Abstract

本发明提供一种用于激光雷达扫描转镜的多向承载的密封回转轴系,包括基座,所述基座带有轴孔,激光雷达扫描转镜转轴和驱动转轴安装在所述轴孔中,还包括交叉滚柱轴环,其安装在所述基座和激光雷达扫描转镜转轴和驱动转轴之间;轴承外压环压在所述交叉滚柱轴环上,纤维加强径向油封设置在轴承外压环和激光雷达扫描转镜转轴之间实现旋转密封。本发明采用纤维加强径向油封,实现了设备轴系户外自然环境的防水防尘,并能够防止舱内外的气体交换。本发明采用交叉滚柱轴环,实现径向负载、轴向负载及力矩负载的多项承载。内部承压楔形环及外部承压楔形环加强纤维加强径向油封的内外压力的承载压力。实现轴系便捷的润滑维护和良好密封效果。

Description

一种用于激光雷达扫描转镜的多向承载的密封回转轴系
技术领域
本发明涉及一种回转轴,特别是涉及一种用于激光雷达扫描转镜的多向承载的密封回转轴系。
背景技术
户外自然环境下使用的激光雷达扫描转镜的回转设备,外界环境防水防尘,通常采用迷宫密封方式,迷宫密封可达到防止雨水进入的目的,但因其并非隔离密封,仍会存在呼吸效应,使设备内外存在气体交换,使外界水汽进入设备内部,对设备造成影响;常用回转轴系多向承载通常采用成对安装的角接触球轴承,轴向及径向外形尺寸较大,不利于设备结构的小型化。为此采用了纤维加强的径向油封,对回转轴进行密封,选用一支可承受径向负载、轴向负载及力矩负载的交叉滚柱轴环,简化回转设计降低结构尺寸。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于激光雷达扫描转镜的多向承载的密封回转轴系,该结构实现了在户外自然环境的防水防尘,并能够防止舱内外的气体交换,采用一支可承受径向负载、轴向负载及力矩负载的交叉滚柱轴环,简化回转设计降低结构尺寸。
本发明的多向承载的密封回转轴系采用纤维加强弹簧加载的径向油封对舱内外进行隔离,交叉滚柱轴环承受径向负载、轴向负载及力矩负载。
本发明采用的具体方案如下:
一种用于激光雷达扫描转镜的多向承载的密封回转轴系,包括基座,所述基座带有轴孔,激光雷达扫描转镜转轴和驱动转轴安装在所述轴孔中,还包括交叉滚柱轴环,其安装在所述基座和激光雷达扫描转镜转轴和驱动转轴之间;轴承外压环压在所述交叉滚柱轴环上,纤维加强径向油封设置在轴承外压环和激光雷达扫描转镜转轴之间实现旋转密封。
进一步地,所述轴孔和驱动转轴都具有台阶部,两个台阶部相配合用于放置交叉滚柱轴环,所述交叉滚柱轴环的上端部高于基座的上端部。
进一步地,所述轴承外压环的下端部和激光雷达扫描转镜转轴的下端部都具有台阶,两个台阶相互配合用于卡合交叉滚柱轴环的上端部。
进一步地,轴承外压环与机座之间通过螺钉压紧,且它们之间的贴合面涂有室温硫化硅橡胶进行密封。
进一步地,所述激光雷达扫描转镜转轴与驱动转轴通过螺钉连接紧固,形成内部回转轴,内部回转轴用来安装负载,与负载形成完整密封舱。
进一步地,所述轴承外压环的上端部还形成有台阶,激光雷达扫描转镜转轴的上端部具有向外凸出的内部承压楔形环,纤维加强径向油封的外圆与轴承外压环弹性过盈配合实现纤维加强径向油封与轴承外压环内表面的密封,纤维加强径向油封的底部与所述上端部形成的台阶相接触,纤维加强径向油封的密封唇与所述内部承压楔形环相接触,所述内部承压楔形环用于承载外部压力造成的纤维加强径向油封的密封唇的变形趋势。
进一步地,还包括固定在轴承外压环顶部的油封压板,其用于密封轴承外压环和激光雷达扫描转镜转轴之间的间隙,所述油封压板上设置有外部承压楔形环,其与所述密封唇相接触,用于承载内部压力造成的纤维加强径向油封密封唇的变形趋势。
进一步地,所述机座设置注油孔,用于向所述交叉滚柱轴环注油,注油孔外端设置密封螺钉。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明采用纤维加强径向油封,实现了设备轴系户外自然环境的防水防尘,并能够防止舱内外的气体交换。
2、本发明采用交叉滚柱轴环,实现径向负载、轴向负载及力矩负载的多项承载。
3、本发明通过设置注油孔,实现轴系便捷的润滑维护。
4、本发明设置内部承压楔形环及外部承压楔形环加强纤维加强径向油封4的内外压力的承载压力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细地描述,但是本领域技术人员应当理解地是,这些下面将要描述的实施例并非意图限制本发明。
参考图1,其示出了本发明的用于激光雷达扫描转镜的多向承载的密封回转轴系,包括机座1,轴承外压环2,激光雷达扫描转镜转轴3,纤维加强径向油封4,螺钉5,交叉滚柱轴环6,驱动转轴7,螺钉8,油封压板9,螺钉10,密封螺钉11,注油孔12构成。机座1表面轴承孔内具有台阶部配合装入交叉滚柱轴环6,由轴承外压环2的下部台阶部压紧交叉滚柱轴环6外环,轴承外压环2与机座1之间通过16件螺钉10压紧,轴承外压环2与机座1之间贴合面涂室温硫化硅橡胶密封。交叉滚柱轴环6内圈安装抵靠激光雷达扫描转镜转轴3及驱动转轴7,驱动转轴7的上部具有台阶部与基座的台阶部配合放置交叉滚柱轴环6,所述轴承外压环的下端部和激光雷达扫描转镜转轴的下端部都具有台阶,两个台阶相互配合用于卡合交叉滚柱轴环的上端部。
所述激光雷达扫描转镜转轴3及驱动转轴7通过16件螺钉8连接紧固,形成内部回转轴,内部回转轴用来安装负载,与负载形成完整密封舱。轴承外压环2与激光雷达扫描转镜转轴3之间安装纤维加强径向油封4,纤维加强径向油封4外圆与轴承外压环2采用弹性过盈配合实现纤维加强径向油封与轴承外压环2内表面的密封,纤维加强径向油封4密封唇与激光雷达扫描转镜转轴3表面贴合,利用纤维加强径向油封4自身弹簧力,实现密封唇与激光雷达扫描转镜转轴3表面的接触旋转密封,纤维加强径向油封4外侧通过油封压板9定位压紧。
轴承外压环2与交叉滚柱轴环6设置圆周配合面,用以实现与机座1的轴环内孔的同轴度,由此保证纤维加强径向油封4的安装孔与纤维加强径向油封4密封唇贴合的激光雷达扫描转镜转轴3的外圆面的同轴度。激光雷达扫描转镜转轴3与交叉滚柱轴环6设置圆周配合面,用以实现激光雷达扫描转镜转轴3与驱动转轴7的同轴度,驱动转轴7同轴精度用来给轴系驱动部件作定位基准。
纤维加强径向油封4与驱动转轴7接触面之间设置内部承压楔形环14,承载外部压力造成的纤维加强径向油封4密封唇的变形趋势,油封压板9设置外部承压楔形环13承载内部压力造成的纤维加强径向油封4密封唇的变形趋势。
机座1设置注油孔12,连接设备外部及交叉滚柱轴环6,注油孔外端设置密封螺钉11实现设备使用时内外部的密封,设备注油维护时打开密封螺钉11即可。
轴承外压环2与密封面激光雷达扫描转镜转轴3之间安装纤维加强径向油封4实现旋转密封,纤维加强径向油封4外侧通过油封压板9定位压紧。
进一步的,机座1与交叉滚柱轴环6配合的轴承孔采用H7精度。
进一步的,纤维加强径向油封4外圆与轴承外压环2采用弹性过盈配合实现纤维加强径向油封与轴承外压环2内表面的密封。
进一步的,轴承外压环2与交叉滚柱轴环6设置圆周配合面(例如通过设置所述台阶配合),用以实现与机座1的轴环内孔的同轴度,由此保证纤维加强径向油封4的安装孔与纤维加强径向油封4密封唇贴合的激光雷达扫描转镜转轴3的外圆面的同轴度。激光雷达扫描转镜转轴3与交叉滚柱轴环6设置圆周配合面(例如通过设置所述台阶配合),用以实现激光雷达扫描转镜转轴3与驱动转轴7的同轴度,驱动转轴7同轴精度用来给轴系驱动部件作定位基准。
参考图2,进一步的,纤维加强径向油封4与驱动转轴7接触面之间设置内部承压楔形环14,承载外部压力造成的纤维加强径向油封4密封唇的变形趋势,油封压板9设置外部承压楔形环13承载内部压力造成的纤维加强径向油封4密封唇的变形趋势。
尽管已经结合实施例对本发明进行了详细地描述,但是本领域技术人员应当理解的是,在不超出本发明的精神和实质之内的各种修正,增添都是允许的,它们都落入本发明的保护范围之中。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于激光雷达扫描转镜的多向承载的密封回转轴系,包括基座,所述基座带有轴孔,激光雷达扫描转镜转轴和驱动转轴安装在所述轴孔中,还包括交叉滚柱轴环,其安装在所述基座和激光雷达扫描转镜转轴和驱动转轴之间;轴承外压环压在所述交叉滚柱轴环上,纤维加强径向油封设置在轴承外压环和激光雷达扫描转镜转轴之间实现旋转密封。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于激光雷达扫描转镜的多向承载的密封回转轴系,其特征在于:所述轴孔和驱动转轴都具有台阶部,两个台阶部相配合用于放置交叉滚柱轴环,所述交叉滚柱轴环的上端部高于基座的上端部。
3.如权利要求2所述的用于激光雷达扫描转镜的多向承载的密封回转轴系,其特征在于:所述轴承外压环的下端部和激光雷达扫描转镜转轴的下端部都具有台阶,两个台阶相互配合用于卡合交叉滚柱轴环的上端部。
4.如权利要求3所述的用于激光雷达扫描转镜的多向承载的密封回转轴系,其特征在于:轴承外压环与机座之间通过螺钉压紧,且它们之间的贴合面涂有室温硫化硅橡胶进行密封。
5.如权利要求4所述的用于激光雷达扫描转镜的多向承载的密封回转轴系,其特征在于:所述激光雷达扫描转镜转轴与驱动转轴通过螺钉连接紧固,形成内部回转轴,内部回转轴用来安装负载,与负载形成完整密封舱。
6.如权利要求5所述的用于激光雷达扫描转镜的多向承载的密封回转轴系,其特征在于:所述轴承外压环的上端部还形成有台阶,激光雷达扫描转镜转轴的上端部具有向外凸出的内部承压楔形环,纤维加强径向油封的外圆与轴承外压环弹性过盈配合实现纤维加强径向油封与轴承外压环内表面的密封,纤维加强径向油封的底部与所述上端部形成的台阶相接触,纤维加强径向油封的密封唇与所述内部承压楔形环相接触,所述内部承压楔形环用于承载外部压力造成的纤维加强径向油封的密封唇的变形趋势。
7.如权利要求6所述的用于激光雷达扫描转镜的多向承载的密封回转轴系,其特征在于,还包括固定在轴承外压环顶部的油封压板,其用于密封轴承外压环和激光雷达扫描转镜转轴之间的间隙,所述油封压板上设置有外部承压楔形环,其与所述密封唇相接触,用于承载内部压力造成的纤维加强径向油封密封唇的变形趋势。
8.如权利要求7所述的用于激光雷达扫描转镜的多向承载的密封回转轴系,其特征在于,所述机座设置注油孔,用于向所述交叉滚柱轴环注油,注油孔外端设置密封螺钉。
