肋32与插座30的外壁33配合,还形成了长形的半圆形凹槽34,使得连接器闭锁元件20可以在落入由半圆形凹槽34形成的180度拱形的任何角度位置处,即,在由长形的凹槽34的开口环绕的区域内的任何地方由插座30接收。因此,对于使用者而言,不需要定位连接器13以至于使闭锁元件20位于插座30的最上部部分处,从而大大地简化了插接操作。
如在图2和图5中可以看到,插座30的外壁33形成了相对大的进入开口30a,并且然后向内逐渐变细以将连接器13的突出的闭锁元件20向内地朝向半圆形凹槽34引导。当闭锁元件20的前端部在插座30中接合肋32的法兰31时,闭锁法兰21的前部上的锥形下表面22抵抗偏置弹簧35(见图2)的推力,而以凸轮方式控制(cam)闭锁元件20的前端部向上(如在图2和图5中观察到的),以使闭锁元件20的前端部越过法兰31。然后,在法兰21通过法兰31后,弹簧35引起闭锁元件20的前端部迅速返回紧靠着肋32的外表面。于是,交叠的法兰21和31使连接器13闭锁至插接站15。
如果连接器闭锁元件20偏心地位于拱形凹槽34中,例如图4中所示的位置21a和21b中的一个,则把手14将是倾斜的而不是垂直地直线悬挂。从而,电缆12的拉动把手14下端部的重量将对把手14施加扭矩,朝着直线垂直位置推动把手。闭锁法兰21和31通过允许法兰21在法兰31后面沿着肋32的外表面滑动而调整把手14的这种运动,由此保持把手14闭锁到存放插座30。闭锁法兰31沿着肋32的整个长度延伸,以便两个法兰21和31的闭锁能在沿着凹槽34的长度的任何点处开始。
闭锁元件20以轴23枢转(见图2),以便闭锁元件20的前端部能通过向下推动作为闭锁元件20尾端部分的整体部分形成的启动器按钮20a来向上枢转。按钮20a通过把手14的顶壁中的洞向外伸出,以便按钮20a从把手14的外部是可接近的,使得当需要从插座30中移出把手14时,使用者能手动按压按钮20a以释放闭锁(当从交通工具插孔释放连接器时,启动器按钮20a也可以打开开关以触发交通工具充电控制来提供在断开之前的充电电源受控制的关闭)。按压启动器按钮20a使闭锁元件20的前端部抵抗弹簧35的偏置力向上倾斜,以便法兰21离开存放插座30的闭锁法兰31,从而允许从存放插座移出把手14和连接器13。
参考图2和图5,存放插座30嵌套在空腔40内,空腔40由通过多个螺丝42附接到基座11的外壳41形成。空腔40的后表面形成了由接收基部45的圆形法兰44环绕的中心开口43。螺丝46穿过基部45中的中心孔延伸,并且被拧入到从插座30的后表面伸出的毂47中。这样在空腔40内捕获了插座30,同时仍允许插座30相对于空腔40的壁的有限的轴向运动,因为螺丝46的头部能在基部45的后表面中的凹槽48内轴向地运动。螺旋弹簧49安装在分别由插座30和基部45形成的相配的毂50和51之上,并且使插座30偏置到图2和图5中所示的前进位置(advancedposition),在该前进位置,螺丝46的头部接合凹槽48的底部。随着当连接器13存放在插座30中的发生,当压力施加到插座30进一步将其推动到空腔中时,插座30能抵抗弹簧49的偏置力向内地运动,以至于插座可以对该压力屈服,直至插座30接合空腔40的壁。插座30还可以在空腔40内轻微地倾斜,再一次直至插座30接合空腔40的壁。这为试图将连接器13存放在插座30中的使用者提供了柔软手感,并且由于连接器13到达其完全存放的位置而避免了强烈的碰撞或振动。
虽然已说明和描述了本发明的具体实施方案和应用,但是应当理解,本发明并不局限于本文所公开的确切结构和组成,并且各种修改、改变和变化从前面的描述可以是明显的,而不脱离如所附的权利要求中限定的本发明的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于存放电连接器的插接站,所述电连接器适于将电源连接至交通工具中的可再充电的电池,所述交通工具至少部分地由所述电池供电,所述连接器具有连接到用于将所述连接器联接到所述电源的电缆的第一端,和包括多个第一电气端子的第二端,所述第一电气端子适于接合所述交通工具中的电气插座中的配对电气端子,所述第二端还包括突出的闭锁元件,所述突出的闭锁元件适于接合所述插座中的配合的闭锁元件以用于将所述连接器闭锁至所述插座,所述插接站包括:
存放插座,其适于在不使用所述连接器时接收所述连接器的所述第二端,所述存放插座包括长形的凹槽,所述长形的凹槽适于当所述突出的闭锁元件被置于由所述长形的凹槽环绕的区域内的任何地方时接收所述突出的闭锁元件,所述凹槽包括所述配合的闭锁元件,并且所述配合的闭锁元件沿着所述凹槽的整个长度延伸。
2.如权利要求1所述的插接站,其中所述凹槽为所述存放插座的上部部分中的拱形凹槽。
3.如权利要求1所述的插接站,其中当所述连接器插入到所述存放插座中时,所述突出的闭锁元件被推动到所述拱形凹槽的最上部部分,并且所述突出的闭锁元件位于所述拱形凹槽的顶部下方。
4.如权利要求2所述的插接站,其中所述拱形凹槽围绕所述存放插座的中心部分延伸约180度。
5.如权利要求1所述的插接站,其中当所述连接器被推入到所述存放插座中时,所述突出的闭锁元件和所述凹槽形成将所述连接器闭锁至所述存放插座的配合表面。
6.如权利要求1所述的插接站,其中所述突出的闭锁元件是具有形成第一法兰的前端部的指状物,并且所述存放插座的所述闭锁元件是在所述凹槽的内侧壁的外端部上的第二法兰,以用于当所述连接器插入到所述存放插座中时接合所述第一法兰,所述第一法兰和所述第二法兰的接合表面中的至少一个是逐渐变小的,以当所述连接器被推入到所述存放插座中时响应于抵着所述第二法兰推动所述第一法兰的力而以凸轮方式控制所述第一法兰远离所述第二法兰。
7.如权利要求1所述的插接站,其中所述突出的闭锁元件是可枢转地安装的,以便所述突出的闭锁元件的前端部能够朝着所述配合的闭锁元件和离开所述配合的闭锁元件枢转。
8.如权利要求7所述的插接站,包括偏置元件,所述偏置元件朝着所述配合的闭锁元件推动所述突出的闭锁元件的前端部。
9.如权利要求8所述的插接站,包括容纳所述连接器的把手、和从所述把手的外部可接近的手动可操作启动器,所述手动可操作启动器用于按压在所述突出的闭锁元件的尾端部上以克服所述偏置元件的推动并且使所述突出的闭锁元件的前端部远离所述配合的闭锁元件移动。
10.如权利要求1所述的插接站,包括在预选高度处支撑所述存放插座的基座。
