Abstract

本发明涉及一种小钢包喷补料,可以有效解决钢包热喷补的问题。技术方案是该喷涂料是由以下重量百分比计的:矾土12-8mm为8~l0%、矾土8-5mm为l1~15%、镁橄榄石5-3mm为12~15%,镁尖晶石3-lmm为10~15%、镁尖晶石≤1mm为30~35%,ZrC粉3~5%,Ni2GeO4粉1%,增塑剂1~5%,结合剂3~6%混合均匀制成;所说的结合剂为水合氧化铝﹑六偏磷酸钠的一种或两种的组合;所说的增塑剂为球粘土或糊精。本发明可在小钢包使用间隙通过热喷补施工对钢包包衬进行修补,使钢包使用寿命长,吨钢耐材消耗低,经济和社会效益巨大。

Description

一种小钢包喷补料
一.技术领域
本发明涉及喷补料,特别是一种小钢包热喷补用喷补料。
二.背景技术
为了保证小钢包使用效果,小钢包喷补修补是常有之事。常规喷补料只能用于冷态喷补,需要将小钢包暂停使用,自然冷却(通常要2-3天)之后才能进行修补作业。而小钢包再次投入生产时,需要预先烘烤至1100℃以上,导致整个过程周期很长,既延误生产又耗费能源。因此,喷补料能在热态状态下施工势在必行。
 三.发明内容
针对上述情况,为克服现有技术之缺陷,本发明之目的就是提供一种小钢包热喷补用喷补料,可有效解决小钢包热喷补修补的问题。
本发明解决的技术方案是,一种小钢包喷补料,其特征在于,是由以下重量百分比计的:矾土12—8mm为8~l0%、矾土8—5mm为l1~15%、镁橄榄石5—3mm为12~15%,镁尖晶石3一lmm为10~15%、镁尖晶石≤1mm为30~35%,ZrC粉3~5%,Ni2GeO4粉1%,增塑剂1~5%,结合剂 3~6%混合均匀制成;所述的:矾土的氧化铝≥88%;镁橄榄石≥95%;镁尖晶石≥95%;ZrC≥90%;Ni2GeO4≥92%;所述的结合剂为水合氧化铝﹑六偏磷酸钠的一种或两种的组合;所述的增塑剂为球粘土或糊精。
本发明是一种小钢包喷补料,可在小钢包使用间隙通过热喷补施工对小钢包包衬进行修补,使小钢包使用寿命长,吨小钢包使用寿命长,吨钢耐材消耗比国内同类产品可节约120%以上,小钢包维修周期变长,工人劳动强度降低,经济和社会效益巨大。
四.具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作详细说明。
实施例1
本发明在具体实施中可采用以下重量百分比计的:矾土12—8mm为10%、矾土8—5mm为l5%、镁橄榄石5—3mm为12%,镁尖晶石3一lmm为15%、镁尖晶石≤1mm为35%,ZrC粉3%,Ni2GeO4粉1%,增塑剂3%,结合剂 6%混合在一起,由搅拌机搅拌均匀制成。
实施例2

(0012)本发明在具体实施中还可采用以下重量百分比计的:矾土12—8mm为10%、矾土8—5mm为l5%、镁橄榄石5—3mm为12%,镁尖晶石3一lmm为15%、镁尖晶石≤1mm为34%,ZrC粉4%,Ni2GeO4粉1%,增塑剂3%,结合剂 6%混合在一起,由搅拌机搅拌均匀制成。
在实施例1-3中,所称的矾土﹑镁橄榄石﹑镁尖晶石﹑Ni2GeO4、ZrC、结合剂和增塑剂同发明内容部分中给出的组分相同。
本发明的喷补料可以直接对1000℃以上的小钢包包衬进行喷补修补,大大降低了吨钢耐材消耗,可节约吨钢耐材120%以上,此外也节约了大量能源,小钢包维修周期变长,工人劳动强度降低,经济和社会效益巨大。本发明喷补料经测试,其测试指标如下表:
本发明具有广阔的应用前景,经济价值和技术价值巨大。

1.一种小钢包喷补料,其特征在于,是由以下重量百分比计的:矾土12—8mm为8~l0%、矾土8—5mm为l1~15%、镁橄榄石5—3mm为12~15%,镁尖晶石3一lmm为10~15%、镁尖晶石≤1mm为30~35%,ZrC粉3~5%,Ni2GeO4粉1%,增塑剂1~5%,结合剂 3~6%混合均匀制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的小钢包喷补料,其特征在于,所述的:矾土的氧化铝≥88%;所述的结合剂为水合氧化铝﹑六偏磷酸钠的一种或两种的组合;所述的增塑剂为球粘土或糊精。
