Abstract
本发明公开了一种石墨纤维尼龙配方,由下列重量份的原料制成:石墨烯氧化物3%,尼龙1010 80%,碳纤维CF6%,石墨Gr4%,助剂7%组成。本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,石墨纤维尼龙在水润滑和300N载荷下的摩擦系数比普通尼龙低,耐磨性提高了2.5个数量级以上,在干摩擦环境下摩擦系数比普通尼龙低2-5倍,耐磨性提高了2个数量级以上,同时原料来源简单制造成本低,适用范围广阔。

技术领域
本发明涉及尼龙技术领域,属于一种石墨纤维尼龙配方。
背景技术
石墨尼龙用于压制紧密机械零件的一种含有填充物的尼龙塑料,填充物为石墨,其含量很高,使这种材料具有很强的承载力。比较典型的是无润滑齿轮,轴承,抗摩擦零件;快速接插,制动器或装弹簧的机械零件;涂漆的汽车零部件;可承受高温的电器零件;在高温下起使用且耐烃类和溶剂的机械零件;截面薄而要求高强度的机械零件;要求高强度和高刚性的耐高抗冲零件;用于钓鱼线的单丝;调弦器;以及接触食品的薄膜。
近年来水环境条件下聚合物传动元件材料的设计以及与此相关的摩擦、磨损技术的研究已为人们关注的热点,但尼龙在水介质环境下的吸湿性强、抗蠕变性能差和力学性能降低等限制了其进一步应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种石墨纤维尼龙配方,由下列重量份的原料制成:石墨烯氧化物3%,尼龙101080%,碳纤维CF6%,石墨Gr4%,助剂7%组成的石墨纤维尼龙,石墨纤维尼龙在水润滑和300N载荷下的摩擦系数比普通尼龙低,耐磨性提高了2.5个数量级以上,在干摩擦环境下摩擦系数比普通尼龙低2-5倍,耐磨性提高了2个数量级以上,同时原料来源简单制造成本低,适用范围广阔。

一种石墨纤维尼龙配方,由下列重量份的原料制成:
所述的石墨为颗粒状,粒径小于30μm
所述的尼龙1010为粉末状,粒径小于175μm
优选由下列重量份的原料制成:
优选碳纤维为磨短聚丙烯腈灼烧纤维,其长丝直径为5-9μm,长径比为5-10,碳纤维在450℃空气中灼烧40min,随炉冷却后取出。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的石墨纤维尼龙在水润滑和300N载荷下的摩擦系数比普通尼龙低,耐磨性提高了2.5个数量级以上,在干摩擦环境下摩擦系数比普通尼龙低2-5倍,耐磨性提高了2个数量级以上,同时原料来源简单制造成本低,适用范围广阔。

一种石墨纤维尼龙配方,由下列重量份的原料制成:石墨烯氧化物3%,尼龙101080%,碳纤维CF6%,石墨Gr4%,助剂7%组成,通过传统加工方法将配比好的原料混合加工。
