Abstract
一种用法与运输轴和臂组件的高度调节装置,其能够进行高度调节而不用特别拆卸运输车辆的门。其他优点是,该装置不需要使用垫片、隔片或者调节环来调节轴和臂组件的高度。轴上螺接的螺母的旋转允许调节轴挂在支撑构件和轴承的下方的量。螺母的表面支承在轴承上,并且附接的轴和臂组件挂在轴承和轴承所附接的支撑构件上。这个排布允许臂组件沿轴的纵轴线枢转。这个排布还允许轴和臂组件的高度随着沿着轴螺接螺母而引起的螺母的位置的改变而改变。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于如公共汽车和火车等运输车辆上的门的高度调节装置。本发明更具体地涉及一种用于定位并且移动运输车辆的门的轴和臂组件的门高度调节装置。一些车门具有安装在门开口的外侧边缘处的单个面板。很多车门具有两个面板,每个安装在门开口的相反的外侧边缘处。这些面板经常向外或向内摆动或者既向外又向内摆动,以允许乘客的进入或离开。
背景技术
有时候为了安装、修理、维护或升级而需要调节运输车辆的门的高度。目前的调节运输车辆的门的高度的方法通常需要基本拆卸门组件以及相关的联动装置,这需要相当多的时间和精力。目前的其他方法需要增加或移走垫片或调节环,以调节运输车辆的门的高度。由于在进行门的高度调节时,在现场需要合适的硬件、垫片或调节环,所以这也是不利的。这能够增加一队运输车辆的相当大的库存成本,尤其是如果调节需要在远离集中维护位置的区域进行。
本发明的目的是改进美国专利第7,017,974号中披露的运输车辆的门的类型的示例。然而,其他类型和设计的运输车辆的门也能够从本发明的改进受益。
发明内容
用于运输车辆的门的轴和臂组件的高度调节装置能够进行高度调节而不用特别拆卸运输车辆的门。其他优点在于,该装置不需要使用垫片、垫圈或者调节环来调节轴和臂组件的高度。在门轴上螺接的螺母的旋转允许调节轴挂在支撑构件和轴承的下方的量。螺母的表面支承在轴承上,并且附接的轴和臂组件挂在轴承以及轴承所附接的支撑构件上。这个排布允许臂组件沿轴的纵轴线枢转。这个排布还允许轴和臂组件的高度随着沿着该轴螺接螺母而引起的螺母的位置的改变而改变。
在一个实施例中,本发明涉及高度可调的运输车辆的门组件,其包括:支撑构件,附接到轴承;螺母,由该轴承支撑,该螺母螺接到外螺纹的门轴上,该外螺纹轴附接到门的臂组件,其中该螺母的旋转使外螺纹轴上升或下降,该外螺纹轴使门上升或下降。在另一实施例中,所述螺母位于轴承和支撑构件之上。在又一实施例中,支撑构件至少部分地支撑外螺纹轴、门组件和门的质量。在再一实施例中,支撑构件附接到车辆的框架。在还一实施例中,支撑构件附接到车身。
在另一实施例中,本发明涉及一种高度可调节的运输车辆的门组件,其包括螺接到外螺纹的门轴上的螺母,该螺母的表面支承在轴承上,该轴承由支撑构件支撑,该支撑构件附接到车辆,该外螺纹轴附接到门的臂组件,其中该螺母相对于该外螺纹的轴的旋转使该外螺纹轴上升或下降,该外螺纹轴使门上升或下降。在又一实施例中,所述螺母设置在轴承和支撑构件之上。在又一实施例中,支撑构件至少部分地支撑外螺纹轴、门组件和门的质量。在再一实施例中,支撑构件附接到车辆的框架。在又一实施例中,支撑构件附接到车身。在还一实施例中,螺母的表面在轴承的座圈上支承。

具体实施方式
图6示出了本发明所应用的典型的现有技术的门系统。这样的门系统包括设置在运输车辆的孔1中的门2。该门由依次附接到众所周知的门柱3(也称为门轴)的第一臂4和第二臂5分别支撑。门柱或门轴在靠近一端或两端处可枢转地附接到运输车辆结构8,并且一端可附接到门自动启闭装置9。其他的门自动启闭装置的排布是已知的。门自动启闭装置使门柱或门轴能够自动操作,并且还使门能够打开和关闭。设置有附接到运输车辆的固定楔形元件6与附接到门的活动楔形元件7互锁,以防止无意地打开门。用于防止门无意打开的装置不构成本发明的部分。其他这样的装置是可能的。
图1至图5示出了本发明的当前优选实施例的多个视图。
现在参照图1至图5,结构或支撑构件10附接到车辆的框架或本体(图中未示)。支撑构件10支撑轴承12,轴承12可通过螺栓14或其他合适的紧固件附接到支撑构件10。外螺纹轴16附接到臂组件18。外螺纹轴16被定位为穿过轴承12的开口,并且螺母20螺接到外螺纹轴16上。螺母20在轴承12上支承以支撑附接到臂组件18的外螺纹轴16。外螺纹轴16和臂组件18借助支承在轴承12上的螺母20挂在支撑构件10上,这样允许螺纹轴16和臂组件18相对于支撑构件10铰接地摆动。螺母20支承在轴承12上,但是更具体地,螺母20的表面可在内座圈22,或外座圈24,或者轴承12的这两个座圈的组合上支承。优选地,螺母20在内座圈22上支承,但是螺母20可在轴承12的任何合适的表面上支承。
外螺纹轴16上的螺母20的旋转调节外螺纹轴16和臂组件18的高度,外螺纹轴16和臂组件18可支撑运输车辆的门。应注意,图1中示出的实施例的门轴的最上端具有螺母构造,该螺母构造能够使用扳手进行螺母2和外螺纹轴16的相对调节。因此,内螺纹与外螺纹之间能够设置合适的刚度,使得门的正常运行将不会导致螺母相对于门轴的运动。根据本发明可以设计将螺母与门轴相对于彼此固定的其他方法。运输车辆的门可由一个或多个外螺纹轴16以及一个或多个臂组件18支撑。

Claims (6)
1.一种用于调节运输车辆上的门的高度的组件,该组件包括:
支撑构件(10),用于使轴承(12)靠近门开口定位;
门轴(16),轴颈支撑在所述轴承(12)中,用于支撑门臂(18),所述门轴(16)在所述轴承(12)之上的部分具有外螺纹;
螺母(20),由所述轴承(12)轴向地支撑,所述螺母(20)螺接到所述门轴(16)的外螺纹上,
其中所述螺母(20)相对于所述门轴(16)的旋转使所述门轴(16)上升或下降。
2.根据权利要求1所述的调节运输车辆上的门的高度的组件,其中所述螺母定位在所述轴承和所述支撑构件之上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的调节运输车辆上的门的高度的组件,其中所述支撑构件至少部分地支撑所述门轴以及所述门臂的质量。
4.根据权利要求1所述的调节运输车辆上的门的高度的组件,其中所述支撑构件附接到车辆的框架上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的调节运输车辆上的门的高度的组件,其中所述支撑构件附接到车身。
6.根据权利要求1所述的调节运输车辆上的门的高度的组件,其中所述螺母的至少一个表面支承在所述轴承的座圈上。
