Abstract
本发明公开了一种葡萄籽玉竹泡腾片,是由下述重量份的原料制成:玉竹80-100、葡萄籽15-18、竹炭粉2-3、葡萄酒5-6、鱼腥草1-2、乌梅4-5、五味子2-3、白术3-4、天麻1-2、枸杞1-2、母丁香2-3、淡竹叶2-3、小麦淀粉4-5、小苏打适量、酸粉适量;本发明将新鲜玉竹冷冻干燥后超微粉碎,与小苏打混合制成药粒,将柠檬、椰肉与黑豆一起磨浆制成酸粉,裹在药粒表面,成品泡腾片放入热水中外层酸粉会迅速溶解,使水呈弱酸性,继而加速内层药粒的溶解,服用方便,将葡萄籽与竹炭粉炒制后与葡萄酒混合焖干,添加到泡腾片中使其香味独特、美味可口。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药饮片,尤其涉及一种葡萄籽玉竹泡腾片及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的中药饮片一般都是切片、切段后晒干、烘干、炒制或蒸制等制成,不但需要加水煎煮成药液,营养成分有所流失,更耗时费力,味苦难喝,难以下咽,因此本发明将中药制成泡腾片,放入热水中即可迅速溶解,方便人们服用。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种葡萄籽玉竹泡腾片及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种葡萄籽玉竹泡腾片,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
玉竹80-100、葡萄籽15-18、竹炭粉2-3、葡萄酒5-6、鱼腥草1-2、乌梅4-5、五味子2-3、白术3-4、天麻1-2、枸杞1-2、母丁香2-3、淡竹叶2-3、小麦淀粉4-5、小苏打适量、酸粉适量;
所述酸粉是由下述重量比的原料制成:柠檬:椰肉:黑豆=2:1:5-7。
一种葡萄籽玉竹泡腾片制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将优质黑豆用水浸泡8-10小时后洗净,将新鲜柠檬去皮后与椰肉混合打浆,再与黑豆一起送入磨浆机中,倒入4-5倍温水进行磨浆,小火煮浆30-40分钟,冷却后过滤,滤液冷冻干燥后超微粉碎,得到酸粉;
(2)将葡萄籽去杂洗净后晒干,送入锅中,加入竹炭粉,小火翻炒至熟香,筛去竹炭粉,倒入葡萄酒,小火焖润至干,取出冷冻干燥后粉碎,得到葡萄籽粉;
(3)将新鲜的玉竹去杂洗净,经冷冻干燥、超微粉碎、过筛,得到玉竹粉和残渣,将残渣与鱼腥草、乌梅、五味子等中药原料混合粉碎,加入5-6倍清水,文火煎煮1-2小时,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将上述葡萄籽粉、玉竹粉、中药粉与小麦淀粉、小苏打混合均匀,超微粉碎后得到粉料,将粉料制成小颗粒状药粒,将上述酸粉在药粒表面压片成型,低温烘干后得到成品药粒。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明将新鲜玉竹冷冻干燥后超微粉碎,与小苏打混合制成药粒,将柠檬、椰肉与黑豆一起磨浆制成酸粉,裹在药粒表面,成品泡腾片放入热水中外层酸粉会迅速溶解,使水呈弱酸性,继而加速内层药粒的溶解,服用方便,将葡萄籽与竹炭粉炒制后与葡萄酒混合焖干,添加到泡腾片中使其香味独特、美味可口。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种葡萄籽玉竹泡腾片,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
玉竹80、葡萄籽15、竹炭粉2、葡萄酒5、鱼腥草1、乌梅4、五味子2、白术3、天麻1、枸杞1、母丁香2、淡竹叶2、小麦淀粉4、小苏打2、酸粉适量;
所述酸粉是由下述重量比的原料制成:柠檬:椰肉:黑豆=2:1:6。
一种葡萄籽玉竹泡腾片制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将优质黑豆用水浸泡10小时后洗净,将新鲜柠檬去皮后与椰肉混合打浆,再与黑豆一起送入磨浆机中,倒入5倍温水进行磨浆,小火煮浆30分钟,冷却后过滤,滤液冷冻干燥后超微粉碎,得到酸粉;
(2)将葡萄籽去杂洗净后晒干,送入锅中,加入竹炭粉,小火翻炒至熟香,筛去竹炭粉,倒入葡萄酒,小火焖润至干,取出冷冻干燥后粉碎,得到葡萄籽粉;
(3)将新鲜的玉竹去杂洗净,经冷冻干燥、超微粉碎、过筛,得到玉竹粉和残渣,将残渣与鱼腥草、乌梅、五味子等中药原料混合粉碎,加入5倍清水,文火煎煮2小时,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将上述葡萄籽粉、玉竹粉、中药粉与小麦淀粉、小苏打混合均匀,超微粉碎后得到粉料,将粉料制成小颗粒状药粒,将上述酸粉在药粒表面压片成型,低温烘干后得到成品药粒。
Claims (2)
1.一种葡萄籽玉竹泡腾片,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
玉竹80-100、葡萄籽15-18、竹炭粉2-3、葡萄酒5-6、鱼腥草1-2、乌梅4-5、五味子2-3、白术3-4、天麻1-2、枸杞1-2、母丁香2-3、淡竹叶2-3、小麦淀粉4-5、小苏打适量、酸粉适量;
所述酸粉是由下述重量比的原料制成:柠檬:椰肉:黑豆=2:1:5-7。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的葡萄籽玉竹泡腾片制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
