内窥镜装置和治疗装置
技术领域
本发明涉及内窥镜装置和治疗装置,特别涉及检测用于发送对光纤进行驱动的驱动信号的导线的切断并对照明光的光量进行控制的内窥镜装置和治疗装置。
背景技术
众所周知,存在通过具有CCD、CMOS等固体摄像元件的摄像装置对被检体像进行光电转换并在监视器中显示取得图像的电子内窥镜。近年来,作为不使用这种固体摄像元件的技术而对被摄体像进行图像显示的装置,具有扫描型内窥镜装置。该扫描型内窥镜装置对引导来自光源的光的照明光纤的前端进行扫描,利用配置在照明光纤周围的光纤束接收来自被检体的返回光,使用经时检测到的光强度信号对被摄体像进行图像化。
例如,在日本特开2011-19706号公报中公开了如下的使用扫描型医疗用探针的医疗用观察系统:经由单模的光纤将来自激光光源的激光传送到插入部的前端部,对被摄体进行照射。
在该日本特开2011-19706号公报所公开的医疗用观察系统中,使光纤通过由压电元件等形成的致动器的贯通孔中并进行固定,向在XY轴方向上设置在致动器上的多个电极供给驱动电压,由此,使光纤进行规定的振动,使激光进行扫描。
一般情况下,激光可能由于人的直视等而对人造成危害,所以,在JIS标准等中,针对射出激光的装置设定激光光量的安全基准。因此,在日本特开2011-19706号公报所公开的医疗用观察系统中,判定扫描型医疗用探针是否插入到体内,根据该判定结果对从激光光源射出的激光的光量进行控制,将激光的光量控制成安全级别。
但是,在日本特开2011-19706号公报所公开的医疗用观察系统中,没有公开从激光光源对对象物输送激光的光纤弯折的情况下的激光光量控制。因此,在该医疗用观察系统中,存在如下问题:在从激光光源对对象物输送激光的光纤弯折的情况下,由于从弯折部分漏出的激光而使扫描型医疗用探针损伤的问题。
本发明的目的在于,提供在输送激光的光纤弯折的情况下也能够防止激光从弯折部分漏出的内窥镜装置。
发明内容
用于解决课题的手段
本发明的一个方式的内窥镜装置具有:激光光源;导光部,其将来自所述激光光源的照明光引导至对象物;导电部,其与所述导光部密合;驱动部,其设置在所述导电部的前端以对驱动信号进行通电,根据所述驱动信号而使所述导光部的前端部摆动;检测部,其检测所述导电部被切断的情况,输出检测信号;以及光量控制部,其根据所述检测信号对所述照明光的光量进行控制。
并且,本发明的一个方式的治疗装置具有:激光光源;导光部,其将来自所述激光光源的照明光引导至对象物;导电部,其与所述导光部密合;驱动部,其设置在所述导电部的前端以对驱动信号进行通电,根据所述驱动信号而使所述导光部的前端部摆动;检测部,其检测所述导电部被切断的情况,输出检测信号;以及光量控制部,其根据所述检测信号对所述照明光的光量进行控制。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
首先,使用图1对一个实施方式的内窥镜装置的整体结构进行说明。

如图1所示,内窥镜装置1构成为具有:扫描型内窥镜2,其一边扫描照明光一边对被检体照射该照明光,得到来自被检体的返回光;主体装置3,其与该内窥镜2连接;以及监视器4,其显示由主体装置3得到的被检体像。该内窥镜装置1是通过内窥镜2进行体腔内的病变部位的观察、并使用未图示的处置器械进行病变部位的治疗的治疗装置。
内窥镜2的主体由具有规定的挠性的管体构成,具有被贯穿插入到活体内的细长的插入部10。插入部10的基端侧设有连接器11,内窥镜2构成为经由该连接器11在主体装置3上拆装自如。并且,在插入部10的前端侧设有前端部12。
在前端部12的前端面12a设有由照明透镜13a和13b构成的前端光学系统13。并且,在插入部10的内部设有:作为光学元件的光纤14,其从基端侧贯穿插入到前端侧,引导来自后述光源单元24的光,并对活体照射照明光;以及致动器15,其设置在光纤14的前端侧,根据来自后述驱动器单元25的驱动信号在期望方向上扫描光纤14的前端。根据这种结构,由光纤14引导的来自光源单元24的照明光被照射到被摄体。
并且,在插入部10的内部设有作为受光部的检测光纤16,该检测光纤16沿着插入部10的内周从基端侧贯穿插入到前端侧,接收来自被检体的返回光。检测光纤16的前端面配置在前端部12的前端面12a的前端光学系统13的周围。该检测光纤16也可以是至少2条以上的光纤束。在内窥镜2与主体装置3连接时,检测光纤16与后述分波器36连接。
并且,在插入部10的内部设有存储了与内窥镜2有关的各种信息的存储器17。在内窥镜2与主体装置3连接时,存储器17经由未图示的信号线与后述控制器23连接,通过控制器23读出与内窥镜2有关的各种信息。
在光纤14中,在从连接器11到前端部12的致动器15的范围内,蒸镀有例如由线状金属构成的多个导线18。在多个导线18的前端设有致动器15。而且,在连接器11装配在主体装置3上时,这些多个导线18与主体装置3的放大器35连接。这些多个导线18构成导电部,对用于驱动致动器15的驱动信号进行导电。
主体装置3构成为具有电源21、存储器22、控制器23、光源单元24、驱动器单元25、检测单元26、检测电路27、电流探针28。
光源单元24构成为具有激光光源31。并且,驱动器单元25构成为具有信号产生器33、数字模拟(以下称为D/A)转换器34a和34b、放大器35。
检测单元26构成为具有分波器36、检测器37a~37c、模拟数字(以下称为A/D)转换器38a~38c。
电源21根据未图示的电源开关等的操作,控制针对控制器23的电源供给。在存储器22中存储有用于进行主体装置3整体的控制的控制程序等。
控制器23进行如下控制:当从电源21供给电源时,从存储器22中读出控制程序,进行光源单元24、驱动器单元25的控制,并且,进行以下控制:进行由检测单元26检测到的来自被摄体的返回光的光强度的解析,在监视器4中显示所得到的被摄体像。并且,如后所述,控制器23进行控制,以使得根据来自检测电路27的检测信号,停止从光源单元24的激光光源31射出激光。
光源单元24的激光光源31根据控制器23的控制,对光纤14射出规定波段的激光(照明光)。该光纤14构成将来自激光光源31的激光(照明光)引导至对象物的导光部。
驱动器单元25的信号产生器33根据控制器23的控制,输出用于在期望方向上、例如呈螺旋状使光纤14的前端进行扫描(扫描驱动)的驱动信号。具体而言,信号产生器33将相对于插入部10的插入轴在左右方向(X轴方向)上驱动光纤14的前端的驱动信号输出到D/A转换器34a和检测电路27,将相对于插入部10的插入轴在上下方向(Y轴方向)上驱动光纤14的前端的驱动信号输出到D/A转换器34b和检测电路27。
D/A转换器34a和34b分别将所输入的驱动信号从数字信号转换为模拟信号,并将其输出到放大器35。放大器35对所输入的驱动信号进行放大,并将其输出到致动器15。从放大器35输出的驱动信号经由蒸镀在光纤14上的多个导线18供给到致动器15。
在多个导线18中分别配置有电流探针28,电流探针28分别检测导线18的电流值,并将其输出到检测电路27。由于多个导线18蒸镀在光纤14上,所以,在光纤14弯折的情况下,多个导线18或多个导线18中的任意一方断线,来自电流探针28的电流值全部或任意一方成为0,被输入到检测电路27。并且,来自信号产生器33的驱动信号也输入到检测电路27。
作为检测部的检测电路27根据来自信号产生器33的驱动信号的电压,检测从电流探针28输入的规定期间的电流值,从而检测由于光纤14的弯折而引起的导线18的切断。即,在虽然产生来自信号产生器33的驱动信号的电压、但是来自电流探针28的电流值为0的情况下,检测电路27检测为由于光纤14弯折而使导线18断线。
另外,检测电路27不限于检测规定期间的电流值,例如,也可以通过检测来自信号产生器33的驱动信号的电压为最大值时的电流值,检测由于光纤14的弯折而引起的导线18的切断。检测电路27检测到多个导线18或多个导线18中的任意一方断线时,将检测信号输出到控制器23。
作为光量控制部的控制器23根据来自检测电路27的检测信号对激光的光量进行控制,更具体而言,对激光光源31进行控制以停止输出激光。并且,在从激光光源31射出激光之前、从检测电路27输入了检测信号的情况下,控制器23在监视器4上显示错误消息。
作为驱动部的致动器15根据来自放大器35的驱动信号,使光纤14的前端(自由端)摆动,呈螺旋状进行扫描。由此,从光源单元24射出到光纤14的光呈螺旋状依次照射到被检体。
检测光纤16接收在被检体的表面区域反射的返回光,将接收到的返回光引导到分波器36。
分波器36例如是分光镜等,以规定的波段对返回光进行分波。具体而言,分波器36将由检测光纤16引导的返回光分波为R、G、B波段的返回光,分别将其输出到检测器37a、37b和37c。
检测器37a、37b和37c分别检测R、G、B波段的返回光的光强度。将由检测器37a、37b和37c检测到的光强度的信号分别输出到A/D转换器38a、38b和38c。
A/D转换器38a~38c分别将从检测器37a~37c输出的光强度的信号从模拟信号转换为数字信号,并将其输出到控制器23。
控制器23对来自A/D转换器38a~38c的数字信号实施规定的图像处理,生成被摄体像,并显示在监视器4中。

如图2和图3所示,在插入部10的前端部12,在光纤14与致动器15之间配置有作为接合部件的套圈41。套圈41是光通信的领域中使用的部件,材质使用氧化锆(陶瓷)、镍等,相对于光纤14的外径(例如125μm),能够容易地实现高精度(例如±1μm)的中心孔加工。而且,在套圈41的大致中心设有基于光纤14的直径的贯通孔,实施中心孔加工,通过粘接剂等固定光纤14。
套圈41为四棱柱形状,致动器15分别配置在四棱柱的套圈41的各侧面。并且,在前端部12中,致动器15、套圈41和光纤14通过固定部件43固定在前端部12的大致中央。
在光纤14上蒸镀有多个导线18。这些导线18与分别配置在套圈41的各侧面的致动器15连接。由此,来自驱动器单元25的驱动信号经由导线18供给到致动器15。致动器15例如是压电元件,根据来自驱动器单元25的驱动信号进行伸缩。由此,呈螺旋状对光纤14的前端进行扫描,对被摄体照射激光。
接着,对这样构成的内窥镜装置1的动作进行说明。
图4是示出检测光纤14的弯折的检测处理的流程的例子的流程图。
首先,根据来自驱动器单元25的信号产生器33的驱动信号,开始进行光纤14的扫描驱动(步骤S1)。接着,检测致动器15的驱动信号的电流(步骤S2),判定检测到的电流值是否存在异常(步骤S3)。在判定为检测到的电流值存在异常的情况下,成为“是”,在显示部4中显示错误消息(步骤S4),进入后述步骤S9的处理。另一方面,在判定为检测到的电流值不存在异常的情况下,成为“否”,对光纤14射出来自激光光源31的激光(步骤S5)。
接着,检测致动器15的驱动信号的电流(步骤S6),判定检测到的电流值是否存在异常(步骤S7)。在判定为电流值不存在异常的情况下,成为“否”,返回步骤S6,反复进行同样的处理。另一方面,在判定为电流值存在异常的情况下,成为“是”,停止射出来自激光光源31的激光(步骤S8)。最后,停止光纤14的扫描驱动(步骤S9),结束处理。
根据以上处理,在光纤14弯折的情况下,通过被输入来自检测电路27的检测信号的控制器23的控制,内窥镜装置1能够立即停止从激光光源31射出的激光,所以,激光不会从光纤14的弯折部分漏出,不会损伤内窥镜2。
由此,根据本实施方式的内窥镜装置,在输送激光的光纤弯折的情况下,也能够防止激光从弯折部分漏出。
并且,内窥镜装置1使用将驱动信号发送到致动器15的导线18来检测光纤14的弯折。因此,内窥镜装置1不需要新设置用于检测光纤14的弯折的信号线,与以往相比,插入部10不会粗径化。
(变形例)
接着,对上述实施方式的变形例进行说明。
图5是示出本实施方式的变形例的内窥镜装置的结构的图。另外,在图5中,对与图1相同的结构标注相同标号并省略说明。
如图5所示,内窥镜装置1a构成为代替图1的内窥镜装置1的光源单元24而使用光源单元24a。该光源单元24a构成为具有激光光源31和挡板32。
对挡板32输入来自检测电路27的检测信号。并且,作为光量控制部的挡板32配置在激光光源31的射出光路上,根据来自检测电路27的检测信号,对来自激光光源31的激光的光量进行控制,对光纤14射出激光。更具体而言,当从检测电路27输入表示导线18断线的检测信号时,挡板32对来自激光光源31的激光的光量进行控制,以使得来自激光光源31的激光不会输出到光纤14。其他结构与上述实施方式相同。
根据以上结构,在光纤14弯折的情况下,通过被输入了来自检测电路27的检测信号的挡板32的控制,内窥镜装置1a不会对光纤14射出从激光光源31射出的激光,所以,激光不会从光纤14的弯折部分漏出,不会损伤内窥镜2。
由此,根据变形例的内窥镜装置,与上述实施方式同样,在输送激光的光纤弯折的情况下,也能够防止激光从弯折部分漏出。
本发明不限于上述实施方式和变形例,能够在不改变本发明主旨的范围内进行各种变更、改变等。

Claims (6)

1.一种内窥镜装置,其特征在于,该内窥镜装置具有:
激光光源;
导光部,其将来自所述激光光源的照明光引导至对象物;
导电部,其与所述导光部密合;
驱动部,其设置在所述导电部的前端以对驱动信号进行通电,根据所述驱动信号而使所述导光部的前端部摆动;
检测部,其检测所述导电部被切断的情况,输出检测信号;以及
光量控制部,其根据所述检测信号对所述照明光的光量进行控制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内窥镜装置,其特征在于,
所述检测部根据所述驱动信号的电压来检测规定期间的电流值。
3.根据权利要求2所述的内窥镜装置,其特征在于,
所述检测部检测所述驱动信号的电压为最大值时的所述电流值。
4.一种治疗装置,其特征在于,该治疗装置具有:
激光光源;
导光部,其将来自所述激光光源的照明光引导至对象物;
导电部,其与所述导光部密合;
驱动部,其设置在所述导电部的前端以对驱动信号进行通电,根据所述驱动信号而使所述导光部的前端部摆动;
检测部,其检测所述导电部被切断的情况,输出检测信号;以及
光量控制部,其根据所述检测信号对所述照明光的光量进行控制。
5.根据权利要求4所述的治疗装置,其特征在于,
所述检测部根据所述驱动信号的电压来检测规定期间的电流值。
6.根据权利要求5所述的治疗装置,其特征在于,
所述检测部检测所述驱动信号的电压为最大值时的所述电流值。
