Abstract
本发明提供一种车辆用光源模组,包括:激光二极管;基板,在上面安装所述激光二极管;下部散热器,结合到所述基板的下面;上部散热器,与所述基板的上面结合,贯通并形成插入所述激光二极管的光路;及荧光体(phosphor),设置在所述光路上。本发明的车辆用光源模组的结构简单、大小紧凑、能够有效散发激光二极管中产生的热量。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及车辆用光源模组,更详细地说,涉及利用激光二极管的车辆用光源模组。
背景技术
通常,使用LED(Light Emitting Diode)或灯泡(light bulb)作为车用灯的光源。最近,虽然努力把激光二极管作为车辆用光源,但到目前为止,有效的技术未得到普及。
目前,激光二极管普遍适用在医疗和产业领域。这里,激光二极管(laserdiode:LD)是统称利用根据半导体内电子的光学迁移的光子的诱导放出的光波的发振器及增幅器,具有两个电极。这种激光二极管在各种激光中属于最小型、最轻量的,优点是能够通过半导体工程以低价批量生产。
但是,目前开发成车辆用光源模组的激光二极管,因其结构复杂、用于散热的散热器(heat sink)的尺寸大,很难适用到车辆。
发明内容
(要解决的技术问题)
因此,本发明的目的在于,为了解决所述问题,提供一种利用激光二极管的结构简单、具有紧凑大小的车辆用光源模组。
另外,其目的在于,提供能够有效散发激光二极管中发生的热量的车辆用光源模组。
(解决问题的手段)
为了达成所述目的,本发明提供一种车辆用光源模组,包括:激光二极管;基板,在上面安装所述激光二极管;下部散热器,结合到所述基板的下面;上部散热器,与所述基板的上面结合,贯通并形成插入所述激光二极管的光路;荧光体(phosphor),设置在所述光路上。
在所述光路上,所述激光二极管和所述荧光体之间优选设置准直仪(Collimator)。
最好包括荧光体支架,与所述上部散热器的上面结合,把所述荧光体固定在所述上部散热器上。
所述荧光体支架最好包括:狭缝部,形成狭缝(slit),覆盖所述光路;结合部,从所述狭缝部延长形成。
所述光路的下部最好由固定所述激光二极管的支架构成。
所述基板最好包括:基板主体,其上面形成通过电气性地连接连接器与所述激光二极管的接点的电源供应回路模式;第1热传导层,在除了所述电源供应回路模式以外的所述基板主体的上面形成;第2热传导层,在所述基板主体的下面形成;可形成至少一个热传递孔,贯通所述第1热传导层、所述基板主体及所述第2热传导层。
所述激光二极管的接点最好在所述基板主体的中心形成,所述连接器可设置在所述基板主体的横边及纵边中任意一个的中心附近。
所述上部散热器的下端最好形成凹形的连接器插入部,当所述基板和所述上部散热器结合时,插入所述上部连接器。
(发明的效果)
根据本发明的车辆用光源模组,围住激光二极管的上部散热器及下部散热器结合了准直仪、荧光体及荧光体支架,具有结构简单、大小紧凑的有利效果。.
并且,根据本发明的车辆用光源模组,安装激光二极管的基板的上下面结合了上部散热器与下部散热器,具有有效散热激光二极管所产生的热量的效果。尤其,在安装激光二极管的基板的上面及下面做了镀铜处理,形成热传递孔,除了固定激光二极管并供应电源的作用以外,通过连接上部散热器和下部散热器,能够传递热量,提供更佳的散热效果。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图详细说明本发明的优选实施例。首先,关于为各附图的构成要素附加参照符号,相同的构成要素标示在不同的附图上时,尽可能使用了相同的符号。并且,下面会说明本发明的优选实施例,但本发明的技术思想并不限定于此或受此限制,从业者可进行变更并以多种形式实施。
图1是根据本发明的1实施例的车辆用光源模组,图2是图1的车辆用光源模组的分解图。
这种图1及图2是为了概念上更明确地理解本发明,而只明确图示了主要特征部分,其结果,可预想到图解的多种变形,本发明的范围无需因图中图示的特定形状而限定。
同时参照图1及图2,根据本发明的1实施例的车辆用光源模组,可包括:激光二极管110、基板120、下部散热器130、上部散热器140、荧光体150、准直仪(Collimator)160及荧光体支架170。
首先,激光二极管110安装在基板120的上面,基板120的下面与下部散热器130结合,基板120的上面与上部散热器140结合。上部散热器140上可设置准直仪160、荧光体150及荧光体支架170。
基板120的作用是向激光二极管110供应电源并连接上部散热器140及下部散热器130,使其能够传递热量。
图3是图示图1的基板的上面的图,图4是图示图1的基板的下面的图,图5是扩大图示图1的基板的剖面的图。
同时参照图3至图5,基板120可包括:基板主体122;第1热传导层123,在基板主体122的上面形成;第2热传导层124,在基板主体122的下面形成。基板120的中心可形成安装部126,安装激光二极管110。
基板主体122的下面形成电源供应回路模式122a。电源供应回路模式122a通过电气性地连接连接器121和安装在安装部126的激光二极管110的接点。这时,连接器121可设置在基板主体122的横边及纵边中任意一个的中心部分。因此,电源供应回路模式122a可从基板主体122的中心延伸到基板主体122的横边及纵边中任意一个的中心附近。
第1热传导层123可通过镀铜处理整个基板主体122的上面而形成。并且,第2热传导层124可通过镀铜处理基板主体122的下面中除电源供应回路模式122a以外的领域而形成。这种第1热传导层123及第2热传导层124可把激光二极管110所产生的热量有效地传递到上部散热器140或下部散热器130而诱导散热。
尤其,贯通基板120、第1热传导层123及第2热传导层124,可形成热传递孔125,热传递孔125的作用在于,从上部散热器140向下部散热器130或从下部散热器130向上部散热器140相互传递热量,提高散热效果。
这种热传递孔125可通过多个排成纵向或横向而形成。
这种基板120与传统的激光二极管110的基板不同,除固定激光二极管110并供应电源的作用之外,还起到连接上部散热器140与下部散热器130进行热传导的作用。
同时,激光二极管的安装基板120的各个边角上可形成结合槽127,结合上部散热器140及下部散热器130。结合槽127内可插入螺栓等结合部件,结合基板120、下部散热器130以及上部散热器140。
下部散热器130与基板120的下面结合,向外部散发激光二极管110所产生的热量。
图6是根据图1中A-A'的剖面图。
同时参照图2至图6,上部散热器140与基板120的上面结合,向外部散发激光二极管110所产生的热量。这时,上部散热器140可形成光路141,插入激光二极管110。光路141从上部散热器140的底面中心向上面中心贯通而形成,固定激光二极管110并形成使激光二极管110所射出的光向上部散热器140的外面照射的空间。
光路141的下部可起到固定激光二极管110的支架(holder)的作用。因此,恰当地设计光路141的下部,以适合激光二极管110的大小,也可形成用于结合的其他结构。
与基板120接触的上部散热器140的底面可形成凹形的连接器收容部142,插入并收容连接器121。
荧光体(phosphor)150可设置在光路141上的激光二极管110的前面。荧光体140可诱导从激光二极管110射出的光呈现白色光。
同时,光路141上,激光二极管110与荧光体(phosphor)150之间可设置准直仪(Collimator)160。
荧光体支架170可把荧光体(phosphor)150固定在上部散热器140的上面。在1实施例中,荧光体支架170如图2所图示,可包括狭缝部171,覆盖光路141;结合部172,从狭缝部171上延长形成。狭缝部171可形成切开的狭缝。狭缝部171的狭缝可设计成最佳大小,在激光二极管110的光与荧光体150反应而呈现白射光时,使光效率最佳。并且,狭缝部171的狭缝与LED或灯泡等原有的车辆用光源类似,为了易于光学设计,可由矩形形状形成。
同时,如图6的箭头所示,激光二极管110所产生的热量通过上部散热器140及下部散热器130向外部散发。尤其,通过已形成第1热传导层123及第2热传导层124的基板120,容易实现相互间的热传递,通过多个热传递孔125,使上部散热器140与下部散热器130之间的热传递更活跃。
上述说明只是例示性地说明了本发明的技术思想,在本发明所属技术领域具有一般知识的人,能够在不脱离本发明本质特性的范围内,可进行多种修改、变更及替换。因此,本发明公开的实施例及附图并不在于限定本发明的技术思想,而是为了说明,本发明的技术思想的范围并不受这种实施例及附图的限定,与其同等范围内的所有技术思想都包括在本发明的权利范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种车辆用光源模组,包括:
激光二极管;
基板,在上面安装所述激光二极管;
下部散热器,结合到所述基板的下面;
上部散热器,与所述基板的上面结合,贯通并形成插入所述激光二极管的光路;
及荧光体,设置在所述光路上;
其特征在于:所述基板包括:
基板主体,其上面形成通过电气性地连接连接器与所述激光二极管的接点的电源供应回路;
第1热传导层,在除了所述电源供应回路以外的所述基板主体的上面形成;
第2热传导层,在所述基板主体的下面形成;
形成至少一个热传递孔,贯通所述第1热传导层、所述基板主体及所述第2热传导层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用光源模组,
在所述光路上,所述激光二极管和所述荧光体之间设置准直仪。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用光源模组,还包括:
荧光体支架,与所述上部散热器的上面结合,把所述荧光体固定在所述上部散热器上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车辆用光源模组,所述荧光体支架包括:
狭缝部,形成狭缝,覆盖所述光路;
结合部,从所述狭缝部延长形成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用光源模组,
所述光路的下部由固定所述激光二极管的支架构成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用光源模组,
所述激光二极管的接点在所述基板主体的中心形成,所述连接器可设置在所述基板主体的横边及纵边中任意一个的中心附近。
7.根据权利要求6所述的车辆用光源模组,
所述上部散热器的下端形成凹形的连接器插入部,当所述基板与所述上部散热器结合时,所述连接器插入到连接器插入部。
