本发明提供一种梅花形联排式胶针的成型模具,包括上固定板、前模、后模、支撑板、推料板、模脚和下固定板,其特征在于:前模固定于上固定板上,所述的前模和后模闭合时形成梅花形型腔,所述的推料板和后模之间设置有支撑板,推料板连接两模脚,下固定板上固定连接有两模脚和后模中板,上顶出板通过螺钉固定于后模中板上,所述的后模中板和上顶出板位于两模脚之间,后模中板上固定连接有回位销,回位销贯通穿过上顶出板并连接至后模,后模的外侧通过螺钉固定连接有限位块,前模的外侧通过螺钉固定连接有T型的限位导轨,模具工作过程中,限位块可沿限位导轨作垂直运动。本发明的模具结构的设计使顶出动作顺畅,是一种节能、可靠的顶出方式。

技术领域
 本发明涉及塑料成型模具,具体涉及一种梅花形联排式胶针成型模具。 
背景技术
随着商品经济的日益发展,吊牌被越来越普遍地应用,将吊牌固定于商品上是通过胶针作为连接体,因此,胶针的需求量随之增加。梅花形胶针的梅花头部形状复杂,且胶针呈细长状,胶针的中间长条部位的直径为Φ0.5mm左右,故成型难度大。众所周知,当塑料件的壁厚值过小时,注射时的压力损失较大,流长比小,塑料过早硬化,从而会造成塑料件填充不足的缺陷。因此,对模具的结构设计有着较高的要求。 
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种梅花形联排式胶针的成型模具,包括上固定板1、前模2、后模5、支撑板6、推料板7、模脚8和下固定板12,其特征在于:前模2固定于上固定板1上,所述的前模2和后模5闭合时形成梅花形型腔3,所述的推料板7和后模5之间设置有支撑板6,推料板7连接两模脚8,下固定板12上固定连接有两模脚8和后模中板11,上顶出板9通过螺钉固定于后模中板11上,所述的后模中板11和上顶出板9位于两模脚8之间,后模中板11上固定连接有回位销10,回位销10贯通穿过上顶出板9并连接至后模5,后模5的外侧通过螺钉固定连接有限位块13,前模2的外侧通过螺钉固定连接有T型的限位导轨14,模具工作过程中,限位块13可沿限位导轨14作垂直运动。 
所述的支撑板6上固定连接有顶针4,模具闭合时顶针4的顶出端对应连接至梅花形型腔3的尾部。 
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益技术效果为:众所周知,注塑件的顶出方式对制件的质量和生产效率有着重要的影响,本发明由于梅花形联排胶针为薄壁小尺寸件,因此,根据产品的形状特征设计了合理的塑件顶出方式,即前模2和后模5分型开模,由于合模的惯性力作用,边锁16做无功行程5-6mm后,产品即与前模2分离,由回位销10、限位块13的行程控制前模2和后模5分型的距离,产品脱离前模2后,胶针留在后模5的模腔中,同时由推料板7和顶针4构成的推出机构以较小的推力便将联排式梅花形胶针推离型腔。本发明的模具结构的设计使顶出动作顺畅,减小了顶针在顶出塑件时施加的推力,避免了顶出过来带来的产品质量缺陷,是一种节能、可靠的顶出方式。

具体实施方式
结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。本发明所采用的技术方案为:梅花形联排式胶针的成型模具,包括上固定板1、前模2、后模5、支撑板6、推料板7、模脚8和下固定板12,前模2固定于上固定板1上,所述的前模2和后模5闭合时形成两个联排式梅花形胶针的成型腔,所述的推料板7和后模5之间设置有支撑板6,推料板7连接两模脚8,下固定板12上固定连接有两模脚8和后模中板11,上顶出板9通过螺钉固定于后模中板11上,所述的后模中板11和上顶出板9位于两模脚8之间,后模中板11上固定连接有回位销10,回位销10贯通穿过上顶出板9并连接至后模5,后模5的外侧通过螺钉固定连接有限位块13,前模2的外侧通过螺钉固定连接有T型的限位导轨14,模具工作过程中,限位块13可沿限位导轨14作垂直运动。 
本发明的模具的工作过程为:合模-注射-保压-冷却-开模,前模2在注射机开合模系统的作用下移动,在分型面处与后模5闭合,由导柱15和边锁16保证模具准确闭合;注射机注射充模,塑料熔体经浇道系统流入梅花形型腔3,由分型面和顶针4部件的间隙排除模具内的气体,从而充满梅花形型腔3;型腔充填满之后保压,以补充塑料的冷却收缩;模具内联排式梅花形胶针冷却定型;联排式梅花形胶针冷却后,由注射机的开合模系统带动前模2和后模5分型开模,由于合模的惯性力作用,边锁16做无功行程5-6mm后,产品即与前模2分离,由回位销10、限位块13的行程控制前模2和后模5分型的距离,产品脱离前模2后,胶针留在后模5的模腔中,同时由推料板7和顶针4构成的推出机构以较小的推力便将联排式梅花形胶针推离型腔,从而完成一个动作周期。联排式梅花形胶针的顶出过程中模具动作顺畅、节能,避免了产品在顶出过程中出现缺陷,提高了产品质量的稳定性。本模具结构可靠,开模系统动作灵活、平稳。

1.梅花形联排式胶针的成型模具,包括上固定板、前模、后模、支撑板、推料板、模脚和下固定板,其特征在于:前模固定于上固定板上,所述的前模和后模闭合时形成梅花形型腔,所述的推料板和后模之间设置有支撑板,推料板连接两模脚,下固定板上固定连接有两模脚和后模中板,上顶出板通过螺钉固定于后模中板上,所述的后模中板和上顶出板位于两模脚之间,后模中板上固定连接有回位销,回位销贯通穿过上顶出板并连接至后模,后模的外侧通过螺钉固定连接有限位块,前模的外侧通过螺钉固定连接有T型的限位导轨,模具工作过程中,限位块可沿限位导轨作垂直运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的梅花形联排式胶针的成型模具,其特征在于:所述的支撑板上固定连接有顶针,模具闭合时顶针的顶出端对应连接至梅花形型腔的尾部。
