本发明涉及一种钢丝绳抗氧耐磨表面防护脂,它按重量百分比,其组分如下:棕榈蜡12-16%、杜洛克松蜡17-20%、环烷基抽出油17-21%、石蜡基高粘油22-26%、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌2-5%、二苯胺1-4%、聚异丁烯6-10%、乙丙共聚物7-11%、磺酸钙0.1-1%。与现有技术相比,滴点高,炎热天气不软化、流失,涂敷时凝固快,不浪费原料,不污染作业环境(包括使用),运动粘度高,对钢绳表面粘附力强,在作业时有强震颤状态的高温下,没有甩落现象。更为突出的特点是改变了传统的(含进口的艾拉斯康)最终产品呈中性与弱酸性状态,而成为对金属可以通过腐蚀试验的弱碱性(≯0.15,NaOH%)。有效的可中和酸性体的形成,极佳地通过SH/T0325氧化安定性试验与SH/T0331的腐蚀试验,延长了钢丝绳的使用寿命,净化了生产贮存与使用的环境。

钢丝绳抗氧耐磨表面防护脂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可与钢丝绳同步、涂敷在钢丝绳表面起到抗氧、耐磨损、耐高温流失、粘附性好、抗水性、防锈性能好的润滑防护材料,具体是一种钢丝绳抗氧耐磨表面脂。
背景技术
钢丝绳的加工制造过程中,必须有一种润滑材料,即钢丝绳表面润滑脂,在生产与加工钢丝绳过程中,将其均匀地涂在每一根钢丝表面,然后合拢成绳后,整体绳表面再封上一层厚度适中的脂膜,才可以交付用户使用。因中钢丝绳在使用中个别部位缺油的话,会存在很大的安全隐患,且不便在使用中途补充润滑脂,因此,此层表面脂膜必须能够保护钢丝绳在贮存、施工期间有足够的润滑性、耐磨性、抗氧性、抗水性、防锈性,同时保证钢丝绳在使用期间的性能要求,延长其使用寿命。
目前,国内市场上普遍使用的钢丝绳表面脂有以下几个共性:
1、滴点低(中石化SH/T0387标准不低于58℃),普遍是滴点70℃左右一点,在夏季炎热季节,工作与贮存状态易软化、流失,造成缺油与污染;
2、粘度低(标准:≮20),市上普遍是30左右,粘附性差(无论工作或贮存),易流失、污染;
3、中性(或弱酸性体)。抑制氧化和中和酸性体性能差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可与钢丝绳同步运行的长效表面脂。本发明的目的是通过以下途径实现的:钢丝绳抗氧耐磨表面防护脂,按重量百分比,其组分如下:棕榈蜡12-16%、杜洛克松蜡17-20%、环烷基抽出油17-21%、石蜡基高粘油22-26%、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌2-5%、二苯胺1-4%、聚异丁烯6-10%、乙丙共聚物7-11%、磺酸钙0.1-1%。更进一步的,钢丝绳抗氧耐磨表面脂,按重量百分比,其组分如下:棕榈蜡12.8%、杜洛克松蜡20%、环烷基抽出油19%、石蜡基高粘油25%、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌3%、二苯胺3%、聚异丁烯10%、乙丙共聚物7%、磺酸钙0.2%。组分如下:棕榈蜡14%、杜洛克松蜡19%、环烷基抽出油17.5%、石蜡基高粘油26%、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌5%、二苯胺1%、聚异丁烯8%、乙丙共聚物9%、磺酸钙0.5%。更进一步的,钢丝绳抗氧耐磨表面脂,按重量百分比,其组分如下:棕榈蜡16%、杜洛克松蜡17%、环烷基抽出油21%、石蜡基高粘油22.9%、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌2%、二苯胺4%、聚异丁烯6%、乙丙共聚物11%、磺酸钙0.1%。
更进一步的,所述的乙丙共聚物是乙烯、丙烯共聚体(高分子聚合物)。
本发明钢丝绳抗氧耐磨表面脂与现有技术相比具有滴点高(温升不易流淌),运动粘度高(对钢丝绳粘附力强),抗磨损性好。更为突出的是由于改变了历来钢丝绳表面脂的中性与弱酸性体,而呈弱碱性体,可以有效地抑制钢丝绳在贮存与使用过程中酸性体的生成,拖延氧化期、中和酸性体、有效防范对钢丝绳的腐蚀,以延长钢丝绳的使用寿命,保证钢丝绳的长期安全使用,有很好的经济效益与社会效益。
本发明的有益效果在于:

棕榈蜡、杜洛克松蜡溶点高(滴点),同时,对矿物油亲和力很强,有很好的配伍性,有很好的溶解,分散能力,能迅速地形成润滑胶状结构(膏状)体;
环烷基抽出油,由于分子结构是双环,溶于稠化剂后(棕榈蜡、杜洛克松蜡),能够形成极佳的机械性稳定的结构。石蜡基高粘油溶于稠化剂后(棕榈蜡、杜洛克松蜡),由于自身的氧化安定性好,使整个体系的抗氧化性能会有自然的提升,对钢绳的养护润滑形成天然的保护;

二烷基二硫代磷酸锌,是抗氧、防腐的一种石油添加剂,特别是与胺型抗氧剂二苯胺的复合使用,极大程度上提升了结构的抗氧、防腐的化学力。而尤其是二烷基二硫代磷酸锌,含有硫、磷、锌,具有非常好的抗磨性,满足了钢绳在工作期间由于拉伸摩擦带来的磨损,满足了作业的需要;

本发明中有两种不同的高分子聚合物的复配(聚异丁烯、短支链高聚物)达到了增加运动粘度(粘附性)结构的形成、工作状态结构稳,定而不飞丝的目的,同时又达到在极低温状态下不龟裂及脱落的目的(-40℃);

本发明尤其是含有磺酸钙,不但程度上改善了防锈性,尤其是改变了历代传统中的表面脂处于中性-弱酸性体,与GB里的所有机械润滑脂一样,呈弱碱性,抑制氧化及中和酸性体物质,达到了长效的目的。
具体实施方式
本发明钢丝绳抗氧耐磨表面脂,按重量百分比,其组分如下:棕榈蜡12-16%、杜洛克松蜡17-20%、环烷基抽出油17-21%、石蜡基高粘油22-26%、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌2-5%、二苯胺1-4%、聚异丁烯6-10%、乙丙共聚物7-11%、磺酸钙0.1-1%。
更进一步的,所述的乙丙共聚物是乙烯、丙烯的共聚体(高分子聚合物)。
本发明钢丝绳抗氧耐磨表面脂,其组分在配方中所起的作用如下:

本发明钢丝绳抗氧耐磨表面脂的制备过程,是将环烷基抽出油、石蜡基高粘油投入反应釜,搅拌升温到110℃,在徐徐搅拌升温脱水
过程中投入棕榈蜡、杜洛克松蜡,升温到130℃,降温。
降温过程中投入二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、二苯胺、聚异丁烯、乙丙共聚物、磺酸钙  、100℃(±5℃)均质,脱气,包装。
实施例1:钢丝绳抗氧耐磨表面脂,按重量百分比,其组分如下:棕榈蜡12.8%、杜洛克松蜡20%、环烷基抽出油19%、石蜡基高粘油25%、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌3%、二苯胺3%、聚异丁烯10%、乙丙共聚物7%、磺酸钙0.2%。
实施例2:钢丝绳抗氧耐磨表面脂,按重量百分比,其组分如下:棕榈蜡14%、杜洛克松蜡19%、环烷基抽出油17.5%、石蜡基高粘油26%、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌5%、二苯胺1%、聚异丁烯8%、乙丙共聚物9%、磺酸钙0.5%。
实施例3:钢丝绳抗氧耐磨表面脂,按重量百分比,其组分如下:棕榈蜡16%、杜洛克松蜡17%、环烷基抽出油21%、石蜡基高粘油22.9%、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌2%、二苯胺4%、聚异丁烯6%、乙丙共聚物11%、磺酸钙0.1%。
以下为上述例举的三个实例与现有产品的对比试验,数据来源为技术监督部门测试中心。

将发明的三个例子与艾拉斯康相比较:从数据上显示:发明1、2、3由于两种蜡质量百分数基本一样,滴点基本上一致,可见,两种蜡复合后,质量份数相差在3个范围内没有多大影响,发明3运动粘度高于发明13个数据,跟环烷基油份数稍大有关系。磺酸钙含量在不超过0.5%的情况下,符合标准要求。本3个发明与艾拉斯康比较,氧化安定性远远优于艾拉斯康(1.8-2.2倍)。滴点、运动粘度与艾拉斯康基本相当,本年9月份在贵绳试用反映:比国产表面脂均好,凝固快(滴点高),滴落现象少见,表面光滑(粘附好)不甚粘手,清洁,环保,厚度适中,与德国艾拉斯康相当。

1.钢丝绳抗氧耐磨表面防护脂,其特点在于,按重量百分比,其组分如下:棕榈蜡12-16%、杜洛克松蜡17-20%、环烷基抽出油17-21%、石蜡基高粘油22-26%、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌2-5%、二苯胺1-4%、聚异丁烯6-10%、乙丙共聚物7-11%、磺酸钙0.1-1%。
2.如权利要求1所述的钢丝绳抗氧耐磨表面防护脂,其特征在于所述的乙丙共聚物是乙烯、丙烯共聚体(高分子聚合物)。
