本发明涉及一种橘红安神保健米及其生产方法,属于食品加工技术领域。
背景技术
大米是中国人五千年以来的主食,特别在我国南方地区。随着社会经济发展,和人们生活水平的提高,人们对生活质量的要求越来越高,环境污染越来越严重,食品安全问题严重威胁到人们的健康。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种橘红安神保健米及其生产方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种橘红安神保健米,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料组成:糯米30-50、粳米70-80、蚕豆10-15、橘红6-10、蔗糖3-5、龙眼肉10-12、桑葚10-12、核桃仁3-5、酸枣仁3-5、郁金香2-3、牛黄1-4、川穹3-5、木瓜籽1-2、黄连2-3、石菖蒲1-3、营养添加剂6-7;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:橘络0.8-1.2、芒果叶1-2、厚朴花1-2、木瓜籽1-1.5、紫薯3-5、荔枝3-5、葡萄酒5-6;
制备方法为:(1)将橘络、芒果叶、厚朴花、木瓜籽加入适量水,加热提取40-60分钟,过滤除渣,得提取液;
(2)将紫薯加入提取液打浆,然后小火蒸膏,烘干后研成粉末;
(3)将荔枝放入葡萄酒中浸泡80-120分钟后捞出,打碎成浆料,然后与步骤(2)所得物料混合拌匀,即得。
所述的橘红安神保健米的加工方法,其特征在于是由以下步骤组成:
(1)将橘红洗净、晒干,然后对其进行超微粉碎,得超微粉碎;
(2)将糯米、粳米、蚕豆放入适量水中浸泡3-5个小时,沥干后磨粉;将龙眼肉、桑葚、核桃仁放入适量苹果汁中,浸泡30-40分钟后取出打浆;
(3)将酸枣仁、郁金香、牛黄、川穹、木瓜籽、黄连、石菖蒲加入适量水,加热提取,过滤,得提取液;
(4)将上述制得的物料混合,再加入蔗糖、营养添加剂等剩余成分,搅拌混合,揉成面团,然后采用造粒机进行造粒,微波烘干,即得。

实施例1:
一种橘红安神保健米,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料组成:糯米50、粳米80、蚕豆15、橘红8、蔗糖5、龙眼肉10、桑葚12、核桃仁5、酸枣仁3、郁金香2、牛黄4、川穹5、木瓜籽2、黄连2、石菖蒲3、营养添加剂7;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:橘络1.2、芒果叶2、厚朴花2、木瓜籽1、紫薯5、荔枝3、葡萄酒6;
制备方法为:(1)将橘络、芒果叶、厚朴花、木瓜籽加入适量水,加热提取50分钟,过滤除渣,得提取液;
(2)将紫薯加入提取液打浆,然后小火蒸膏,烘干后研成粉末;
(3)将荔枝放入葡萄酒中浸泡100分钟后捞出,打碎成浆料,然后与步骤(2)所得物料混合拌匀,即得。

1.一种橘红安神保健米,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料制成:糯米30-50、粳米70-80、蚕豆10-15、橘红6-10、蔗糖3-5、龙眼肉10-12、桑葚10-12、核桃仁3-5、酸枣仁3-5、郁金香2-3、牛黄1-4、川穹3-5、木瓜籽1-2、黄连2-3、石菖蒲1-3、营养添加剂6-7;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:橘络0.8-1.2、芒果叶1-2、厚朴花1-2、木瓜籽1-1.5、紫薯3-5、荔枝3-5、葡萄酒5-6;
营养添加剂的制备方法为:
1)将橘络、芒果叶、厚朴花、木瓜籽加入适量水,加热提取40-60分钟,过滤除渣,得提取液;
