本发明涉及一种太子参葛粉速溶饮料及其制备方法,其特征在于是以以下重量组分组成:太子参1.0-2.0kg,葛根2.0-4.0kg,乳糖3.0-4.5kg。本发明的保健饮品是,采用科学的配伍方法,利用现代提取工艺,将太子参和葛根有效成分最大利用化,配以乳糖,以阿斯巴甜作为矫味剂,可以得到使用方便,口感醇厚香甜的健康饮品。将太子参与葛根相互配伍,符合现代人健康饮食的理念。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种饮料的制备方法,具体的说是一种太子参葛粉速溶饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
葛根主要含碳水化合物,植物蛋白,多种维生素和矿物质,此外还富含黄酮类物质:大豆素,大豆甙,还有大豆素-4,7-二葡萄糖甙,葛根素,葛根素-7-木糖甙,葛根醇,葛根藤及异黄酮甙等。本发明专利将太子参的滋补作用融合于葛根中,有以下保健功能 提高肝细胞的再生能力,恢复正常肝脏机能,促进胆汁分泌,防止脂肪在肝脏堆积;促进新陈代谢,加强肝脏解毒功能,防止酒精对肝脏的损伤;对高血脂形成的冠状动脉硬化,通过改善心肌缺血状态,防治冠心病、心绞痛、心肌梗塞等心血管疾病;对高血脂形成的脑动脉硬化,通过改善脑缺血状态,防治脑梗塞、偏瘫、血管性痴呆等脑血管疾病;强化肝胆细胞自身免疫功能,抵抗病毒入侵;促进微循环,提高肾血流量。

本发明设计一种太子参葛粉速溶饮料及其制备方法,其特征在于是按照以下主要原料的重量比例制成:
太子参1.0-2.0kg 葛根3.0-4.0 kg 乳糖3.0-4.5 kg 矫味剂0.01-0.15 kg
本发明所述的太子参葛粉速溶饮料,其制备方法为:
(1)、优选太子参,加水煎煮提取2-3次,每次加8-10倍量水,煎煮2-3小时,滤过,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.1-1.2(50℃)的浸膏,加乙醇至含醇量为50%-70%,搅拌均匀,静置醇沉24小时,滤过,滤液回收乙醇至无醇味,备用;
(2)、优选葛根,加2-3倍量50%-70%乙醇回流提取1小时,得到滤液;将滤渣加8-10倍量水煎煮1小时,过滤,得滤液;合并滤液,真空减压浓缩回收乙醇至无醇味,备用;
(3)、将太子参浸膏和葛根浸膏混合均匀,加入乳糖、阿斯巴甜搅拌10分钟,制粒,80℃以下温度干燥、整粒,过筛,包装,即得。
所述矫味剂为阿斯巴甜。其既有效改善饮品味道,又可让不食糖份的人群食用。
有益效果:本发明是一种以葛根为主太子参为辅的保健类食品,科学提取,充分将葛根和太子参的有效成分相互渗透融合,得到的一款风味独特,有益人体滋补、美容养颜、排毒,填补了太子参与葛根配伍利用的在保健食品领域的空缺,因其独特的保健功能,能够满足现代人的需求,具有良好和广泛的食用及开发潜力。

实施例1:一种太子参葛粉速溶饮料及其制备方法,其特征在于是按照以下主要原料的重量比例制成:
太子参1.0kg 葛根4.0 kg 乳糖3.0kg 矫味剂0.01 kg
本发明所述的太子参葛粉速溶饮料,其制备方法为:
(1)、优选太子参,加水煎煮提取2次,每次加8倍量水,煎煮2小时,滤过,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.1(50℃)的浸膏,加乙醇至含醇量为50%,搅拌均匀,静置醇沉24小时,滤过,滤液回收乙醇至无醇味,备用;
(2)、优选葛根,加2倍量50%乙醇回流提取1小时,得到滤液;将滤渣加8倍量水煎煮1小时,过滤,得滤液;合并滤液,真空减压浓缩回收乙醇至无醇味,备用;
(3)、将太子参浸膏和葛根浸膏混合均匀,加入乳糖、阿斯巴甜搅拌10分钟,制粒,80℃以下温度干燥、整粒,过筛,包装,即得。
所述矫味剂为阿斯巴甜。其既有效改善饮品味道,又可让不食糖份的人群食用。
实施例2:一种太子参葛粉速溶饮料及其制备方法,其特征在于是按照以下主要原料的重量比例制成:
太子参:1.5kg 葛根3.0 kg 乳糖4.0 kg 矫味剂0.15 kg
本发明所述的太子参葛粉速溶饮料,其制备方法为:
(1)、优选太子参,加水煎煮提取3次,每次加9倍量水,煎煮2-3小时,滤过,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.2(50℃)的浸膏,加乙醇至含醇量为60%,搅拌均匀,静置醇沉24小时,滤过,滤液回收乙醇至无醇味,备用;
(2)、优选葛根,加3倍量60%乙醇回流提取1小时,得到滤液;将滤渣加9倍量水煎煮1小时,过滤,得滤液;合并滤液,真空减压浓缩回收乙醇至无醇味,备用;
(3)、将太子参浸膏和葛根浸膏混合均匀,加入乳糖、阿斯巴甜搅拌10分钟,制粒,80℃以下温度干燥、整粒,过筛,包装,即得。

本发明所述的太子参葛粉速溶饮料,其制备方法为:
(1)、优选太子参,加水煎煮提取3次,每次加10倍量水,煎煮2-3小时,滤过,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.2(50℃)的浸膏,加乙醇至含醇量为70%,搅拌均匀,静置醇沉24小时,滤过,滤液回收乙醇至无醇味,备用;
(2)、优选葛根,加3倍量70%乙醇回流提取1小时,得到滤液;将滤渣加8-10倍量水煎煮1小时,过滤,得滤液;合并滤液,真空减压浓缩回收乙醇至无醇味,备用;
(3)、将太子参浸膏和葛根浸膏混合均匀,加入乳糖、阿斯巴甜搅拌10分钟,制粒,80℃以下温度干燥、整粒,过筛,包装,即得。

1.一种太子参葛粉速溶饮料,其特征在于是按照以下主要原料的重量比例制成:
太子参1.0-2.0kg 葛根3.0-4.0 kg 乳糖3.0-4.5 kg 矫味剂0.01-0.15 kg。
2.一种太子参葛粉速溶饮料的制备方法,其特征在于制备方法为:(1)、优选太子参,加水煎煮提取2-3次,每次加8-10倍量水,煎煮2-3小时,滤过,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.1-1.2(50℃)的浸膏,加乙醇至含醇量为50%-70%,搅拌均匀,静置醇沉24小时,滤过,滤液回收乙醇至无醇味,备用;
(2)、优选葛根,加2-3倍量50%-70%乙醇回流提取1小时,得到滤液;将滤渣加8-10倍量水煎煮1小时,过滤,得滤液;合并滤液,真空减压浓缩回收乙醇至无醇味,备用;
(3)、将太子参浸膏和葛根浸膏混合均匀,加入乳糖、阿斯巴甜搅拌10分钟,制粒,80℃以下温度干燥、整粒,过筛,包装,即得。
