本发明涉及曲轴机构的技术领域,尤其是一种齿轮箱用曲轴机构。
背景技术
现有齿轮箱内相互啮合的齿轮之间常常因为长时间的工作或轴承之间的位移,使得齿轮与齿轮之间的啮合度较差,稍不留心就会导致齿轮与齿轮之间发生错插现象,导致齿轮之间的磨损,甚至断齿,造成了齿轮的报废,提高了生产的成本,同样也容易发生安全事故问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为了解决上述背景技术中提出的问题,本发明提供一种齿轮箱用曲轴机构,它可以通过调整轴承的相对位置,进而控制好齿轮之间的相对位置,保证了齿轮的正常运作。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种齿轮箱用曲轴机构,包括轴承安装座,轴承安装座的上表面开设有安装槽,轴承安装座通过安装槽连接有连杆机构,连杆机构包括与安装槽相互插接的连接块,连接块上活动连接两根平行分布的连杆。
进一步限定:轴承安装座呈“L”型,轴承安装座的端面上开设有三个圆心连线呈三角形的轴承安装孔,轴承安装座的下部固定设置有滑动槽。
进一步限定:轴承安装座上开设有润滑槽,润滑槽使得开设于轴承安装座上的三个轴承安装孔相互连通。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的齿轮箱用曲轴机构,可以通过调整轴承的相对位置,进而控制好齿轮之间的相对位置,保证了齿轮的正常运作,避免了齿轮之间的相互磨损,延长了齿轮的使用寿命,减少了生产的成本。

如图1所示的齿轮箱用曲轴机构,包括轴承安装座1,轴承安装座1的上表面开设有安装槽2,轴承安装座1通过安装槽2连接有连杆机构3,连杆机构3包括与安装槽2相互插接的连接块3-1,连接块3-1上活动连接两根平行分布的连杆3-2。其中轴承安装座1呈“L”型,轴承安装座1的端面上开设有三个圆心连线呈三角形的轴承安装孔4,三个轴承安装孔4内分别安装有三根轴承,轴承安装座1的下部固定设置有滑动槽5,滑动槽5可沿着滑动机构滑动,进而带动整个曲轴机构移动位置达到既定的位置,满足工作的要求。
连杆3-2上会连接驱动机构,驱动机构驱动连杆3-2发生旋转,进而使得与连杆3-2相连接的轴承安装座1上的轴承安装孔4之间的相对位置发生变化,继而达到让轴承安装孔4内的轴承之间的相对位置发生变化,最终是为了让轴承上的齿轮之间的相对位置发生变化,即让齿轮满足工作要求。
轴承安装座1上开设有润滑槽6,润滑槽6使得开设于轴承安装座1上的三个轴承安装孔4相互连通,可以往润滑槽6内注入润滑油,润滑油会顺着润滑槽6分别流入到三个轴承安装孔4内,保证每个轴承安装孔4内的轴承都能得到很好的润滑,也就保证了轴承上的齿轮能够正常运作。

1.一种齿轮箱用曲轴机构,其特征在于:包括轴承安装座(1),轴承安装座(1)的上表面开设有安装槽(2),轴承安装座(1)通过安装槽(2)连接有连杆机构(3),所述的连杆机构(3)包括与安装槽(2)相互插接的连接块(3-1),所述的连接块(3-1)上活动连接两根平行分布的连杆(3-2);所述的轴承安装座(1)呈“L”型,轴承安装座(1)的端面上开设有三个圆心连线呈三角形的轴承安装孔(4),轴承安装座(1)的下部固定设置有滑动槽(5);所述的轴承安装座(1)上开设有润滑槽(6),所述的润滑槽(6)使得开设于轴承安装座(1)上的三个轴承安装孔(4)相互连通。
