技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于安装到内燃机的附属机组传动装置的发电机上的皮带张紧器,该皮带张紧器包括:

-两个张紧轮,它们沿皮带环绕方向在发电机的皮带轮前方和后方以预紧力加载皮带;
-产生预紧力的弧形弹簧,其容纳在空腔中;
-呈圆弧形的张紧臂,其在圆弧的平面中可运动地支承在空腔中,并且,张紧臂一方面由弧形弹簧的力加载且另一方面支承其中一个张紧轮;
-以及用于张紧臂的、在空腔入口处分布的滑动支承。
背景技术
这种类型的皮带张紧器由DE102011082764A1和DE102011084680B3公知。设置有皮带张紧器用于装配到布置在内燃机的附属机组传动装置中的启动发电机上。该皮带张紧器以其交替式地接受和输出转动力矩的皮带轮来起作用,也就是说,在内燃机的发电机运行中或启动运行中引起环绕的皮带的紧边与松边的相应切换。因此,松边的张紧需要带有两个张紧轮的皮带张紧器,所述张紧轮在皮带轮前方和后方预紧皮带。一方面,皮带张紧器的两个张紧轮支承在呈圆弧形的张紧臂上,并且另一方面,皮带张紧器的两个张紧轮支承在张紧器壳体上,该张紧器壳体具有支承张紧臂的空腔,其中,该空腔具有在张紧臂与张紧器壳体之间夹紧的弧形弹簧。
发明内容
由此,本发明基于如下任务,即,在结构上改进前述类型的皮带张紧器。
为此,该解决方案从权利要求1的特征得出。因此,张紧臂应该具有带有铝罩的钢芯,该铝罩完全地围绕钢芯的在空腔之外且在滑动支承之内分布的部分。当钢芯满足了对于弯曲和扭转所需的杠杆强度(Hebelfestigkeit)的前提时,含铝的钢芯外罩负责对杠杆件(Hebelteil)进行足够的侵蚀防护:一方面,该杠杆件在空腔之外分布且受环境影响,并且另一方面在滑动支承中受到摩擦。
鉴于其可制造性,双金属的张紧臂优选是具有钢芯的铝制压铸件。
可以考虑其它材料来替代铝,该材料不仅作为防护性的表面覆盖物,而且也起到加固的作用。替选的材料可以是其它的轻金属或者也可以是塑料。

具体实施方式
附图示出用于在前侧安装到未示出的内燃机的附属机组传动装置的启动发电机上的皮带张紧器1。皮带张紧器包括两个张紧轮2和3,所述张紧轮沿所标记的皮带环绕方向布置在启动发电机的绕发电机轴线4转动的皮带轮前方和后方,并且以预紧力交替地加载皮带的当前的松边。预紧力通过弧形弹簧产生,该弧型弹簧由两个串联联接的呈圆弧形的螺旋压力弹簧5和6构成。这两个弹簧在呈圆环形的张紧器壳体7与呈圆弧形的张紧臂9上的弹簧座8之间夹紧,从而两个张紧轮相互地以力加载。张紧轮2支承在张紧臂的与弹簧座对置的侧上,而另一个张紧轮3相对壳体固定地支承在张紧器壳体上。
呈圆环形的张紧器壳体7能同心于发电机轴线4转动地支承在启动发电机的前侧端面上。这可以实现,在启动发电机运行切换时以及皮带中的紧边和松边相应地切换时,张紧器壳体与张紧轮2、3一同绕发电机轴线枢转。也就是说,当例如启动发电机从启动运行切换到发电机运行时,那么在张紧轮2处皮带边从松边切换到紧边且在另一张紧轮3处皮带边从紧边切换到松边。因而,这种运行切换使得张紧器壳体由一个张紧轮处的正当前的松边出发且向着另一个张紧轮处的正当前的松边去地枢转,也就是说,在图1中标记的皮带环绕方向的情况中逆时针地枢转。在此,皮带的预紧力始终通过螺旋压力弹簧5、6来保持,螺旋压力弹簧以压力来加载张紧臂并使其从张紧器壳体中伸出。
皮带张紧器1的这种工作方式,也就是说,张紧地枢转到相应的当前松边也促使旋转的启动发电机质量块所谓的从内燃机的曲轴上分离。这种分离通常由在发电机上的分离器(例如发电机空转装置)或在曲轴上的分离器承担,该分离器在传统的没有启动模式的发电机中布置在发电机轴或者说曲轴上并在其转速梯度为负时将较迟钝的旋转的发电机质量块从曲轴上脱开。这就是说,根据本发明的皮带张紧器也可以替选地或支持分离器地使用在传统的发电机皮带传动装置(没有启动模式)中。
张紧器壳体7的、支撑轴向力和径向力的且抑制转动振动的转动支承通过滑动支承环10实现,该滑动支承环一方面在启动发电机的端面处运转,并且另一方面在与启动发电机拧紧的环形法兰11处运转,该环形法兰可相对于张紧器壳体转动运动地保持,并且张紧器壳体能转动地支承在启动发电机上。
附图示出了在完全地、也就是双止动状态下的皮带张紧器1。张紧臂9几乎完全移入张紧器壳体7中并在该位置止动。在此,两个张紧轮2、3的相互的间距是如下的大小:可以实现皮带到皮带传动装置中的不受阻碍的装配。张紧器壳体相对于相对发电机固定的环形法兰11止动。张紧臂相对于张紧器壳体的止动借助止动销12实现,在张紧臂那侧,该止动销插入凹口13(参见没有止动销的图3)中,并且在张紧器壳体那侧,该止动销插入与该凹口对准的钻孔14中。张紧器壳体与环形法兰的第二止动件包括:两个在轴线上错开的、在张紧器壳体中的钻孔15和在环形法兰中的钻孔16;以及插入到所述钻孔中的防护卡箍17。以维修为目的(例如在皮带更换时),张紧臂和张紧器壳体到止动位置的拧转可以借助标准工具实现。为此,张紧轮的支承盘18和19分别设有内米字形件20和六角形件21。
张紧器壳体7具有呈圆弧形的空腔22,该空腔通过在图3中已摘除的壳体件23封闭并部分地以油脂填充。在空腔中,螺旋压力弹簧5、6以及张紧臂9在圆弧的平面中可运动地支承。这种支承借助相对壳体固定的滑动支承24实现,该滑动支承在空腔的入口处装入张紧器壳体中并包绕张紧臂。滑动支承由两个彼此卡扣的轴承衬套25和26构成,在所述轴承衬套中分别装入半个唇形密封件27,该唇形密封件密封地围绕张紧臂。密封件和滑动支承的内周面如张紧臂的横截面那样大致呈矩形。放置在壳体件上的塑料衬套用于支承部的防喷溅保护。
此外,中间件29位于空腔22中,该中间件夹紧在螺旋压力弹簧5、6的彼此相对的端部之间并在空腔中滑动地支承。如滑动支承24那样由掺入了PTFE的聚酰胺制成的中间件构成用于张紧臂9的另一个滑动支承。该张紧臂是如下铝制压铸件,该铝制压铸件用呈圆弧形的钢芯30作为插入物来加固以防止扭转和弯曲。铝罩31从支承盘18出发直至螺旋压力弹簧5地延伸并构成该螺旋压力弹簧的弹簧座8。因此,铝罩完全地围绕钢芯的在空腔之外以及滑动支承之内分布的部分并保护钢芯免受侵蚀。铝罩以弹簧座终止,从而张紧臂的进一步在空腔中分布的且支撑在另一个滑动支承29中的部分仅由裸露的且未硬化处理的钢芯制成。但是在此,钢芯的表面通过油脂填充受保护而防止磨损和侵蚀,从而在这个区域中不需要高成本的表面处理。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于安装到内燃机的附属机组传动装置的发电机上的皮带张紧器(1),所述皮带张紧器包括:
-具有空腔(22)的、支承在发电机上的张紧器壳体(7);
-两个张紧轮(2、3),它们沿皮带环绕方向在所述发电机的皮带轮前方和后方以预紧力加载皮带;
-产生预紧力的弧形弹簧(5、6),其容纳在所述空腔(22)中;
-呈圆弧形的张紧臂(9),其在圆弧的平面中可运动地支承在所述空腔(22)中,并且,所述张紧臂一方面由所述弧形弹簧(5、6)的力加载且另一方面支承其中一个所述张紧轮(2);
-以及用于所述张紧臂(9)的、在所述空腔(22)入口处分布的滑动支承(24);
