Abstract
本发明涉及振动抛光机,属于表面处理技术,本技术应用在子弹外壁的抛光处理上。通光振动原理,不断抖动研磨介质,研磨介质通过相对高频率的抖动来研磨子弹外壁,解决了子弹因表面不光滑,容易发生卡膛的问题,处理过的子弹表面非常光滑,大大降低了哑弹和卡弹概率的发生,同时对枪膛也是保护。

发明内容:一种振动抛光机,能对不同规格的子弹外壁进行抛光处理,使得处理过的子弹壳非常光滑,大大降低了哑弹和卡弹概率的发生,同时对枪膛也是保护。

具体实施方式:
把抛光容器盆安放在弹簧立柱上,抛光机内置电动马达带动偏心块旋转驱动抛光容器盆不断做低频振动,配合磨料的作用,能对不同规格的子弹外壁进行抛光处理,使得处理过的子弹壳非常光滑,大大降低了哑弹和卡弹概率的发生,同时对枪膛也是保护。

1.振动盆安放在弹簧立柱上的减震设计。
2.固体胶固定弹簧立柱的生产工艺。
3.内置电机自带散热冷却风叶的设计。
4.圆形振动盆的设计。
