一种摄影灯变光装置，包括底座(1)、多根支撑杆（2）和反光罩（3），底座（1）上面连接三根以上的支撑杆（2），支撑杆（2）上面覆盖着反光罩（3），两根支撑杆（2）之间的反光罩（3）撑开时为梯形状，且该梯形的上底为靠近底座（1）端，支撑杆（2）活动连接在底座（1）上，相邻的两根支撑杆（2）之间均设有折叠连杆，该折叠连杆两端分别通过转轴与两根支撑杆（2）相连，并且折叠连杆的折叠或打开方向始终与其连接的两根支撑杆（2）在同一平面内。
