本发明是关于一种豌豆八宝粥及其制备方法,属于食品类一种养生粥的工艺技术领域。
背景技术
豌豆味甘、性平,归脾、胃经,具有益中气、止泻痢、调营卫、利小便、消痈肿、解乳石毒之功效。对脚气、痈肿、乳汁不通、脾胃不适、呃逆呕吐、心腹胀痛、口渴泄痢等病症,有一定的食疗作用。
调和脾胃
用于脾虚气弱,或吐泻脾胃不和。通利大肠豌豆中富含粗纤维,能促进大肠蠕动,保持大便能畅,起到清洁大肠的作用;在荷兰豆和豆苗中含有较为丰富的膳食纤维,可以防止便秘,有清肠作用。
抗菌消炎
豌豆与一般蔬菜有所不同,所含的止杈酸、赤霉素和植物凝素等物质,有抗菌消炎,增强新陈代谢的功能。
调颜养身
《本草纲目》里记载,豌豆具有“祛除面部黑斑,令面部有光泽”的功效。现代研究发现,豌豆含有丰富的维生素A原,维生素A原可在体内转化为维生素A,具有润泽皮肤的作用。因为它一般从食物中摄取,不会产生毒副作用。用豌豆粉洗浴,可除去污垢,面色光亮。
乳汁不通
产后缺乳;烦热口渴。
防癌治癌
在豌豆荚和豆苗的嫩叶中富含维生素C和能分解体内亚硝胺的酶,可以分解亚硝胺,具有抗癌防癌的作用。

丁葵草:是一种多年生豆科小草本,生于荒野。全草夏秋采收,晒干,可以祛瘀消肿,调起利湿。
蘘荷:一种多年生姜科草本,根部具有药用价值,其嫩花序、嫩叶可当蔬菜,花序可治咳嗽,配生香榧治小儿百日咳有显效。
余甘子:大戟科叶下珠属植物,其果鲜食酸甜酥脆而微涩,回味甘甜。
一种豌豆八宝粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下几个步骤:
(1)将新鲜的八成熟的豌豆洗净,拨开,取出豌豆粒,用麻油浸泡20~30min;
(2)将黑米洗净后与核桃仁、熟瓜子仁、红枣、碳酸氢铵、水一起加入砂锅,大火烧开,焖10~15min;
(3)打开砂锅,自然冷却到80~90℃,捞出红枣另放容器中,捣碎红枣,之后加入豆沙、白砂糖、味精、(1)所述的豌豆,在搅拌均匀做成备料;
(4)将助剂、(3)所述的制备材料及其他剩余成分加入到(2)所述的砂锅中,充分搅拌,大火烧开,小火慢煮30~40min即可。
