Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于模塑成型作业机械的模具(3)或组件的调温装置(14),具有与始流(5)连接的至少一个调温分支(2,2′);包括至少一个泵(13)的泵系统,用于将调温介质向始流(5)输送,其特征在于,设有至少一个传感器,通过该至少一个传感器能够测定由温度、流量、压力组成的组中的至少一个参数;并且设有控制或调节装置(1),用于调节或控制泵系统的输送功率,所述至少一个传感器的信号能够传送给所述控制或调节装置。本发明还涉及一种具有至少两个模塑成型作业机械以及所述调温装置的系统以及一种用于对模塑成型作业机械的模具(3)或组件进行调温的方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有权利要求1前序部分的特征的用于模塑成型作业机械的模具或组件的调温装置以及一种具有权利要求10前序部分的特征的方法。
背景技术
以下对现有技术的论述示例性3地借助作为模塑成型作业机械的特殊情况的注塑机以及这种注塑机的作为一般模塑成型作业机械的模具的示例的注塑工具进行。但是以下申请的公开内容不限于这些特殊情况。
调温在本申请中理解为冷却或加热。
在现有技术中,至少一个泵以恒定的输送功率运行。人们使用由至少一个分支管道的输送功率(输送量或压力等)和液压阻力得出的流量或者采用节流阀,以便达到希望的较低流量。
由此造成各种缺点:
-恒定的高能耗,
-泵系统使用寿命低,
-由于容积流量太高而导致的用于调温介质的温度回调的成本,
-较高的泄漏可能性,以及
-调温系统中的不必要的高压力。
发明内容
本发明的任务是至少部分地消除上述缺点。
该任务通过具有权利要求1的特征的调温装置和具有权利要求10的特征的方法解决。
通过本发明可以减少或者甚至取消上述在现有技术中强制要求的节流。由于能耗与流量和压力损失的乘积成正比,所以取消节流有利于降低能耗。
本发明有利的实施方式在从属权利要求中限定。
优选使用水(气态或液态)或者油作为调温介质。然而还可以使用其他流体,例如,二氧化碳或者氮气。调温介质可以连续地或者以脉冲方式输送。
特别优选地规定:调温装置构造为模塑成型作业机械的供给装置,并且具有一个或多个调温分支。该供给装置可以独立式设置在模塑成型作业机械附近或者构造在该模塑成型作业机械上。
特别优选地,设有优选并联的至少两个调温分支。
为了尽可能良好地调节或控制,在所述至少两个调温分支中的每个调温分支都可以设置至少一个传感器,通过该至少一个传感器能够测定包括温度、流量、压力的组中的至少一个参数,所述传感器的信号能够传送给所述控制或调节装置。
对于最简单的情况,可以通过如下方式设计泵的调节或控制,即:泵通过其转数来调节或控制。
在泵系统包括一个以上的泵的情况下,可以有利的是,作为调节或控制一个或多个泵的替代或补充,将泵系统的各个泵设计为可以断开和/或接通。由此得出分级控制或调节方式。
为了独立地调节调温分支中的流量,在调温分支中分别设置至少一个节流装置。该节流装置可以例如手动调整或者可以通过该控制或调节装置来调整。例如,该节流装置可以是流量阀,其流量等级可以无极调整。
还要求保护一种具有按照本发明的调温装置的模塑成型作业机械,尤其是注塑机、压铸机或者压制机。
另外,还要求保护一种具有至少两个模塑成型作业机械和按照本发明的调温装置的系统,其中,所述至少两个模塑成型作业机械的模具可以串联或并联地通过所述调温装置进行调温。
由于其能效特别高,所以特别优选规定:对每个调温分支进行独立地节流,其中对至少一个调温分支至少基本上不进行节流。通过使输送功率(输送量或压力等)适配于未被节流的调温分支的流量要求,泵可以尽可能低的能耗运行。
所述控制或调节装置可以是注塑机控制系统的、外部控制系统的、供给装置的或中央控制计算机系统的组成部分。
所述泵系统可以是注塑机的、供给装置的或中央介质供应系统的组成部分。

具体实施方式
在此,图1示出按照本发明的调温装置14的示意图。该调温装置具有两个调温分支2,各调温分支被引导通过模具3。在调温分支2中还存在流量传感器7、温度传感器4以及流量阀15。流量传感器7当然还可以构造为与流量阀15集成在一起的部件。另外,设有调节或控制装置1,其在该实施例中为调节装置。该调节装置与流量传感器7、温度传感器4以及流量阀15连接。温度传感器4构成用于流量测量的一个替代方案。
两个调温分支2各自与始流5和回流6连接。泵13将调温介质从回流6输送到始流5。另外,在回流6中设有可选的热交换器16。该泵13也与调节装置1连接以便进行调节。
图2是阐明按照本发明的方法的一个特别优选的实施例的流程图。在此:
i表示调温分支2的连续编号;
n表示所使用的调温分支2的数量;
Xi表示调温分支i中的流量阀15的用%表示的控制度;
Vi表示调温回路i中的容积流量;
F表示泵系统的输送流量。
至少保持接近100%打开的调温分支i*可以由使用者指定为对整个系统起决定作用的分支(“瓶颈”)。由此使用者可以例如通过移除快速联接器或缩短管道长度来减小该调温分支2的液压阻力。由此可以进一步减少泵13的输送流量,同时打开其他调温分支2的流量阀15。
不同于图1,图3仅设置一个调温分支2。调温装置14构造为供给装置。在一个共同的外壳20中设有:
-泵13;
-流量传感器7;
-用于调温介质的容器17;
-用于加热容器17中的调温介质的加热装置18;
-用于冷却容器17中的调温介质的冷却装置19;
-可选的温度传感器4;以及
-调节或控制装置1。
Claims (16)
1.一种用于模塑成型作业机械的模具(3)或组件的调温装置(14),具有
-与始流(5)连接的至少一个调温分支(2,2′);
-包括至少一个泵(13)的泵系统,用于将调温介质向始流(5)输送,
其特征在于,设有至少一个传感器,通过该至少一个传感器能够测定包括温度、流量、压力的组中的至少一个参数;并且设有控制或调节装置(1),用于调节或控制泵系统的输送功率,所述至少一个传感器的信号能够传送给所述控制或调节装置。
2.按照权利要求1所述的调温装置,其特征在于,设有优选并联的至少两个调温分支(2,2′)。
3.按照权利要求2所述的调温装置,其特征在于,在所述至少两个调温分支(2,2′)中的每个调温分支中都设置至少一个传感器,通过该至少一个传感器能够测定包括温度、流量、压力的组中的至少一个参数,所述传感器的信号能够传送给所述控制或调节装置(1)。
4.按照权利要求1至3中之一项所述的调温装置,其特征在于,为了调节或控制所述至少一个泵,能够调节或控制所述至少一个泵的至少一个转数。
5.按照权利要求1至4中之一项所述的调温装置,其特征在于,为了调节或控制所述泵系统,该泵系统的泵能够断开和/或接通。
6.按照权利要求1至5中之一项所述的调温装置,其特征在于,所述调温装置(14)构造为用于模塑成型作业机械的供给装置,并且具有一个或多个调温分支(2,2′)。
7.按照权利要求1至6中之一项所述的调温装置,其特征在于,在所述至少一个调温分支中的至少一个调温分支中设置至少一个节流装置。
8.一种具有按照权利要求1至7中之一项所述的调温装置的模塑成型作业机械,尤其是注塑机、压铸机或者压制机。
9.一种具有至少两个模塑成型作业机械以及按照权利要求1至7中之一项所述的调温装置的系统,其中,所述至少两个模塑成型作业机械的模具能够串联或并联地通过所述调温装置调温。
10.一种用于对模塑成型作业机械的模具(3)或组件进行调温的方法,其中,利用包括至少一个泵的泵系统将调温介质输送通过至少一个调温分支(2),其特征在于,能够测定包括温度、流量、压力的组中的至少一个参数,并且将所述至少一个参数传送给控制或调节装置(1)。

12.按照权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述至少两个调温分支(2,2′)中的每个调温分支中都测定温度、流量或压力。

14.按照权利要求10至13中之一项所述的方法,其特征在于,为了调节或者控制所述泵系统,将该泵系统的泵(13)关断和/或接通。
15.按照权利要求10至14中之一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述至少一个调温分支(2,2′)中的至少一个调温分支中借助于节流装置对调温介质进行节流。
16.按照权利要求10至15中之一项所述的方法,其特征在于,对每个调温分支(2,2′)独立地进行节流,对其中至少一个调温分支(2,2′)至少基本上不进行节流。
