低了材料的成本,并提高了波纹管的综合性能;波纹管在拉伸强度高的基础上,具有弯曲强度高、断裂伸长率高的优点;因而,通过对波纹管制备各步骤的控制及各步骤的配合,对材料组分和比例的优化,使得波纹管能获得优良的综合性能。

实施例1
本发明实施例提出的一种高性能波纹管,按重量份由以下原料制成:聚乙烯树脂:90份;碳酸钙:30份;钛酸酯:0.7份;硬脂酸:1.5份;四溴双酚S双(2,3-二溴丙基)醚:7份;三氧化二锑:4份;四[3,-(3’,5’-二叔丁基-4’-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯:0.6份;水杨酰胺基邻苯二甲酰亚胺:0.25份;月桂酸马来酸二丁基锡:1.5份;
根据上述配比,按以下步骤制备所述高性能波纹管:S1:将碳酸钙、钛酸酯、硬脂酸、四溴双酚S双(2,3-二溴丙基)醚、三氧化二锑、四[3,-(3’,5’-二叔丁基-4’-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯、水杨酰胺基邻苯二甲酰亚胺、月桂酸马来酸二丁基锡在热混合机中混合后,加入聚乙烯树脂通过挤出机进行挤出造粒,挤出温度为190℃;S32:将S1中获得的粒料,加入单螺杆挤出机中,挤出,成型管材,得到波纹管,其中,挤出温度为195℃,挤出管材牵引速度为4m/min。
实施例2
本发明实施例提出的一种高性能波纹管,按重量份由以下原料制成:聚乙烯树脂:100份;碳酸钙:25份;钛酸酯:1份;硬脂酸:1份;四溴双酚S双(2,3-二溴丙基)醚:8份;三氧化二锑:3份;四[3,-(3’,5’-二叔丁基-4’-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯:0.7份;水杨酰胺基邻苯二甲酰亚胺:0.2份;月桂酸马来酸二丁基锡:2份;
根据上述配比,按以下步骤制备所述高性能波纹管:S1:将碳酸钙、钛酸酯、硬脂酸、四溴双酚S双(2,3-二溴丙基)醚、三氧化二锑、四[3,-(3’,5’-二叔丁基-4’-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯、水杨酰胺基邻苯二甲酰亚胺、月桂酸马来酸二丁基锡在热混合机中混合后,加入聚乙烯树脂通过挤出机进行挤出造粒,挤出温度为180℃;S1:将S1中获得的粒料,加入单螺杆挤出机中,挤出,成型管材,得到波纹管,其中,挤出温度为200℃,挤出管材牵引速度为3m/min。
实施例3
本发明实施例提出的一种高性能波纹管,按重量份由以下原料制成:聚乙烯树脂:80份;碳酸钙:35份;钛酸酯:0.5份;硬脂酸:2份;四溴双酚S双(2,3-二溴丙基)醚:6份;三氧化二锑:5份;四[3,-(3’,5’-二叔丁基-4’-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯:0.5份;水杨酰胺基邻苯二甲酰亚胺:0.3份;月桂酸马来酸二丁基锡:1份;
根据上述配比,按以下步骤制备所述高性能波纹管:S1:将碳酸钙、钛酸酯、硬脂酸、四溴双酚S双(2,3-二溴丙基)醚、三氧化二锑、四[3,-(3’,5’-二叔丁基-4’-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯、水杨酰胺基邻苯二甲酰亚胺、月桂酸马来酸二丁基锡在热混合机中混合后,加入聚乙烯树脂通过挤出机进行挤出造粒,挤出温度为200℃;S2:将S1中获得的粒料,加入单螺杆挤出机中,挤出,成型管材,得到波纹管,其中,挤出温度为190℃,挤出管材牵引速度为5m/min。
实施例1-3中,测试制得的高性能波纹管所使用材料的各项性能,性能数据如表1所示。

1.一种高性能波纹管,其特征在于,按重量份由以下原料制成:聚乙烯树脂:80-100份;碳酸钙:25-35份;钛酸酯:0.5-1份;硬脂酸:1-2份;四溴双酚S双(2,3-二溴丙基)醚:6-8份;三氧化二锑:3-5份;四[3,-(3’,5’-二叔丁基-4’-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯:0.5-0.7份;水杨酰胺基邻苯二甲酰亚胺:0.2-0.3份;月桂酸马来酸二丁基锡:1-2份;
根据上述配比,按以下步骤制备所述高性能波纹管:S1:将碳酸钙、钛酸酯、硬脂酸、四溴双酚S双(2,3-二溴丙基)醚、三氧化二锑、四[3,-(3’,5’-二叔丁基-4’-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯、水杨酰胺基邻苯二甲酰亚胺、月桂酸马来酸二丁基锡在热混合机中混合后,加入聚乙烯树脂通过挤出机进行挤出造粒,挤出温度为180-200℃;S2:将获得的粒料,加入单螺杆挤出机中,挤出,成型管材,得到波纹管,其中,挤出温度为190-200℃,挤出管材牵引速度为3-5m/min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高性能波纹管,其特征在于,按重量份由以下原料制成:聚乙烯树脂:85-95份;碳酸钙:28-32份;钛酸酯:0.6-0.8份;硬脂酸:1.2-1.8份;四溴双酚S双(2,3-二溴丙基)醚:6.5-7.5份;三氧化二锑:3.5-4.5份;四[3,-(3’,5’-二叔丁基-4’-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯:0.55-0.65份;水杨酰胺基邻苯二甲酰亚胺:0.22-0.27份;月桂酸马来酸二丁基锡:1.3-1.8份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高性能波纹管,其特征在于,按重量份由以下原料制成:聚乙烯树脂:90份;碳酸钙:30份;钛酸酯:0.7份;硬脂酸:1.5份;四溴双酚S双(2,3-二溴丙基)醚:7份;三氧化二锑:4份;四[3,-(3’,5’-二叔丁基-4’-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯:0.6份;水杨酰胺基邻苯二甲酰亚胺:0.25份;月桂酸马来酸二丁基锡:1.5份。
