本发明涉及一种抗癌养生制剂及其制备方法。制成该汤的原料包括以下重量份分组:蹄筋500-1000、大枣40-80、黑木尔5-10、干山楂40-80、水适量。取生牛蹄最少四只,去皮、去牛脚鞋,用水洗净;将大枣开水泡发涨,洗净,去核,将木耳凉水泡开、切碎,将山楂洗净。先将牛蹄放在大铁锅内加适量水煮开,再改小火煮数小时,直致骨筋分离后,把骨头捞出,再加入大枣、木耳、山楂用小火煮数小时。牛蹄筋大部分解熔化为止。最后捞出没有煮化的牛筋及大枣皮核、山楂木耳等,再将剩余的汤过虑、冷却。除去附油,再分割包装、冷藏备用。本发明抗癌保健功能明显,营业丰富,口感好,适合所有人饮用和食用的优点。

本发明涉及一种抗癌养生制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,我国乃至世界各国癌症发病率之高,而治愈率之低,我国民间早就流传牛蹄筋能抗癌之说,却没有具体的配制以及制作方法,而且市场上有各种不同的养生制剂,但是将已知的具有保健功能的原材料组合煲汤,尤其是将已知的蹄筋(猪羊马驴等动物均可,牛的最佳)、大枣(糖尿病患者免用)、黑木尔、干山楂配比,制成方便食用的防癌抗癌产品,在目前市场尚未见到。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗癌养生制剂及其制备方法,是一种新型的养生制剂。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种抗癌养生制剂,制成该汤的原料包括以下重量份分组:蹄筋500-1000、大枣40-80、黑木尔5-10、干山楂40-80、水适量。
所述原料为以下重量份组分:蹄筋、大枣、黑木尔、干山楂、水适量。
所述蹄筋包括猪羊马驴等动物均可,牛的最佳;大枣,糖尿病患者免用。
所述抗癌养生制剂不需要食盐以及其他任何调味材料。
本发明还提供了一种抗癌养生制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:取上述原料;生牛蹄,去皮、去牛脚鞋,用水洗净;将大枣开水泡发涨,洗净,去核,将木耳凉水泡开、切碎,将山楂洗净。先将牛蹄放在大铁锅内加适量水煮开,再改小火煮数小时,直致骨筋分离后,把骨头捞出,再加入大枣、木耳、山楂用小火煮数小时。牛蹄筋大部分解熔化为止。最后捞出没有煮化的牛筋、及大枣皮核、山楂木耳等,再将剩余的汤过虑、冷却。除去附油,再分割包装、冷藏备用。
本发明所述原料,蹄筋(大枣、黑木耳、干山楂)中含有丰富的蛋白聚糖和胶原蛋白,脂肪含量也比肥肉低,并且不含胆固醇,能增强细胞生理代谢,使皮肤更富有弹性和韧性,有益气补虚,温中暖中的作用。
大枣中含有大量的蛋白质、氨基酸、有机酸、塘、维生素A、维生素B2、维生素C以及微量元素钙、磷、钾、铁、镁和大连的环磷酸腺苷等成分;中医认为大枣具有补中益气,养血安神,健胃保肝、镇惊降压,解毒抗癌等功效。
黑木耳中含有丰富的植物胶原成分,铁元素以及其他矿物质,具有抗血小板聚集和降低血凝作用,并具有可防治缺铁性贫血及预防心脑血栓的药用功效。
山楂中含有一种叫牡荆素的化合物,具有抗癌的作用。亚硝胺、黄曲霉素均可诱发消化道癌症的发生或加重,而实验研究表明,山楂提取液不仅能阻断亚硝胺的合成,还可抑制黄曲霉素的致癌作用。
本发明具有以下优点:
1、营业丰富,口感好,适合所有人饮用和食用的优点。
2、抗癌保健功能明显,易于保存。
具体实施方式
取以下原料(KG):蹄筋、大枣、黑木尔、干山楂、水。
制备方法:先取生牛蹄最少四只,去皮、去牛脚鞋,用水洗净;将大枣开水泡发涨,洗净,去核,将木耳凉水泡开、切碎,将山楂洗净。先将牛蹄放在大铁锅内加适量水煮开,再改小火煮数小时,直致骨筋分离后,把骨头捞出,再加入大枣、木耳、山楂用小火煮数小时。牛蹄筋大部分解熔化为止。最后捞出没有煮化的牛筋及大枣皮核、山楂木耳等,再将剩余的汤过虑、冷却,除去附油。再分割包装、冷藏备用。
服用方法:
1、将冷藏的小包装养生制剂加热服用,可加入适量的盐、味精、香油、葱花等调味。
2、初次服用200-300ml,3-6次/天;以后逐日增加,1500-2000ml/天为好(以能吸收而不腹胀、腹泻为准)。

2.根据权利要求1所述的抗癌养生汤,其特征在于:所述原料为以下重量份组分:蹄筋500-1000、大枣40-80、黑木尔5-10、干山楂40-80、水适量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗癌养生汤,其特征在于:所述抗癌养生制剂不需要食盐以及其他任何调味材料。
4.一种抗癌养生制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:取上述原料;取生牛蹄最少四只,去皮、去牛脚鞋,用水洗净;将大枣开水泡发涨,洗净,去核,将木耳凉水泡开、切碎,将山楂洗净,先将牛蹄放在大铁锅内加适量水煮开,再改小火煮数小时,直致骨筋分离后,把骨头捞出,再加入大枣、木耳、山楂用小火煮数小时,牛蹄筋大部分解熔化为止;最后捞出没有煮化的牛筋、及大枣皮核、山楂木耳等,再将剩余的汤过虑、冷却;除去附油,再分割包装、冷藏备用。
