Abstract

本发明提供了一种虹吸法奶酪排乳清罐,属于奶制品技术领域。它包括顶部设有投料口的罐体,所述的罐体内设有搅拌桨和过滤机构,所述的过滤机构包括支撑板和设于支撑板上的无纺布过滤网,所述的支撑板边缘与罐体内壁封接且支撑板上设有若干小孔,罐体内还设有一根U型管,所述的U型管一端设于罐体内部且端部穿过支撑板后延伸至罐体底部,U型管另一端设于罐体外部且端部延伸至罐体底部下方。本发明设计巧妙,可以将奶酪排出的乳清及时排出到罐体外,实现排乳清、过滤一步完成,极大的提高了工作效率。

虹吸法奶酪排乳清罐
技术领域
本发明属于奶制品技术领域,涉及一种虹吸法奶酪排乳清罐。 
背景技术
奶酪(其中的一类也叫干酪)是一种发酵的牛奶制品,其性质与常见的酸牛奶有相似之处,都是通过发酵过程来制作的,也都含有可以保健的乳酸菌,但是奶酪的浓度比酸奶更高,近似固体食物,营养价值也因此更加丰富。每公斤奶酪制品都是由10公斤的牛奶浓缩而成,含有丰富的蛋白质、钙、脂肪、磷和维生素等营养成分,是纯天然的食品。就工艺而言,奶酪是发酵的牛奶;就营养而言,奶酪是浓缩的牛奶。 
由于奶酪凝结牛奶里有酪蛋白和乳清蛋白,凝乳的是酪蛋白,而乳清不会凝固,因此需要将乳清排出。现有的奶酪在生产过程中,有一道工序是排乳清,从而将乳清与凝乳分离,便于凝乳后期凝固,通常情况下,现有的排乳清方法是将凝乳放入到反应釜中加热搅拌,静置一段时间后使乳清析出,然后将乳清和凝乳通过过滤装置进行分离,但这样显然不能将乳清及时排出,因此需要拍乳清的时间较长,且还增加了过滤分离的工序,工作效率较低。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种排乳清速度快、效率高的虹吸法奶酪排乳清罐。 
为达到上述目的,本发明采用了下列技术方案:一种虹吸法奶酪排乳清罐,包括顶部设有投料口的罐体,所述的罐体内设有搅拌桨和过滤机构,所述的过滤机构包括支撑板和设于支撑板上的无纺布过滤网,所述的支撑板边缘与罐体内壁封接且支撑板上设有若干小孔,罐体内还设有一根U型管,所述的U型管一端设于罐体内部且端部穿过支撑板后延伸至罐体底部,U型管另一端设于罐体外部且端部延伸至罐体底部下方。 
在上述的虹吸法奶酪排乳清罐中,所述的无纺布过滤网的孔径为40-80目。 
在上述的虹吸法奶酪排乳清罐中,所述的罐体外壁还设于蒸汽夹套,罐体的侧壁上还设有排料人孔,且该排料人孔位于过滤机构上方。 
与现有的技术相比,本发明的优点在于:设计巧妙,可以将奶酪排出的乳清及时排出到罐体外,且奶酪不会被排出;还能提高排乳清的速度,并实现排乳清、过滤一步完成,极大的提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示,一种虹吸法奶酪排乳清罐,包括顶部设有投料口10的罐体1,所述的罐体1内设有搅拌桨2和过滤机构3, 所述的过滤机构3包括支撑板31和设于支撑板31上的无纺布过滤网32,优选的,无纺布过滤网32的孔径为40-80目,支撑板31为不锈钢板,起到对无纺布过滤网32机构加固的作用,防止无纺布过滤网32在受压时变形;所述的支撑板31边缘与罐体1内壁封接且支撑板31上设有若干小孔311,罐体1内还设有一根U型管4,所述的U型管4一端设于罐体1内部且端部穿过支撑板31后延伸至罐体1底部,U型管4另一端设于罐体1外部且端部延伸至罐体1底部下方,也就是说,U型管4位于罐体1外部的一端的端部水平位置低于位于罐体1内的一端的端部,因此该U型管4可以用虹吸法将乳清从罐体1内吸出。 
罐体1外壁还设于蒸汽夹套5,罐体1的侧壁上还设有排料人孔6,且该排料人孔6位于过滤机构3上方,排料人孔6实际上就是人孔,该人孔可以打开和关闭,当排乳清完成时,可以通过打开排料人孔6将凝乳排出。 
本发明的工作过程如下:将凝结后的奶酪切除块状,从投料口10投入到罐体1内,静置1-2小时,乳清析出,乳清从无纺布过滤网32中透过后沉到罐体1底部,对罐体1外部的U型管4的一端施加一个负压,等乳清从罐体1底部排出到罐体1外部时,即可停止施加负压,析出的乳清根据虹吸原理可以自动从罐体1底部排位罐体1外部,而位于过滤机构3上方的奶酪排出的乳清也可自动过滤到罐体1底部,从而加速奶酪排乳清的速度,如要进一步加快排乳清速度,可开动搅拌桨2,搅拌速度控制在10-30rpm,在蒸汽夹套5中通入热水或蒸汽,将罐体1内部的奶酪加热至50-60℃排乳清速度可进一步加快。 
乳清排位后,打开排料人孔6,将排完乳清的奶酪取出即可,从而实现排乳清、过滤一步完成,提高了工作效率。

1.一种虹吸法奶酪排乳清罐,包括顶部设有投料口(10)的罐体(1),其特征在于,所述的罐体(1)内设有搅拌桨(2)和过滤机构(3),所述的过滤机构(3)包括支撑板(31)和设于支撑板(31)上的无纺布过滤网(32),所述的支撑板(31)边缘与罐体(1)内壁封接且支撑板(31)上设有若干小孔(311),罐体(1)内还设有一根U型管(4),所述的U型管(4)一端设于罐体(1)内部且端部穿过支撑板(31)后延伸至罐体(1)底部,U型管(4)另一端设于罐体(1)外部且端部延伸至罐体(1)底部下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的虹吸法奶酪排乳清罐,其特征在于,所述的无纺布过滤网(32)的孔径为40-80目。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的虹吸法奶酪排乳清罐,其特征在于,所述的罐体(1)外壁还设于蒸汽夹套(5),罐体(1)的侧壁上还设有排料人孔(6),且该排料人孔(6)位于过滤机构(3)上方。
