一种滋阴补肾的蜂蜜冻干粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:蜂蜜250~300、桑椹10~12、草莓15~18、枸杞粉3~4、金银花粉5~7、菊花粉5~7、西番莲15~20、干燥蔬菜颗粒6~8、生蘑菇6~8、小麦5~8、青辣椒6~8、番茄酱10~14、豆豉5~8、助剂4~5和适量的水;本发明的蜂蜜冻干粉将草莓混合西番莲、桑葚,先磨浆,再混合事先煎煮的汤汁以及金银花粉、枸杞粉、菊花粉等粉剂,混合调匀后加入蜂蜜,在-20℃条件下速冻成固体,再在真空无菌的环境下解冻干燥,最后粉碎即可,金银花、枸杞、菊花在滋阴补阳上功效显著,以粉剂的形式添加更符合产品最后粉剂形态的特点,操作也跟方便,防止受污染,做成粉剂后的冻干粉保存时间更长。

本发明是一种滋阴补肾的蜂蜜冻干粉及其制备方法,属于补品中冻干粉的工艺领域。
背景技术
枸杞子:养肝,滋肾,润肺。枸杞叶:补虚益精,清热明目。枸杞色素是存在于枸杞浆果中的各类呈色物质,是枸杞籽的重要生理活性成分。主要包括-胡萝卜素、叶黄素和其他有色物质,枸杞所含有的类胡萝卜素则具有非常重要的药用价值。很多研究已经证明枸杞籽色素具有提高人体免疫功能、预防和抑制肿瘤及预防动脉粥样硬化等作用。胡萝卜素是枸杞色素的主要活性成分,具有抗氧化和作为维生素A的合成前体等重要的生理功能。枸杞中的甜菜碱化学名称为1-羧基-N,N,N-三甲氨基乙内酯,在化学结构上与氨基酸相似,属于季胺碱类物质,甜菜碱是枸杞果、叶、柄中主要的生物碱之一。枸杞对脂质代谢或抗脂肪肝的作用主要是由于所含的甜菜碱引起的,它在体内起甲基供应体的作用。
金银花自古以来就以它的药用价值广泛而著名。其功效主要是清热解毒,主治温病发热、热毒血痢、痈疽疔毒等。现代研究证明,金银花含有绿原酸、木犀草素苷等药理活性成分,对溶血性链球菌、金黄葡萄球菌等多种致病菌及上呼吸道感染致病病毒等有较强的抑制力,另外还可增强免疫力、抗早孕、护肝、抗肿瘤、消炎、解热、止血(凝血)、抑制肠道吸收胆固醇等,其临床用途非常广泛,可与其它药物配伍用于治疗呼吸道感染、菌痢、急性泌尿系统感染、高血压等40余种病症。
金银花性寒,味甘,入肺、心、胃经,具有清热解毒、抗炎、补虚疗风的功效,主治胀满下疾、温病发热,热毒痈疡和肿瘤等症。其对于头昏头晕、口干作渴、多汗烦闷、肠炎、菌痢、麻疹、肺炎、乙脑、流脑、急性乳腺炎、败血症、阑尾炎、皮肤感染、痈疽疔疮、丹毒、腮腺炎、化脓性扁桃体炎等病症均有一定疗效。
发明内容
一种滋阴补肾的蜂蜜冻干粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:蜂蜜250~300、桑椹10~12、草莓15~18、枸杞粉3~4、金银花粉5~7、菊花粉5~7、西番莲15~20、干燥蔬菜颗粒6~8、生蘑菇6~8、小麦5~8、青辣椒6~8、番茄酱10~14、豆豉5~8、助剂4~5和适量的水;所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:菱角茎4~6、心胆草3~4、芭蕉花5~5.5、枇杷叶6~8、关公须3~4.5、红糖4.5~6、黄豆芽7~10、田七4~5、土豆粉10~12、白芝麻2~3和适量的水;制备方法是将白芝麻先炒制焦黄,磨粉,混合土豆粉后制成混合粉料,混合菱角茎、心胆草、芭蕉花、枇杷叶、关公须、黄豆芽和田七,加水至液面高出物料8~10cm,煎煮65~80min,过滤得滤汁,加入红糖调匀,与前述的混合粉料混合,最后干燥,粉碎即得。
一种滋阴补肾的蜂蜜冻干粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下几个步骤:
(1)将小麦磨粉,混合枸杞粉、金银花粉、菊花粉和干燥蔬菜颗粒,干炒10~15min;
(2)将生蘑菇、青辣椒、豆豉、助剂及其它以下未涉及的剩余成分混合,加水至没过物料6~8cm,煎煮40~60min后过滤得滤汁;
(3)取草莓、桑葚和西番莲的果肉部分,打成果浆,加入(1)所述的混合粉料及(2)的滤汁,调匀后加入蜂蜜在-20℃以下速冻使完全成为固体;
(4)将(3)所得固体于20~50℃无菌条件下真空解冻,最后粉碎至粉末,按用途分装即可。
材料中出现的不常见物料介绍如下:
心胆草:柳叶菜科多年生草本,煎汤服用,有除湿,驱虫,止血,止痛的功效。
芭蕉花:为芭蕉科植物芭蕉的花蕾或花,具有独特的鲜甜味,具有化痰软坚,平肝,和瘀,通经的功效。
关公须:野芝麻亚科的一年生草本,根、叶入药,药效与丹参类似。
本发明的优点:本发明的蜂蜜冻干粉将草莓混合西番莲、桑葚,先磨浆,再混合事先煎煮的汤汁以及金银花粉、枸杞粉、菊花粉等粉剂,混合调匀后加入蜂蜜,在-20℃条件下速冻成固体,再在真空无菌的环境下解冻干燥,最后粉碎即可,金银花、枸杞、菊花在滋阴补阳上功效显著,以粉剂的形式添加更符合产品最后粉剂形态的特点,操作也跟方便,防止受污染,做成粉剂后的冻干粉保存时间更长。
具体实施方式
一种滋阴补肾的草莓冻干粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:蜂蜜250~300g、桑椹10~12g、草莓15~18g、枸杞粉3~4g、金银花粉5~7g、菊花粉5~7g、西番莲15~20g、干燥蔬菜颗粒6~8g、生蘑菇6~8g、小麦5~8g、青辣椒6~8g、番茄酱10~14g、豆豉5~8g、助剂4~5g和适量的水;所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:菱角茎4~6g、心胆草3~4g、芭蕉花5~5.5g、枇杷叶6~8g、关公须3~4.5g、红糖4.5~6g、黄豆芽7~10g、田七4~5g、土豆粉10~12g、白芝麻2~3g和适量的水;制备方法是将白芝麻先炒制焦黄,磨粉,混合土豆粉后制成混合粉料,混合菱角茎、心胆草、芭蕉花、枇杷叶、关公须、黄豆芽和田七,加水至液面高出物料8~10cm,煎煮65~80min,过滤得滤汁,加入红糖调匀,与前述的混合粉料混合,最后干燥,粉碎即得。

1.一种滋阴补肾的蜂蜜冻干粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:蜂蜜250~300、桑椹10~12、草莓15~18、枸杞粉3~4、金银花粉5~7、菊花粉5~7、西番莲15~20、干燥蔬菜颗粒6~8、生蘑菇6~8、小麦5~8、青辣椒6~8、番茄酱10~14、豆豉5~8、助剂4~5和适量的水;所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:菱角茎4~6、心胆草3~4、芭蕉花5~5.5、枇杷叶6~8、关公须3~4.5、红糖4.5~6、黄豆芽7~10、田七4~5、土豆粉10~12、白芝麻2~3和适量的水;制备方法是将白芝麻先炒制焦黄,磨粉,混合土豆粉后制成混合粉料,混合菱角茎、心胆草、芭蕉花、枇杷叶、关公须、黄豆芽和田七,加水至液面高出物料8~10cm,煎煮65~80min,过滤得滤汁,加入红糖调匀,与前述的混合粉料混合,最后干燥,粉碎即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种滋阴补肾的蜂蜜冻干粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下几个步骤:
