用纯氧代替空气助燃,以201110036729.0技术为实施手段实现纯氧供给,发动机气缸直径不变,发动机气缸长度减少50%-79%,气体总量减少50%-79%,尾气带走的能量减少50%-79%,发动机曲轴半径相应减少,减少发动机体积和自重,节能减排;发动机的氧气进气压力提高到0.2~3.8MPa,在等功等热的条件下,以201220753567.2技术为实施手段,控制匹配燃油供给流量,形成过量纯氧燃烧,使燃料瞬时有效地燃烧率达到最高极限值,达到节能减排目标;气缸直径不变,增加进气压力,提高发动机动力,提高燃料的能源转换率,对发动机进行设计改进,节油5~60%。具体解决问题的技术方案:提供一种创新发动机,其特征是:所述的发动机是用纯氧代替空气助燃,发动机气缸直径不变,发动机气缸长度减少50%-79%,发动机曲轴半径相应减少,发动机的氧气进气压力提高到0.2~3.8MPa,在等功等热的条件下控制匹配燃油供给流量;其优点是:缩小发动机体积,减少发动机自重,节约能源,减少污染排放,改写尾气排放标准,制定发动机全新标准。
