Abstract

本发明涉及一种改进型断纱自停装置,包括支架、经停铁条、经停片、发射器和接收器,所述经停铁条水平固定于支架上,所述经停片上开设有经纱孔,经纱孔的下方开设有方形槽,方形槽的内壁上设有电阻应变计,经停片通过方形槽穿套于经停铁条上;所述发射器和接收器对应设置在经停铁条的两端,经停片的下方设有吸风长槽。本发明不仅设有光电检测装置并在经停片上设有电阻应变计,采用双重断纱检测装置,结构简单、抗干扰性强,有效解决了传统的断纱自停装置自停灵敏度差、断纱识别率不高等问题,有效提高了生产效率和织物的质量。

一种改进型断纱自停装置
技术领域:
本发明涉及纺织机械领域,更具体的说是涉及一种改进型断纱自停装置。 
背景技术:
日前,整经机上的断纱自停装置的作用是当经纱发生断头时,发出停车信号使整经机停止工作的装置,使工人能够及时发现并处理断头,有效提高织物质量;而传统的断纱自停装置经常会出现自停灵敏度差,断纱识别率不高,使得断纱不停率较高,特别是非接触式光电断纱自停装置,当飞花和油污堆积在接触式检测部分的电极上或堆积在光电式检测部分的光学元件上时,发生经纱断头自停失灵现象,而且,当断纱没有及时发现时,断纱很容易与旁边的纱线绞在一起,检测不到断纱,造成织物的经向织疵。 
发明内容:
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足之处,提供一种改进型断纱自停装置,该装置不仅设有光电检测装置并在经停片上设有电阻应变计,采用双重断纱检测装置,结构简单、抗干扰性强,有效解决了传统的断纱自停装置自停灵敏度差、断纱识别率不高等问题,有效提高了生产效率和织物的质量。 
本发明的技术解决措施如下: 
一种改进型断纱自停装置,包括支架、经停铁条、经停片、发射器和接收器,所述经停铁条水平固定于支架上,其特征在于:所述经停片上开设有经纱孔,经纱孔的下方开设有方形槽,方形槽的内壁上设有电阻应变计,经停片通过方形槽穿套于经停铁条上;所述发射器和接收器对应设置在经停铁条的两端,经停片的下方设有吸风长槽。 
在经纱下方装有吸风长槽,当断头时纱头被吸风口吸引而卷缩浮起,干扰光束的正常通过量,从而激发接收器内光电电池的光电效应,产生停机动作。 
作为改进,所述发射器包括红外发光管和双凸透镜,双凸透镜设置在红外发光管的前方,红外发光管发出的散射光经双凸透镜变成平行光束。 
本发明的有益效果在于: 
本发明在经停铁条上设有光电检测装置,当纱线过松时,经停片落下挡住发射器发出的光束,接收器接收不到信号,整经机停止工作,而当光电检测装置上堆积有飞花和油污影响其自停灵敏度时,经停片上的电阻应变计与经停铁条接触,及时发出停机信号,结构简单、抗干扰性强,同时经停片下方的吸风长槽,避免断纱纱头与旁边的纱线绞在一起,采用双重断纱检测装置,有利于提高自停灵敏度和断纱识别率,提高生产效率。

实施例 
参见附图1,一种改进型断纱自停装置,包括支架1、经停铁条2、经停片3、发射器4和接收器5,所述经停铁条2水平固定于支架1上,所述经停片3上开设有经纱孔31,经纱孔31的下方开设有方形槽32,方形槽32的内壁上设有电阻应变计33,经停片3通过方形槽32穿套于经停铁条2上;所述发射器4和接收器5对应设置在经停铁条2的两端,经停片3的下方设有吸风长槽6,当断头时纱头被吸风口吸引而卷缩浮起,干扰光束的正常通过量,从而激发接收器5内光电电池的光电效应,产生停机动作,同时也避免断纱纱头与旁边的纱线绞在一起,影响断纱自停装置的自停灵敏度,提高生产效率。 
所述发射器4包括红外发光管41和双凸透镜42,双凸透镜42设置在红外发光管41的前方,红外发光管41发出的散射光经双凸透镜42变成平行光束,光强度稳定,可靠性更高;当纱线过松或断线时,经停片3落下挡住发射器4发出的光束,接收器5接收不到信号,整经机停止工作,而当光电检测装置上堆积有飞花和油污影响其自停灵敏度时,经停片3靠自身重力落下时,其方形槽32内壁上的电阻应变计33与经停铁条2接触,发生形变,及时发出停机信号,结构简单、抗干扰性强。

1.一种改进型断纱自停装置,包括支架(1)、经停铁条(2)、经停片(3)、发射器(4)和接收器(5),所述经停铁条(2)水平固定于支架(1)上,其特征在于:所述经停片(3)上开设有经纱孔(31),经纱孔(31)的下方开设有方形槽(32),方形槽(32)的内壁上设有电阻应变计(33),经停片(3)通过方形槽(32)穿套于经停铁条(2)上;所述发射器(4)和接收器(5)对应设置在经停铁条(2)的两端,经停片(3)的下方设有吸风长槽(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进型断纱自停装置,其特征在于:所述发射器(4)包括红外发光管(41)和双凸透镜(42),红外发光管(41)设置在双凸透镜(42)的后侧。
