本发明涉及机械衬套领域,尤其是一种多孔铜合金内衬衬套。
背景技术
当前工业发展离不开重型卡车,所以重型卡车的制造量越来越大,卡车的成产技术也越来越先进,然而在卡车日常保养过程中,转向节衬套是一个易损坏的零件,传统的衬套内壁是以普通的黄铜作为内衬材料,凹点作为储油槽,使用寿命在一年左右,更换转向节衬套的操作过程较为复杂,从而增加了车辆保养的成本,同时也浪费了驾驶员的时间,因此急需一种新的衬套来解决上述技术缺陷。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种多孔铜合金内衬衬套。
本发明针对上述技术缺陷所提出的技术方案是:
一种多孔铜合金内衬衬套,所述衬套形状为圆管状,所述衬套分为内外两层,所述衬套一侧中部设有注油孔。
所述外衬材料为钢质材料,所述内衬材料为高耐磨性多孔铜合金。
所述衬套内衬内壁为光滑内壁。
本发明的有益效果是:内层使用高耐磨性多孔铜合金,内壁光滑,耐磨性高,储油能力强,衬套的使用寿命长,生产过程简单,易于推广。

一种多孔铜合金内衬衬套,所述衬套1形状为圆管状,所述衬套1分为内外两层,所述衬套1一侧中部设有注油孔4,所述外衬2材料为钢质材料,所述内衬3材料为高耐磨性多孔铜合金,所述内衬3内壁上设有储油网纹,内衬使用高耐磨性多孔铜合金,内壁光滑,耐磨性高,储油能力强,衬套的使用寿命长,生产过程简单,易于推广。
