本发明公开了一种热塑性聚烯烃浴室防水膜,所述防水膜由以下重量百分比的材料制成:TPV35%、SEBS30%、MLLDPE树脂30%、钛白粉3%、杀菌剂1%,UV-91%;其制备方法包括配料、混合、挤出、两面覆布、三辊、冷却、卷取、成品检验、包装入库步骤,本发明所述的热塑性聚烯烃浴室防水膜具有适应范围广,耐候性,抗酸性,抗变形,使用寿命长,拉伸强度高,延伸率大。对基层收缩和开裂变形适应性强,使用温度范围宽(-40度—100度)等优点,防水、防腐性能优越。

Description

一种热塑性聚烯烃浴室防水膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及防水卷材领域,具体地说,涉及一种热塑性聚烯烃浴室防水膜的制备方法。
背景技术
防水膜主要是用于建筑墙体、屋面、以及隧道、公路、垃圾填埋场等处,起到抵御外界雨水、地下水渗漏的一种可卷曲成卷状的柔性建材产品,作为工程基础与建筑物之间无渗漏连接,是整个工程防水的第一道屏障,对整个工程起着至关重要的作用。
浴室是人们日常生活中不可缺少的场所之一,而浴室防水如果做不好,那么会大大缩短浴室的寿命,而浴室由于其自身的特点,导致浴室的防水方式单一,即一般在浴室内部的墙面上粘贴防水卷材,由于浴室多为水蒸汽,故普通的沥青防水卷材很容易失去作用,防水效果差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服上述缺陷,提供一种防水效果好的热塑性聚烯烃浴室防水膜,以及制备该防水膜的制备方法,其制备方法具有制作简单、无污染、无其它杂质生成的特点。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种热塑性聚烯烃浴室防水膜,其特征在于,所述防水膜由以下重量百分比的材料制成:
TPV35%、SEBS30%、MLLDPE树脂30%、钛白粉3%、杀菌剂1%,UV-91%。
一种热塑性聚烯烃浴室防水膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)配料,按重量百分比选取材料;
(2)将材料放入混合机中充分混合;
(3)材料充分混合后,被混合机挤出,记录挤出时的温度;
(4)对挤出的材料进行两面覆布;
(5)覆布后的材料经三辊、冷却、卷取、成品检验、包装入库。
作为进一步的改进:
所述步骤(4)中所用的布为丙纶布。
其中,TPV为热塑性硫化橡胶,即Thermoplastic Vulcanizate的简称,又称聚烯烃合金热塑性弹性体,TPV主要由二部分组成,一是塑料,作为连续相,二是橡胶作为分散相。通常橡胶需要与软化油或增塑剂与之配合。硫化剂和一些辅助助剂也是必不可少的。另外为了降低成本或者提高某方面的性能,一些无机填料会被填加。
SEBS是饱和烃类苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(Kraton G1657),即M苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物,SEBS不含不饱和双键,因此具有良好的稳定性和耐老化性,SEBS具有优异的耐老化性能,既具有可塑性,又具有高弹性,无需硫化即可加工使用,边角料可重使用,广泛用于生产高档弹性体、塑料改性、胶粘剂、润滑油增粘剂、电线电缆的填充料和护套料等。
SEBS具有良好的耐候性、耐热性、耐压缩变形性和优异的力学性能:
(1)较好的耐温性能,其脆化温度≤-60℃,最高使用温度达到149℃,在氧气气氛下其分解温度大于270℃。
(2)优异的耐老化性能,在人工加速老化箱中老化一星期其性能的下降率小于10%,臭氧老化(38℃)100小时其性能下降小于10%。
(3)优良的电性能,其介电常数在一千赫为1.3*10-4,一兆赫为2.3*10-4;体积电阻是一分钟9*1016Ω/cm;二分钟为2*1017Ω/cm。
(4)良好的溶解性能、共混性能和优异的充油性,能溶于许多常用溶剂中,其溶解度参数在7.2~9.6之间,能与多种聚合物共混,能用橡胶工业常用的油类进行充油,如白油或环烷油。
(5)无需硫化即可使用的弹性体,加工性能与SBS类似,边角料可重复使用,符合环保要求,无毒,符合FDA要求。
(6)比重较轻,约为0.91,同样的重量可生产出更多体积的产品。
UV-9一种紫外线吸收剂,学名叫2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮,适用于多种塑料及合成橡胶、涂料作光稳定剂。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有以下特点:
1、良好的弹性和耐压缩变形性,耐环境、耐老化性相当于三元乙丙橡胶,同时其耐油耐溶剂性能与通用型氯丁橡胶不相上下。
2、应用温度范围广(-60-150℃),软硬度应用范围广(25A-54D),易染色的优点大大提高了制品设计的自由度。
3、优良的加工性能:可用注射、挤出等热塑性塑料的加工方法加工,高效、简单易行,无需增添设备,流动性高、收缩率小。
4、绿色环保,可回收使用,且反复使用六次性能无明显下降,符合欧盟环保要求。
5、比重轻(0.90-0.97),外观质量均匀,表面档次高,手感好。
本发明所述的热塑性聚烯烃浴室防水膜具有适应范围广,耐候性,抗酸性,抗变形,使用寿命长,拉伸强度高,延伸率大。对基层收缩和开裂变形适应性强,使用温度范围宽《-40度---100度》等优点,防水、防腐性能优越。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种热塑性聚烯烃浴室防水膜,所述防水膜由以下重量百分比的材料制成:
TPV35%、SEBS30%、MLLDPE树脂30%、钛白粉3%、杀菌剂1%,UV-91%。
实施例2:一种热塑性聚烯烃浴室防水膜的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)配料,按重量百分比选取材料;
(2)将材料放入混合机中充分混合;
(3)材料充分混合后,被混合机挤出,记录挤出时的温度;
(4)对挤出的材料进行两面覆丙纶布;
(5)覆布后的材料经三辊、冷却、卷取、成品检验、包装入库。
当然,所述步骤(4)中所用的布为也可以为其它与丙纶布性能相仿的布料。

1.一种热塑性聚烯烃浴室防水膜,其特征在于,所述防水膜由以下重量百分比的材料制成:
TPV35%、SEBS30%、MLLDPE树脂30%、钛白粉3%、杀菌剂1%,UV-91%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种热塑性聚烯烃浴室防水膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)配料,按重量百分比选取材料;
(2)将材料放入混合机中充分混合;
(3)材料充分混合后,被混合机挤出,记录挤出时的温度;
(4)对挤出的材料进行两面覆布;
(5)覆布后的材料经三辊、冷却、卷取、成品检验、包装入库。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种热塑性聚烯烃浴室防水膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中所用的布为丙纶布。
