Abstract

一种黄材镜片清洗工艺,包括以下步骤:1)预清洗、2)配制SY-M022清洗剂、3)二次清洗、4)配制SY-M021清洗剂、5)三次清洗。本发明,两种洗剂综合应用,解决了黄材质镜片无法浸泡强碱,不能一次性清洗干净,需多次返洗;预防了因材质差泡强碱而易产生批量洗坏;取消了擦拭人员,提升作业效率;降低了人为动作不良;并加快镜片生产流通,减少了因空气中长时间停留而产生的腐蚀。

一种黄材镜片清洗工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及镜片生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种黄材镜片清洗工艺。
背景技术
镜片生产过程中,黄材质镜片的表面会有很多的脏污残留,还有用于镜片研磨面保护的保护漆等脏污,无法进行镜片品质检验及往后工序加工,常规的方法只有用超声波清洗机将镜片清洗干净,但目前清洗机清洗有一定的局限性,其缺点有:1、黄材质镜片无法一次性清洗干净,需多次返洗。2、材质差无法泡强碱,易产生批量洗坏。3、需要擦拭后再清洗,动作不规范,人员效率低下。4、镜片流转慢产生线易积压,易加重空气中腐蚀发生。
发明内容
针对上述镜片材质较差以及清洗指标达不到要求的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种黄材镜片清洗工艺,是采用两种新型洗剂及相应的清洗工艺流程来解决黄材镜片的清洗,其操作方便,易掌握,便于大批量工业化生产。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种黄材镜片清洗工艺,包括以下步骤:1)预清洗、2)配制SY-M022清洗剂、3)二次清洗、4)配制SY-M021清洗剂、5)三次清洗;以重量百分比计,其特征在于:
1)、预清洗:将经研磨后的黄材镜片在清水中清洗,去除表面的污质,沥干;
2)、配制SY-M022清洗剂:取水80%-95%,无水碳酸钠3%-15%,十二烷基磺酸钠阴离子表面活性剂0.5%-3%,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚乳化剂0.5%-3%,使PH值为12-14,备用;
3)、二次清洗:在水温35-65o条件下,在配制好的SY-M022清洗剂将步骤1)的黄材镜片以超声、浸泡清洗的方式,清洗80秒后取出;
4)、配制SY-M021清洗剂:取水90%-98%,氢氧化钠0.5%-3%,三聚磷酸钠螯合剂0.5%-3%,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚乳化剂0.5%-3%,使PH值为8-12,备用;
5)、三次清洗:在水温35-65o条件下,在配制好的SY-M022清洗剂将步骤3)的黄材镜片以超声、浸泡清洗的方式,再清洗100秒后取晾干,即可。
本发明,两种洗剂综合应用, 解决了黄材质镜片无法浸泡强碱,不能一次性清洗干净,需多次返洗;预防了因材质差泡强碱而易产生批量洗坏;取消了擦拭人员,提升作业效率;降低了人为动作不良;并加快镜片生产流通,减少了因空气中长时间停留而产生的腐蚀。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种黄材镜片清洗工艺,以重量百分比计,包括以下步骤:
1、预清洗:将经研磨后的黄材镜片在清水中清洗,去除表面的污质,沥干;
2、配制SY-M022清洗剂:取水85%,无水碳酸钠10%,十二烷基磺酸钠阴离子表面活性剂3%,OP-10乳化剂(辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚)2%,使PH值为12-14,备用;
3、二次清洗:在水温35-65o条件下,在配制好的SY-M022清洗剂将步骤1)的黄材镜片以超声、浸泡清洗的方式,清洗80秒后取出;
4、配制SY-M021清洗剂:取水95%,氢氧化钠1%,三聚磷酸钠螯合剂2%,非离子表面活性剂:OP乳化剂(辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚)2%,使PH值为8-12,备用;
5、三次清洗:在水温35-65o条件下,在配制好的SY-M022清洗剂将步骤3)的黄材镜片以超声、浸泡清洗的方式,再清洗100秒后取晾干,即可。
实施例2:
一种黄材镜片清洗工艺,以重量百分比计,包括以下步骤:
1、预清洗:将经研磨后的黄材镜片在清水中清洗,去除表面的污质,沥干;
2、配制SY-M022清洗剂:取水90%,无水碳酸钠6%,十二烷基磺酸钠阴离子表面活性剂3%,OP-10乳化剂(辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚)1%,使PH值为12-14,备用;
3、二次清洗:在水温35-65o条件下,在配制好的SY-M022清洗剂将步骤1)的黄材镜片以超声、浸泡清洗的方式,清洗80秒后取出;
4、配制SY-M021清洗剂:取水95%,氢氧化钠2%,三聚磷酸钠螯合剂2%,非离子表面活性剂OP乳化剂(辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚)1%,使PH值为8-12,备用;
5、三次清洗:在水温35-65o条件下,在配制好的SY-M022清洗剂将步骤3)的黄材镜片以超声、浸泡清洗的方式,再清洗100秒后取晾干,即可。
本发明,1、利用黄材镜片材质较差,不能接触强碱,但可以接触浓度很低的强碱,以达到强碱清洗目的;2、利用增加浓度方式加强低PH值洗剂对黄材镜片清洗效果;3、利用增加温度方式加强洗剂对黄材镜片清洗效果;4、利用清洗次数改变可应对不同脏污厚度的清洗效果;5、利用超声波洗净加强对清洗效果,缩短清洗的时间。

Claims (1)

1.一种黄材镜片清洗工艺,包括以下步骤:1)预清洗、2)配制SY-M022清洗剂、3)二次清洗、4)配制SY-M021清洗剂、5)三次清洗;以重量百分比计,其特征在于:
1)、预清洗:将经研磨后的黄材镜片在清水中清洗,去除表面的污质,沥干;
2)、配制SY-M022清洗剂:取水80%-95%,无水碳酸钠3%-15%,十二烷基磺酸钠阴离子表面活性剂3%,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚乳化剂0.5%-3%,使PH值为12-14,备用;
3)、二次清洗:在水温35-65o条件下,在配制好的SY-M022清洗剂中将步骤1)的黄材镜片以超声、浸泡清洗的方式,清洗80秒后取出;
4)、配SY-M021清洗剂:取水90%-98%,氢氧化钠0.5%-3%,三聚磷酸钠螯合剂0.5%-3%,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚乳化剂0.5%-3%,使PH值为8-12,备用;
5)、三次清洗:在水温35-65o条件下,在配制好的SY-M022清洗剂将步骤3)的黄材镜片以超声、浸泡清洗的方式,再清洗100秒后取晾干,即可。
