技术领域
本发明涉及输送设备技术领域,尤其是一种高炉冲渣管弯头。
背景技术
高炉炼铁排放的高炉渣一般用大量水淬冷处理,高炉冲渣管用于对淬冷渣水的输送。冲渣管内,高温高炉渣水温度和流速均较高,对冲渣管特别是弯头部位产生较大冲刷作用。原使用不锈钢无缝管制造的冲渣管弯头极易被磨穿,需经常更换,给生产带来不利影响。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐磨性能优良的高炉冲渣管弯头。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:它包括有本体,所述本体由两个耐磨端节管和位于两个所述耐磨端节管之间的多个耐磨管段焊接而成,在所述耐磨端节管和所述耐磨管段的内壁堆焊有第一耐磨合金层。
上述高炉冲渣管弯头技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:位于所述本体外侧的焊接接缝处背焊有耐磨钢板条,所述耐磨钢板条内侧面堆焊有第二耐磨合金层。
进一步的,所述耐磨合金层为高铬合金层。 
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、由于弯头由两个耐磨端节管和位于两个耐磨端节管之间的多个耐磨管段焊接而成,在耐磨端节管和耐磨管段的内壁堆焊有第一耐磨合金层;耐磨合金层极大的提高了该弯头的耐磨性能,保证生产正常进行。
2、位于本体外侧的焊接接缝处背焊有耐磨钢板条,耐磨钢板条内侧面堆焊有第二耐磨合金层,增加了弯头焊接接缝处的强度和耐磨性。
3、耐磨合金层为高铬合金层,高铬合金为耐磨损、耐腐蚀的材料,使该弯头的耐磨性能更优,寿命为不锈钢管的4倍。

如图1、图2所示的本发明,包括有本体,本体由两个耐磨端节管1和位于两个耐磨端节管1之间的五个耐磨管段2焊接而成,在耐磨端节管1和耐磨管段2的内壁堆焊有第一耐磨合金层4;位于本体外侧的焊接接缝处背焊有耐磨钢板条3,耐磨钢板条3内侧面堆焊有第二耐磨合金层,耐磨合金层为高铬合金层。

1.一种高炉冲渣管弯头,包括有本体,其特征在于:所述本体由两个耐磨端节管(1)和位于两个所述耐磨端节管(1)之间的多个耐磨管段(2)焊接而成,在所述耐磨端节管(1)和所述耐磨管段(2)的内壁堆焊有第一耐磨合金层(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高炉冲渣管弯头,其特征在于:位于所述本体外侧的焊接接缝处背焊有耐磨钢板条(3),所述耐磨钢板条(3)内侧面堆焊有第二耐磨合金层(5)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高炉冲渣管弯头,其特征在于:所述耐磨合金层为高铬合金层。
