本发明公开了一种滚压装置,包含固定架和设置在固定架上的电池座、滚压组件、压紧组件;所述滚压组件沿水平方向可滑动地设置在固定架上,滚压组件中设置有辊子和辊子转动驱动装置,辊子设置在靠近电池座处;所述压紧组件设置在电池座的上侧;本发明的滚压装置,通过滚压组件的辊子对电池原料的侧边进行滚压加工,满足了生产线对电池侧边折曲的加工工序的要求;并通过带有弹性件的压紧组件对电池原料进行压紧,可避免压紧力过大而在加工时对电池产生损坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种滚压装置,具体的说是一种用于全自动电池侧边加工生产线的滚压装置。
背景技术
电池侧边加工处理需要分别通过电池两边折曲机、整形机、涂胶机、热压机、冷压机等多个工位来处理完成,但各工位之间没有连接环节,每一个工位都需要人工操作,浪费人力,工位之间还要放置存料环节,浪费空间;而且人工作业不能很好的控制产品生产周期,因此产品质量不好,生产效率低下;现针对上述情况设计了一种全自动电池侧边加工生产线,因此,需要对应生产线中的滚压环节设计相应的滚压装置。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种用于全自动电池侧边加工生产线的滚压装置。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种滚压装置,包含固定架和设置在固定架上的电池座、滚压组件、压紧组件;所述滚压组件沿水平方向可滑动地设置在固定架上,滚压组件中设置有辊子和辊子转动驱动装置,辊子设置在靠近电池座处;所述压紧组件设置在电池座的上侧。
优选的,所述压紧组件包含升降缸、滑轨、滑块、压板;所述升降缸和滑轨设置在固定架上;所述滑块滑动设置在滑轨上,滑块与升降缸的升降端相连接;所述压板设置在滑块上,压板与滑块之间设置有沿竖直方向设置的弹性件。
优选的,所述辊子的截面形状呈半圆形。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的滚压装置,通过滚压组件的辊子对电池原料的侧边进行滚压加工,满足了生产线对电池侧边折曲的加工工序的要求;并通过带有弹性件的压紧组件对电池原料进行压紧,可避免压紧力过大而在加工时对电池产生损坏。

下面结合附图来说明本发明。
如图1-2所示,本发明所述的一种滚压装置,包含固定架1和在固定架1的两侧上对称设置的电池座2、滚压组件3、压紧组件;所述滚压组件3沿水平方向可滑动地设置在固定架1上,滚压组件3中设置有辊子4和辊子转动驱动装置,辊子4设置在靠近电池座2处,辊子4的截面形状呈半圆形;所述压紧组件包含升降缸5、滑轨6、滑块7、压板8;所述升降缸5和滑轨6设置在固定架1上;所述滑块7滑动设置在滑轨6上,滑块7与升降缸5的升降端相连接;所述压板8设置在滑块7上,压板8与滑块7之间设置有沿竖直方向设置的弹性件。
工作时,压紧组件的压板8将电池座2压紧后,两侧的滚压组件3向电池原料横移靠近,辊子转动驱动装置带动辊子4转动,对电池侧边进滚压处理。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的滚压装置,通过滚压组件的辊子对电池原料的侧边进行滚压加工,满足了生产线对电池侧边折曲的加工工序的要求;并通过带有弹性件的压紧组件对电池原料进行压紧,可避免压紧力过大而在加工时对电池产生损坏。

1.种滚压装置,其特征在于:包含固定架(1)和设置在固定架(1)上的电池座(2)、滚压组件(3)、压紧组件;所述滚压组件沿水平方向可滑动地设置在固定架(1)上,滚压组件(3)中设置有辊子(4)和辊子转动驱动装置,辊子(4)设置在靠近电池座(2)处;所述压紧组件设置在电池座(2)的上侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚压装置,其特征在于:所述压紧组件包含升降缸(5)、滑轨(6)、滑块(7)、压板(8);所述升降缸(5)和滑轨(6)设置在固定架(1)上;所述滑块(7)滑动设置在滑轨(6)上,滑块(7)与升降缸(5)的升降端相连接;所述压板(8)设置在滑块(7)上,压板(8)与滑块(7)之间设置有沿竖直方向设置的弹性件。
