一种多方位多角度台灯 技术领域
本发明涉及一种台灯,特别是一种灯架可折叠和旋转的多方位多角度台灯。
背景技术
台灯是人们日常生活用品之一,作为放置在写字台、工作台或其它场所作为照明工具。现有的台灯大多为灯座、灯柱和灯罩构成,灯罩内设一白炽灯。部分台灯的灯柱可以转动,使灯罩的照明角度改变,调节照明方向。然而这种台灯,其灯罩大,收藏时占用面积大,更不能折叠变形,需占据较大空间;且照明调节的方向、位置有限,使用不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于一种多方位多角度台灯,以解决现有技术中存在的上述问题。本发明中的多方位多角度台灯可折叠、伸缩或旋转、满足使用者的多种需求。
本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种多方位多角度台灯,其包括:
一底座;
一灯柱,所述灯柱底端枢接在底座上;
一连接座,其一端枢接于所述灯柱的顶端,另一端固定一转动轴;
一转动轴,其一端固定于前述连接座内,另一端套接于灯架内;
一灯架,其可绕所述转动轴作轴向旋转,包括上壳体和下壳体,以及固定设于上壳体下表面前端的滑动灯座,其中该滑动灯座可随上壳体相对于下壳体滑动。
在本发明的较佳实施例中,所述连接座包括下壳体和上壳体,其中下壳体左端设有用于容纳转轴的下凹槽;该上壳体右端设有一和灯柱顶端枢接轴连接的枢接座,左端设一容纳转轴的上凹槽。
在本发明的较佳实施例中,所述转轴包括中间的圆柱体,以及位于圆柱体右端的右连接部和位于圆柱体左端的左连接部,右连接部固定于连接座上,中间的圆柱体和左连接部套接于灯架内。
在本发明的较佳实施例中,所述的转轴的圆柱体的一端,绕圆周面设有限定灯架转动的限位块。
在本发明的较佳实施例中,所述的限位块为四个,绕圆周面均匀分布。
在本发明的较佳实施例中,灯架包括下壳体、上壳体和滑动灯座,其中下壳体右端设有容纳转轴的转轴腔部,中部上表面两侧设有用于上壳体滑动的滑动导轨,导轨的前端设有用于限定上壳体滑动距离的限位块,限位块的前端设有用于滑动灯座滑动的滑槽;该滑动灯座设于上壳体的前端下表面和下壳体前端。
在本发明的较佳实施例中,所述的灯源为LED灯。
由上述描述可知,本发明创造性地提供了一种多方位多角度台灯,其包括:一灯柱,连接座,转动轴,和灯架等部件;该灯柱枢接于底座,因此底座以上的部件都可绕底座旋转;该连接座枢接于灯柱顶端,因此连接座和灯架等都可绕灯柱顶端旋转,完成折叠或展开动作;该灯架可绕转轴旋转,调整不同角度的照明;该灯架的滑动灯座可随上壳体相对于下壳体滑动,因此可以完成伸缩动作。

具体实施方式
本发明的具体实施例,参照图1,一种多方位多角度台灯,由底座1、灯柱2、连接座3、转轴4、灯架5、灯源6和电线7等组成。其中电线7和电源8连接。
该灯座1为长方体形,上表面的一侧竖直设一枢接柱11,该灯柱2为细长方体形,其上下端分别设枢接轴21和22,下端的枢接轴21和灯座1上表面的枢接柱11枢接,上端的枢接轴22和连接座3右端枢接。
参见图2,该连接座3分为下壳体31和上壳体32,其中下壳体31上近两端处分别设有一对固定柱312,左侧还设有用于容纳转轴4的下凹槽311.该上壳体32右端设有一和灯柱2顶端枢接轴连接的枢接座322,左端设一容纳转轴4的上凹槽321。
参见图3、图1,该转轴4包括中间的圆柱体41,以及位于圆柱体41右端的连接部42和位于圆柱体41左端的连接部43。其中左连接部43可绕圆柱体41轴向转动。在圆柱体41的右端,其外周壁绕圆周间隔设置四个限位块44。组装时,该转轴4的右端42装入连接座3的上凹槽321和下凹槽311中,并用螺丝固定;左端的连接部43和中间的圆柱体41装入灯架5中。灯架5的右端设有和转轴4的圆柱体41右端的限位块44配合的卡位机构(图中未示),使灯架5只能相对于转轴4轴向旋转90度。
参见图4,灯架5包括下壳体51、上壳体52以及滑动灯座53。其中下壳体51右端设有容纳转轴4的左连接部43和圆柱体41的转轴腔部514,中部上表面两侧设有用于上壳体52滑动导轨511,上壳体中52设有相应的滑槽(图中未显示),导轨511的前端设有用于限定上壳体52滑动距离的限位块512和挡块515。限位块512的前端设有用于滑动灯座53滑动的滑槽513。该滑动灯座53设于上壳体52的前端下表面,其上表面设有四个用于将该灯座53固定在上壳体52的固定柱531。灯源6安装于该滑动灯座53上。在本实施例中,该灯源为LED灯。
使用时,参见图5和图6,将灯架5往下压或向上提,则灯架5和连接座3绕灯柱2的枢接轴22旋转,则整个台灯可以向下折叠或向上打开,并调整照明角度;参见图7和图8,将灯架5扭转,则灯架5绕转轴4旋转,可调整不同角度的照明。参见图9和图10,将灯架5的上壳体52向左拉,则上壳体52和滑动灯座53一起向左滑动一定距离,完成伸展动作,反之,可缩回原位。
上述仅为本发明的一个具体实施例,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。
工业实用性
本发明一种多方位多角度台灯,其底座以上的部件都可绕底座旋转;连接座和灯架等都可绕灯柱顶端旋转,完成折叠或展开动作;该灯架可绕转轴旋转,调整不同角度的照明;该灯架的滑动灯座可随上壳体相对于下壳体滑动,因此可以完成伸缩动作。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种多方位多角度台灯,其特征在于,包括:
    一底座;
    一灯柱,所述灯柱底端枢接在底座上;
    一连接座,其一端枢接于所述灯柱的顶端,另一端固定一转动轴;
    一转动轴,其一端固定于前述连接座内,另一端套接于灯架内;
    一灯架,其可绕所述转动轴作轴向旋转,包括上壳体和下壳体,以及固定设于上壳体下表面前端的滑动灯座,其中该滑动灯座可随上壳体相对于下壳体滑动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种多方位多角度台灯,其特征在于:所述连接座包括下壳体和上壳体,其中下壳体左端设有用于容纳转轴的下凹槽;该上壳体右端设有一和灯柱顶端枢接轴连接的枢接座,左端设一容纳转轴的上凹槽。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种多方位多角度台灯,其特征在于:所述转轴包括中间的圆柱体,以及位于圆柱体右端的右连接部和位于圆柱体左端的左连接部,右连接部固定于连接座上,中间的圆柱体和左连接部套接于灯架内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种多方位多角度台灯,其特征在于:所述的转轴的圆柱体的一端,绕圆周面设有限定灯架转动的限位块。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的一种多方位多角度台灯,其特征在于:所述的限位块为四个,绕圆周面均匀分布。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种多方位多角度台灯,其特征在于:灯架包括下壳体、上壳体和滑动灯座,其中下壳体右端设有容纳转轴的转轴腔部,中部上表面两侧设有用于上壳体滑动的滑动导轨,导轨的前端设有用于限定上壳体滑动距离的限位块,限位块的前端设有用于滑动灯座滑动的滑槽;该滑动灯座设于上壳体的前端下表面和下壳体前端。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种多方位多角度台灯,其特征在于:所述的灯源为LED灯。
