本发明属于药品制备技术领域，具体为一种治疗脚气的喷剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
脚气是一种极常见的真菌感染性皮肤病。成人中70-80%的人有脚气，只是轻重不同而已。常在夏季加重，冬季减轻，也有人终年不愈。医学上通常将脚气分三型：糜烂型、水疱型、鳞屑角化型脚气。1、糜烂型：好发于第三与第四，第四与第五趾间。初起趾间潮湿，浸渍发白，干涸脱屑后，剥去皮屑为湿润、潮红的糜烂面或伴有裂口，有奇痒，易继发感染。2、水疱型：好发于足缘、足底部。初起为壁厚饱满的小水疱，有的可融合成大疱，疱液透明，周围无红晕。自觉奇痒，搔抓后常因继发感染而引起丹毒、淋巴管炎等。3、鳞屑角化型：好发于足跟、足缘部。由于真菌感染引起皮肤干燥、角质粗厚、脱屑，易发生皲裂。本型无水疱及化脓，病程缓慢，多常年不愈，大多数患者由糜烂型、水疱型转化而成。
西医治疗一般使用咪唑类溶液或霜剂，亦可用水杨酸制剂等，每天1～2次。中医治疗种类繁多，包括（1）枯矾、黄柏、五倍子、乌贼骨，任选一种研末备用，洗净脚后撒于患处。适用于糜烂型。 (2）苦参、白藓皮`马齿苋、车前草各30克，苍术、黄柏各15克，每日煎洗1-2次。对水疱型或有感染时应用有良好效果。(3）白凤仙花30克，皂角30克，花椒15克，任选—种，放入半斤醋内，浸泡一天后，于每晚临睡前泡脚20分钟。连续治疗7天，对角化型有良效。 (4）木瓜30克，甘草30克。将上药水煎取汁，侯温后足浴5～10分钟，每日2次，每天1剂，连续5～10天等方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗脚气的喷剂及其制备方法。
本发明的治疗脚气的喷剂，由以下重量份数的组分：小米糠油15～18份、附子1～4份、夜交藤12～18份、连翘5～12份、芫花5～10份、雷丸9～14份、白头翁5～9份、败酱草8～13份、辛夷4～8份、醋酸氯己定7～13份、乙醇260～330份、二甲醚130～180份制成。
作为优选可以由以下重量份数的组分：白小米糠油18份、附子 2份、夜交藤13份、连翘8份、芫花7份、雷丸11份、白头翁6份、败酱草10份、辛夷5份、醋酸氯己定8份、乙醇280份、二甲醚140份制成。
制备本治疗脚气的喷剂的方法，包括以下步骤：
A、取所述重量份数的夜交藤、连翘、芫花、雷丸、白头翁加入到120份的去离子水中，煎煮1～3小时，经600目网，取其滤液；
B、取所述重量份数的附子、败酱草、辛夷制成400～800目的粉末；
C、将所述重量份数小米糠油和醋酸氯己定加入到所述重量份数的乙醇中搅拌均匀；
D、将步骤A中的滤液和步骤B中的粉末，加入到步骤C中的混合液中，超声搅拌2～6小时，装入罐中，充入所述重量份数的二甲醚作为抛射剂，封口即成。
本发明药物组方中，小米糠油是从小米壳中提炼出来的一种物质。具有很好的美容作用，且有滋阴壮阳之功效。谷糠水浴可治湿疹、皮炎等皮肤病，谷糠素就会渗入皮肤滋润皮肤表面的角质改善皮肤干燥状况 可使肌肤光洁嫩滑。谷糠中可提炼出一种油性物质，即小米糠油具有祛风、止痒、收敛的功效，可添加其他药品制成软膏用来治疗皮肤病，疗效显著。
附子具有回阳救逆，补火助阳，逐风寒湿邪之功效。主治亡阳虚脱，肢冷脉微，阳痿，宫冷，心腹冷痛，虚寒吐泻，阴寒水肿，寒湿痹痛等。
夜交藤性平无毒，味甘微苦，入心、肝经，有安神养血、祛风通络的功效，主治阴虚血少、虚烦不眠、风湿痹痛、皮肤痒疹等症。
连翘有抗菌、强心、利尿、镇吐等药理作用，是清热解毒的中药，主治热病初起，风热感冒、发热、心烦、咽喉肿痛、急性肾炎、痈肿疮毒等症状，其抑菌作用与金银花大体相似。
芫花逐水，涤痰。治痰饮癖积，喘咳，水肿，胁痛，心腹癥结胀满，食物中毒，疟母，痈肿。
雷丸杀虫消积，用于绦虫、钩虫、蛔虫病，虫积腹痛，小儿疳积。
白头翁具有清热解毒，凉血止痢，燥湿杀虫的功效。主治热毒痢疾，鼻衄，血痔，带下，阴痒，痈疮，瘰疬。
败酱草性凉，味辛、苦。功能主治：清热解毒，祛瘀排脓。用于阑尾炎、痢疾、肠炎、肝炎、眼结膜炎、产后瘀血腹痛、痈肿疔疮。
辛夷散风寒，通鼻窍。用于风寒头痛，鼻塞，鼻渊，鼻流浊涕。
醋酸氯己定也叫氯苯胍葶、醋酸洗必泰、氯六亚甲基双胍、双氯苄双胍己烷，为阳离子表面活性剂，抗菌谱广，对多数革兰阳性及阴性细菌都有杀灭作用，对绿脓杆菌也有效。用于手术前手、皮肤、刨面及器械消毒。本发明治疗脚气的喷剂，融合多种有效杀菌、消毒成分、以及促进皮肤恢复的营养成分，制成喷剂，用于治疗脚气效果突出。
有关临床资料如下：一般资料：接受病例共946例中, 男644 例, 女302例; 年龄14～62 岁，病程0.5年～13年。随机分为两组，每组473例。
治疗方法：对比组1，采用醋酸氯已定喷剂，规格：醋酸氯己定0.1%，冰片1%，薄荷脑1%。每日喷四次，疗程5日。治疗组2，采用本发明实施例1中喷剂，每日喷四次，疗程5日。
疗效评定：痊愈: 皮损消退, 自觉症状消失, 抽查真菌镜检阴性。有效: 皮损消退40%以上, 自觉症状明显减轻。无效: 皮损消退小于40%, 自觉症状无明显好转, 真菌镜检阳性。不同组相关疗效结果见表1。
具体实施方式
下面给出的实施例拟对本发明作进一步说明，但不能理解为是对本发明保护范围的限制，本领域技术人员根据本发明内容对本发明的一些非本质的改进和调整，仍属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1, A、取所述重量份数的夜交藤1.3克、连翘0.8克、芫花0.7克、雷丸1.1克、白头翁0.6克加入到12克的去离子水中，煎煮1～3小时，经600目网，取其滤液,约5克；B、取附子0.2克、败酱草1克、辛夷0.5克制成400～800目的粉末；C、将小米糠油1.8克和醋酸氯己定0.8克加入到28克的乙醇中搅拌均匀；D、将步骤A中的滤液和步骤B中的粉末，加入到步骤C中的混合液中，超声搅拌2～6小时，装入罐中，充入二甲醚14克作为抛射剂，封口即成。
实施例2, A、取所述重量份数的夜交藤1.2克、连翘0.5克、芫花0.5克、雷丸0.9克、白头翁0.5克加入到12克的去离子水中，煎煮1～3小时，经600目网，取其滤液,约5克；B、取附子0.1克、败酱草0.8克、辛夷0.4克制成400～800目的粉末；C、将小米糠油1.5克和醋酸氯己定0.7克加入到26克的乙醇中搅拌均匀；D、将步骤A中的滤液和步骤B中的粉末，加入到步骤C中的混合液中，超声搅拌2～6小时，装入罐中，充入二甲醚13克作为抛射剂，封口即成。
实施例3, A、取所述重量份数的夜交藤1.8克、连翘1.2克、芫花1克、雷丸1.4克、白头翁0.9克加入到12克的去离子水中，煎煮1～3小时，经600目网，取其滤液,约5克；B、取附子0.4克、败酱草1.3克、辛夷0.8克制成400～800目的粉末；C、将小米糠油1.8克和醋酸氯己定1.3克加入到33克的乙醇中搅拌均匀；D、将步骤A中的滤液和步骤B中的粉末，加入到步骤C中的混合液中，超声搅拌2～6小时，装入罐中，充入二甲醚18克作为抛射剂，封口即成。
Claims (3)
1.一种治疗脚气的喷剂，其特征在于是由以下重量份数的组分：小米糠油15～18份、附子1～4份、夜交藤12～18份、连翘5～12份、芫花5～10份、雷丸9～14份、白头翁5～9份、败酱草8～13份、辛夷4～8份、醋酸氯己定7～13份、乙醇260～330份、二甲醚130～180份制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗脚气的喷剂，其特征在于由以下重量份数的组分：白小米糠油18份、附子 2份、夜交藤13份、连翘8份、芫花7份、雷丸11份、白头翁6份、败酱草10份、辛夷5份、醋酸氯己定8份、乙醇280份、二甲醚140份制成。
3.一种制备权利要求1～2任一项所述治疗脚气的喷剂的方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：
A、取所述重量份数的夜交藤、连翘、芫花、雷丸、白头翁加入到120份的去离子水中，煎煮1～3小时，经600目网，取其滤液；
B、取所述重量份数的附子、败酱草、辛夷制成400～800目的粉末；
C、将所述重量份数小米糠油和醋酸氯己定加入到所述重量份数的乙醇中搅拌均匀；
D、将步骤A中的滤液和步骤B中的粉末，加入到步骤C中的混合液中，超声搅拌2～6小时，装入罐中，充入所述重量份数的二甲醚作为抛射剂，封口即成。
