技术领域
本发明涉及一种改性塑料,具体涉及一种制作车载充电器的改性工程塑料。
背景技术
汽车上的车载充电器一般所用的材料有聚碳酸酯和聚丙烯精合金(PC/ABS合金)热可塑性塑胶、聚碳酸酯工程塑料(PC)等,材料要求具有较好的耐热性、高冲击性和流动性好等优点。目前车载充电器所用的材料都为进口材料,因价格较高,希望能用性能相当的国产料替代,如果能够实现国产化,必将使成本降低,提高中、低端汽车的竞争力。汽车工业是国家重点支持的产业,也是国民经济的支柱产业,汽车用塑料的前景很好,有必要进一步扩大汽车专用塑料的开发范围和力度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷而提供一种制作车载充电器的改性工程塑料,它是一种成本较低的环保材料,能满足制作车载充电器的特殊性能要求,而且在生产过程也不会引入有害物质。
实现本发明的目的一种技术方案是:一种制作车载充电器的改性工程塑料,包括按重量百分比配合的各个成分:聚碳酸酯树脂粉90.6-94.6%,抗冲改性剂粉2-4%,ABS高胶粉1-2%,磷系阻燃剂0.1-0.3%,抗氧剂0.1-0.3%,辅助抗氧剂0.1-0.3%,抗滴落剂0.3-0.5%,脱模润滑剂0.3-0.5%,黑色母1.5%。
上述的改性工程塑料,其中,所述抗氧剂为β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯。
上述的改性工程塑料,其中,所述辅助抗氧剂为固体有机亚磷酸酯。
实现本发明的目的另一种技术方案是:一种制作车载充电器的改性工程塑料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按上述的本发明的一种制作车载充电器的改性工程塑料的配方比例称取各组分原料;
2)依次按聚碳酸酯树脂粉、抗冲改性剂粉、ABS高胶粉、磷系阻燃剂、抗氧剂、辅助抗氧剂、抗滴落剂、脱模润滑剂和黑色母的顺序加入高速混合机中混合0.5min;
3)将混合好的原料加入挤出机中加工成型,该挤出机的温度设置为一区200℃、二区220℃、三区220℃、四区220℃、五区240℃、六区270℃、七区270℃、八区270℃、九区250℃、十区250℃、十一区280℃、十二区280℃。
上述的制作车载充电器的改性工程塑料的制备方法,其中,所述挤出机为真空压力≥0.5MPa的70mm双螺杆真空挤出机。
上述的制作车载充电器的改性工程塑料的制备方法,其中,所述挤出机的料筒前的滤网细度为40~80目。
本发明的制作车载充电器的改性工程塑料,是一种成本较低的环保材料,能满足制作车载充电器的特殊性能要求,而且在生产过程也不会引入有害物质。在对其拉伸、弯曲、悬臂梁缺口冲击、阻燃、熔融指数、热变形、密度等性能的检测中完全符合技术指标。

本发明的一种制作车载充电器的改性工程塑料,包括按重量百分比配合的各个成分:聚碳酸酯树脂粉(MI10-15)90.6-94.6%,抗冲改性剂粉(338)2-4%,ABS高胶粉(HR-181)1-2%,磷系阻燃剂(B9001)0.1-0.3%,抗氧剂(1706)0.1-0.3%,该抗氧剂为β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯,辅助抗氧剂(627A)0.1-0.3%,该辅助抗氧剂为固体有机亚磷酸酯,抗滴落剂(K110)0.3-0.5%,脱模润滑剂(317)0.3-0.5%,黑色母(2014)1.5%。
本发明的一种制作车载充电器的改性工程塑料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按上述本发明的一种制作车载充电器的改性工程塑料的配方比例称取各组分原料;
2)依次按聚碳酸酯树脂粉、抗冲改性剂粉、ABS高胶粉、磷系阻燃剂、抗氧剂、辅助抗氧剂、抗滴落剂、脱模润滑剂和黑色母的顺序加入高速混合机中混合0.5min;
3)将混合好的原料加入挤出机中加工成型,该挤出机的温度设置为一区200℃、二区220℃、三区220℃、四区220℃、五区240℃、六区270℃、七区270℃、八区270℃、九区250℃、十区250℃、十一区280℃、十二区280℃,材料挤出后经水冷、切粒制得本发明的一种制作车载充电器的改性工程塑料。

抗滴落剂0.3-0.5%,
脱模润滑剂0.3-0.5%,
黑色母1.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制作车载充电器的改性工程塑料,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制作车载充电器的改性工程塑料,其特征在于,所述辅助抗氧剂为固体有机亚磷酸酯。
4.一种制作车载充电器的改性工程塑料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按权利要求1所述的比例称取各组分原料;
2)依次按聚碳酸酯树脂粉、抗冲改性剂粉、ABS高胶粉、磷系阻燃剂、抗氧剂、辅助抗氧剂、抗滴落剂、脱模润滑剂和黑色母的顺序加入高速混合机中混合0.5min;
3)将混合好的原料加入挤出机中加工成型,该挤出机的温度设置为一区200℃、二区220℃、三区220℃、四区220℃、五区240℃、六区270℃、七区270℃、八区270℃、九区250℃、十区250℃、十一区280℃、十二区280℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制作车载充电器的改性工程塑料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述挤出机为真空压力≥0.5MPa的70mm双螺杆真空挤出机。
