本发明公开了一种辅助治疗肠炎的保健泡腾片,是由下述重量份的原料制成:菠萝皮70-80、石榴皮30-40、翻白草10-15、兰香子30-40、秦皮6-7、苦瓜花3-4、乌梅14-18、金樱子7-8、辣蓼草8-10、海棠果20-30、香茅草3-4、金银花7-8、小苏打4-5、椰汁和酸粉适量;本发明保健泡腾片易溶于水,香甜可口,营养美味,具有清热排毒、止痢止血、净化肠道、杀菌消炎等功效,配伍相宜,能够有效辅助治疗急性痢疾、肠炎、腹泻等症状,治愈后不易复发,疗效显著、见效快、治愈率高、对人体无刺激、不良反应少、无毒副作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药饮片,尤其涉及一种辅助治疗肠炎的保健泡腾片及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的中药组合物一般都是将炮制好的中药原料按配方混合而成,需要加水煎煮成药液,过程繁琐,耗时费力,味苦难喝,因此本发明将用于辅助治疗疾病的中药组合物加工制成保健泡腾片,放入热水中即可迅速溶解,饮用方便,香甜可口。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种辅助治疗肠炎的保健泡腾片及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种辅助治疗肠炎的保健泡腾片,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
菠萝皮70-80、石榴皮30-40、翻白草10-15、兰香子30-40、秦皮6-7、苦瓜花3-4、乌梅14-18、金樱子7-8、辣蓼草8-10、海棠果20-30、香茅草3-4、金银花7-8、小苏打4-5、椰汁和酸粉适量;
所述酸粉是由下述重量比的原料制成:甜菊叶:菠萝:荞麦粉=1:2:5-7。
一种辅助治疗肠炎的保健泡腾片制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将新鲜甜菊叶去杂洗净后用沸水漂烫10-15秒,立即冷冻干燥后粉碎,得到叶粉,将新鲜菠萝去皮后冷冻干燥、粉碎,得到菠萝粉,将叶粉、菠萝粉与炒熟的荞麦粉混合均匀,超微粉碎后得到酸粉;
(2)将新鲜海棠果洗净后去核,果肉与去杂洗净的香茅草、金银花混合,加入2-3倍椰汁打浆,加入浆重1-2%的果浆酶,在30-35℃下酶解2-3小时,灭酶后过滤,滤液冷冻干燥后粉碎,得到酶解粉;
(3)将新鲜菠萝皮、石榴皮去杂洗净,经冷冻干燥、超微粉碎、过筛,得到果皮粉和残渣,将残渣与翻白草、兰香子、秦皮等中药原料混合粉碎,加入6-7倍清水,文火煎煮1-2小时,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将上述酶解粉、果皮粉、中药粉与小苏打混合均匀,超微粉碎后得到粉料,将粉料制成小颗粒状药粒,将上述酸粉在药粒表面压片成型,低温烘干后得到成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明保健泡腾片易溶于水,香甜可口,营养美味,具有清热排毒、止痢止血、净化肠道、杀菌消炎等功效,配伍相宜,能够有效辅助治疗急性痢疾、肠炎、腹泻等症状,治愈后不易复发,疗效显著、见效快、治愈率高、对人体无刺激、不良反应少、无毒副作用。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种辅助治疗肠炎的保健泡腾片,是由下述重量(克)的原料制成:
菠萝皮70、石榴皮30、翻白草10、兰香子30、秦皮6、苦瓜花3、乌梅14、金樱子7、辣蓼草8、海棠果20、香茅草3、金银花7、小苏打4、椰汁和酸粉适量;
所述酸粉是由下述重量比的原料制成:甜菊叶:菠萝:荞麦粉=1:2:6。
一种辅助治疗肠炎的保健泡腾片制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将新鲜甜菊叶去杂洗净后用沸水漂烫10秒,立即冷冻干燥后粉碎,得到叶粉,将新鲜菠萝去皮后冷冻干燥、粉碎,得到菠萝粉,将叶粉、菠萝粉与炒熟的荞麦粉混合均匀,超微粉碎后得到酸粉;
(2)将新鲜海棠果洗净后去核,果肉与去杂洗净的香茅草、金银花混合,加入3倍椰汁打浆,加入浆重1%的果浆酶,在30℃下酶解3小时,灭酶后过滤,滤液冷冻干燥后粉碎,得到酶解粉;
(3)将新鲜菠萝皮、石榴皮去杂洗净,经冷冻干燥、超微粉碎、过筛,得到果皮粉和残渣,将残渣与翻白草、兰香子、秦皮等中药原料混合粉碎,加入7倍清水,文火煎煮2小时,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将上述酶解粉、果皮粉、中药粉与小苏打混合均匀,超微粉碎后得到粉料,将粉料制成小颗粒状药粒,将上述酸粉在药粒表面压片成型,低温烘干后得到成品。

Claims (2)

1.一种辅助治疗肠炎的保健泡腾片,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
菠萝皮70-80、石榴皮30-40、翻白草10-15、兰香子30-40、秦皮6-7、苦瓜花3-4、乌梅14-18、金樱子7-8、辣蓼草8-10、海棠果20-30、香茅草3-4、金银花7-8、小苏打4-5、椰汁和酸粉适量;
所述酸粉是由下述重量比的原料制成:甜菊叶:菠萝:荞麦粉=1:2:5-7。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的辅助治疗肠炎的保健泡腾片制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将新鲜甜菊叶去杂洗净后用沸水漂烫10-15秒,立即冷冻干燥后粉碎,得到叶粉,将新鲜菠萝去皮后冷冻干燥、粉碎,得到菠萝粉,将叶粉、菠萝粉与炒熟的荞麦粉混合均匀,超微粉碎后得到酸粉;
(2)将新鲜海棠果洗净后去核,果肉与去杂洗净的香茅草、金银花混合,加入2-3倍椰汁打浆,加入浆重1-2%的果浆酶,在30-35℃下酶解2-3小时,灭酶后过滤,滤液冷冻干燥后粉碎,得到酶解粉;
(3)将新鲜菠萝皮、石榴皮去杂洗净,经冷冻干燥、超微粉碎、过筛,得到果皮粉和残渣,将残渣与翻白草、兰香子、秦皮等中药原料混合粉碎,加入6-7倍清水,文火煎煮1-2小时,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将上述酶解粉、果皮粉、中药粉与小苏打混合均匀,超微粉碎后得到粉料,将粉料制成小颗粒状药粒,将上述酸粉在药粒表面压片成型,低温烘干后得到成品。
