Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于对齿条两端钻孔的钻孔设备,包括工作台底座、工作台、齿条定位结构以及第一丝杆动力头,齿条定位结构设置在工作台上,齿条定位结构包括齿条底座、齿条固定增压缸、齿条固定增压块、齿条定位增压缸和齿条定位增压块,齿条底座的两端均设置有齿条端面钻孔动力头,齿条端面钻孔动力头采用多轴动力头,多轴动力头上安装有端面钻孔刀具以及端面铰孔刀具,工作台底座两侧均设置有端面钻孔动力头底座,齿条端面钻孔动力头固定在端面钻孔动力头底座上,端面钻孔动力头底座与工作台底座固定。本发明与现有技术相比,结构简单合理、实现了自动定位加工,而且两个端面同时钻孔或铰孔加工,避免了重复定位,提高了加工效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种齿条铣钻中心。
背景技术
齿条是非常重要的主动传动部件,被广泛地应用于机械、航空、仪表等行业。齿条的常用生产工序大致包括a、对钢条的四面进行铣削形成符合尺寸要求的齿条钢坯,b、对齿条钢坯进行刨削形成齿条,c、对齿条进行精铣,完成对齿形的精确加工,d、在齿条上加工出定位安装孔并精加工齿条的长度尺寸。现有用于对在齿条上加工出定位安装孔并精加工齿条的长度尺寸步骤所采用的加工设备通常采用通用性的铣钻中心来完成,采用这种结构的设备来加工,不仅装夹工序复杂,而且加工精度低,不适应于流水线不间断作业加工。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述不足,而提供一种结构设计合理,可自动装夹齿条,而且加工精度高,适应于流水线不间断作业加工的齿条铣钻中心。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种齿条铣钻中心,其特征在于:包括工作台底座、工作台、齿条定位结构以及第一丝杆动力头,齿条定位结构设置在工作台上,工作台通过移动导轨滑动安装在工作台底座上,第一丝杆动力头驱动工作台相对工作台底座做水平往复直线运动,齿条定位结构包括齿条底座、齿条固定增压缸、齿条固定增压块、齿条定位增压缸和齿条定位增压块,齿条底座的一侧固定有齿条挡块,齿条固定增压块位于齿条底座的一侧,齿条固定增压缸驱动齿条固定增压块水平移动,从而将齿条夹紧在齿条固定增压块和齿条挡块之间,齿条定位增压块位于齿条底座的上方,齿条定位增压块的下端设置有与齿条的齿形相配合的定位齿结构,齿条定位增压缸驱动齿条定位增压块竖直移动,从而将齿条夹紧在齿条定位增压块和齿条底座之间,齿条底座的两侧分别设置有若干个沉头孔加工动力头以及若干个沉头孔倒角动力头,沉头孔加工动力头和沉头孔倒角动力头的位置一一对应,沉头孔加工动力头以及沉头孔倒角动力头安装在工作台上,沉头孔加工动力头以及沉头孔倒角动力头的进刀方向均水平设置且垂直于齿条底座的长度方向,齿条底座的两端均设置有齿条端面加工动力头,工作台底座两侧均设置有端面加工动力头底座,齿条端面加工动力头固定在端面加工动力头底座上,端面加工动力头底座与工作台底座固定,齿条端面加工动力头的进刀方向平行于齿条底座的长度方向,齿条底座的两端均设置有齿条端面钻孔动力头,齿条端面钻孔动力头采用多轴动力头,多轴动力头上安装有端面钻孔刀具以及端面铰孔刀具,工作台底座两侧均设置有端面钻孔动力头底座,齿条端面钻孔动力头固定在端面钻孔动力头底座上,端面钻孔动力头底座与工作台底座固定,齿条端面钻孔动力头的进刀方向平行于齿条底座的长度方向。
本发明的工作原理:
被输送至齿条底座上的齿条,包括在齿条固定增压缸和齿条定位增压缸的作用下,将齿条夹紧在齿条固定增压块和齿条挡块之间以及齿条定位增压块和齿条底座之间,其中齿条固定增压块限制了齿条水平方向上的移动,带有定位齿结构的齿条定位增压块可以很好地与齿条的齿形相配合,不仅可以实现对齿条的自动定位过程,而且还限制了齿条在竖直方向上的移动。完成定位步骤后,沉头孔加工动力头以及若干个沉头孔倒角动力头,依次对齿条进行钻孔和倒角,而且多个动力头同时作业,极大地提高了生产效率。第一丝杆动力头驱动工作台相对工作台底座做水平往复直线运动,待齿条底座上的齿条对准齿条端面加工动力头,进行端面的铣削加工,两个齿条端面加工动力头分别加工齿条两端,只需要一次装夹,就能实现两个端面的同时铣削,完成尺寸的加工。待齿条底座上的齿条对齿条端面钻孔动力头,由于齿条端面钻孔动力头采用多轴动力头,可以依次实现钻孔和铰孔,齿条端面钻孔动力头分别加工齿条两端,只需要一次装夹,就能实现两个端面的同时加工,提高了加工效率。   
作为优选,工作台底座设置有排料装置,所述排料装置包括第一落料板、第二落料板和螺旋排屑机,工作台上开设有落料孔,落料孔的下方固定有料斗,第一落料板、第二落料板均位于料斗的下方,第一落料板、第二落料板倾斜设置于螺旋排屑机的上方。采用这种结构,非常有效地解决了加工出来的废屑堆积的现象,改善了加工环境。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点和效果:齿条定位结构可实现自动定位、而且定位精准,降低了装夹时间。沉头孔加工动力头以及若干个沉头孔倒角动力头,依次对齿条进行钻孔和倒角,而且多个动力头同时作业,极大地提高了生产效率。两个齿条端面加工动力头分别加工齿条两端,只需要一次装夹,就能实现两个端面的同时铣削,完成尺寸的加工。齿条端面钻孔动力头采用多轴动力头,可以依次实现钻孔和铰孔,齿条端面钻孔动力头分别加工齿条两端,只需要一次装夹,就能实现两个端面的同时加工,提高了加工效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,以下实施例是对本发明的解释而本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
参见图1-图4,本实施例齿条铣钻中心,包括工作台底座11、工作台12、齿条定位结构2以及第一丝杆动力头,齿条定位结构2设置在工作台12上,工作台12通过移动导轨滑动安装在工作台底座11上,第一丝杆动力头驱动工作台12相对工作台底座11做水平往复直线运动。
齿条定位结构2包括齿条底座21、齿条固定增压缸22、齿条固定增压块23、齿条定位增压缸24和齿条定位增压块25,齿条底座21的一侧固定有齿条挡块211,齿条固定增压块23位于齿条底座21的一侧,齿条固定增压缸22驱动齿条固定增压块23水平移动,从而将齿条夹紧在齿条固定增压块23和齿条挡块211之间,齿条定位增压块25位于齿条底座21的上方,齿条定位增压块25的下端设置有与齿条的齿形相配合的定位齿结构,齿条定位增压缸24驱动齿条定位增压块25竖直移动,从而将齿条夹紧在齿条定位增压块25和齿条底座21之间。
齿条底座21的两侧分别设置有若干个沉头孔加工动力头31以及若干个沉头孔倒角动力头32,沉头孔加工动力头31和沉头孔倒角动力头32的位置一一对应,沉头孔加工动力头31以及沉头孔倒角动力头32安装在工作台12上,沉头孔加工动力头31以及沉头孔倒角动力头32的进刀方向均水平设置且垂直于齿条底座21的长度方向,齿条底座21的两端均设置有齿条端面加工动力头41。
工作台底座11两侧均设置有端面加工动力头底座42,齿条端面加工动力头41固定在端面加工动力头底座42上,端面加工动力头底座42与工作台底座11固定,齿条端面加工动力头41的进刀方向平行于齿条底座21的长度方向,齿条底座21的两端均设置有齿条端面钻孔动力头51,齿条端面钻孔动力头51采用多轴动力头,多轴动力头上安装有端面钻孔刀具以及端面铰孔刀具。
工作台底座11两侧均设置有端面钻孔动力头底座52,齿条端面钻孔动力头51固定在端面钻孔动力头底座52上,端面钻孔动力头底座52与工作台底座11固定,齿条端面钻孔动力头51的进刀方向平行于齿条底座21的长度方向。
工作台底座11设置有排料装置,所述排料装置包括第一落料板61、第二落料板62和螺旋排屑机63,工作台12上开设有落料孔,落料孔的下方固定有料斗,第一落料板61、第二落料板62均位于料斗的下方,第一落料板61、第二落料板62倾斜设置于螺旋排屑机63的上方。

1.一种齿条铣钻中心,其特征在于:包括工作台底座、工作台、齿条定位结构以及第一丝杆动力头,齿条定位结构设置在工作台上,工作台通过移动导轨滑动安装在工作台底座上,第一丝杆动力头驱动工作台相对工作台底座做水平往复直线运动,齿条定位结构包括齿条底座、齿条固定增压缸、齿条固定增压块、齿条定位增压缸和齿条定位增压块,齿条底座的一侧固定有齿条挡块,齿条固定增压块位于齿条底座的一侧,齿条固定增压缸驱动齿条固定增压块水平移动,从而将齿条夹紧在齿条固定增压块和齿条挡块之间,齿条定位增压块位于齿条底座的上方,齿条定位增压块的下端设置有与齿条的齿形相配合的定位齿结构,齿条定位增压缸驱动齿条定位增压块竖直移动,从而将齿条夹紧在齿条定位增压块和齿条底座之间,齿条底座的两侧分别设置有若干个沉头孔加工动力头以及若干个沉头孔倒角动力头,沉头孔加工动力头和沉头孔倒角动力头的位置一一对应,沉头孔加工动力头以及沉头孔倒角动力头安装在工作台上,沉头孔加工动力头以及沉头孔倒角动力头的进刀方向均水平设置且垂直于齿条底座的长度方向,齿条底座的两端均设置有齿条端面加工动力头,工作台底座两侧均设置有端面加工动力头底座,齿条端面加工动力头固定在端面加工动力头底座上,端面加工动力头底座与工作台底座固定,齿条端面加工动力头的进刀方向平行于齿条底座的长度方向,齿条底座的两端均设置有齿条端面钻孔动力头,齿条端面钻孔动力头采用多轴动力头,多轴动力头上安装有端面钻孔刀具以及端面铰孔刀具,工作台底座两侧均设置有端面钻孔动力头底座,齿条端面钻孔动力头固定在端面钻孔动力头底座上,端面钻孔动力头底座与工作台底座固定,齿条端面钻孔动力头的进刀方向平行于齿条底座的长度方向。
2.根据权利要求1所述的齿条铣钻中心,其特征在于:工作台底座设置有排料装置,所述排料装置包括第一落料板、第二落料板和螺旋排屑机,工作台上开设有落料孔,落料孔的下方固定有料斗,第一落料板、第二落料板均位于料斗的下方,第一落料板、第二落料板倾斜设置于螺旋排屑机的上方。
