目前,在传统的甘蔗制糖行业中,都是从压榨提取到的甘蔗汁,经过煮炼后生产出白沙糖,产品结构单一,产品供大于求,没有对甘蔗进行深加工,甘蔗的附加值没有得到提高,浪费了甘蔗资源。

本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:一种甘蔗清汁饮料,是以甘蔗为原料,符合大众口味饮料,它是经过甘蔗破碎、甘蔗压榨、压榨混合汁箱、制炼混合汁加热器、澄清混汁箱、一次加热、中合器、二次加热、沉降池、清汁、过滤、均质、杀菌包装。所述甘蔗清汁为甘蔗压榨汁,所述甘蔗清汁为制炼沉降、过滤、均质、杀菌包装的甘蔗清汁饮料。
本方法发明的优点类于:直接从甘蔗中提取甘蔗清汁,未经浓缩,发酵;完全保留了甘蔗的原汁原味,色香味齐全,饮用后能生津止渴,充分消化,极易被人体吸收利用,是一种理想的饮料。属于开发甘蔗新产品,延长甘蔗产业链,增强企业市场竞争力,提高甘蔗附加值,降低甘蔗制糖成本,提高经济效益的效果。
