一种蓄电池用合金板栅,其特征是它的成分中,按重量比为钙0.06%~0.12%、锡0.2%~0.6%、铝0.02%~0.04%、余量为铅。生产中容易浇铸成型、无污染、效率高、不影响管式富液蓄电池性能,制成的板栅不会发脆,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种蓄电池部件,特别是一种蓄电池用合金板栅。
背景技术
目前,在国内管式富液铅酸蓄电池的正极板、负极板均采用铅锑合金浇铸制成,存在负板栅容易发脆,在生产阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池的企业中容易造成锑污染,如果在阀控式密封蓄电池中引入了锑,在浮充状态下使用则对蓄电池的性能有很大的损害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的上述不足之处,而提供一种容易浇铸成型、不会发脆、不影响管式富液蓄电池性能,生产中无污染、效率高的蓄电池用合金板栅。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种蓄电池用合金板栅,其特征是它的成分中,按重量比为钙0.06%~0.12%、锡0.2%~0.6%、铝0.02%~0.04%、余量为铅。
本发明由于采用以上配方,生产中容易浇铸成型、无污染、效率高、不影响管式富液蓄电池性能,制成的板栅不会发脆,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
一种蓄电池用合金板栅,它的成分中,按重量比为钙0.08%、锡0.5%、铝0.03%、余量为铅。
