Abstract

本治疗方法包括给风湿性疾病患者的患病部位以一个受控的撞击,在该部位的细胞中引起一个损伤,足以便得机体对这种物理损伤作出反应,以新的且必然是健康的细胞来替代那些受损细胞(而且也是患病细胞)。
用来实现此疗法的装置含有一个装在保护箱(18)或作用头(23)中并与杆(17-24)相联的撞锤头或短锤(20-20′),用电磁铁(3-4)和一组传动杆或用减速电机(28)带动下的一个偏心轮(30)顶着弹簧(15-25)使它工作。

Description

本发明是关于一种专为风湿性疾病而设计的治疗方法,该方法以细胞再生原理为基础。本发明还涉及到用来实现该治疗方法的一种装置。
众所周知,要想提供或有效地使用药物,首要的是要了解有关的病因。可是有许多疾病只知道其作用效果,而不知道导致、出现或产生这些疾病的原因或因素,对于这些疾病,只能凭借着这样一些作用效果的原因来进行分类和治疗。风湿性疾病就是如此,科学尚未发现为什么会出现这种疾病和产生它们的因素,也不知道原因是否就是某种活的微生物,或者是否相反是由结晶物质引起的。
当科学正在寻找这些问题的答案的时候,医学所能做到的就是减轻病人的痛苦。
此外,人体利用其自身机制,保护其不受疾病侵害的能力也是众所周知的事实,可是对于本发明的目标所集中的风湿性疾病,人体几乎没有反应,使得这类疾病的产生和发展几乎不受限制。
本发明所提出的解决上述问题的治疗方法是基于强制或人为地迫使人体现有机制起作用,使它们在患病区域或部位产生影响,以新的细胞来代替那些受损害的或变性的细胞。
因此本发明基于一个无可非议的事实,那就是当有了损伤时,例如手指的一个轻微创伤,细胞组织遭到破坏,该部位的大量细胞也必然受到破坏,于是人体使其自身的机制发生作用来消除这些受损细胞,并代之以新的显然是健康的细胞,这样逐渐使伤口趋于愈合直到治愈。当创伤不重时,比如那些因受到碰撞而引起的损伤,人类机体也是以类似的方式进行工作的以健康细胞替代受损细胞。
基于这一公认的事实,得到下列极为重要的结论:
“如果人体以其自身的方式使细胞再生,即以另外的一些新细胞代替受损细胞,那么对于被风湿病所侵袭的膝关节来说,比如当已经知道这种疾病只有恶化而别无它法时,也就是说,由细胞组成的细胞组织的损伤在逐渐发展时,为什么不可以这样去做呢!”
本发明的治疗方法正是着眼于迫使机体用新细胞替代被风湿病浸害的细胞,尽管通常并不直接这样做,而是采用给受到侵害的细胞组织以损伤,具体地通过轻轻敲打人为产生轻微的损伤,迫使这些被人为损害的细胞,同时也是患病细胞被其它新的健康细胞所代替。
由于损伤必须是由在患病组织上给予的一系列连续的撞击产生的,因此,不论病因如何撞击引起的振动又产生迫使细胞离开其正常的位置的离心力。
除此之外,如果在被治疗区域还加速了血液流通,这能够使人很容易想到,已经离开自己位置的载病细胞就很容易并且迅速被清除。
在撞击的同时,对受损伤组织施加热量以使其更易软化。热量可以用任何合适的方法,比如电磁波或激光产生。
在经过这段持续的治疗过程之后,所有患病细胞得到再生,结果使患病部位治愈,对该部位必须进行必要的练习以恢复其失去的灵活性。
如上所述,本发明还涉及到产生撞击的,即用来提供上述治疗方法的机械装置。
该机构由连有一组传动杆的电磁铁组成,电磁铁克服撞锤头或短锤上方的弹簧做功,撞锤使细胞组织产生所需的损伤,撞锤固定在一个动杆上,该杆在与整个系统的支架相联接的保护箱中作纵向运动。在保护箱中还装有电阻丝,电磁波发生器,激光或其它一些合适的热源。
作为选择,可以用一个带动一偏心轮运动的减速电机替代电磁铁,偏心轮通过一个弹簧将交替回缩运动传递到与撞锤相联的那根动杆上,这一方案使整个装置的结构大大简化,而且体积也减小了。
为完善现在要给出的说明并且有助于迅速理解本发明的特征,附加上一组附图,从而构成这份完整的说明部分。附图只起示例说明而不起限制作用。
图1是用细胞再生法实施治疗风湿病的装置的侧视图和剖面图,该图表明了本发明原理
图2是实施本治疗方法的另一个变型装置的侧视图和截面图,其中用小型减速电机代替了电磁铁。用于表明本发明的原理。
图3是图2所示装置的正视图。
考察这些附图,特别在图1中,可以看到该装置的一个初步实施例,它包括一个支柱(1),该支柱有一个底脚座(2),电磁铁的磁体(3)固定在上面。当相应的馈电开关(5)闭合时,线圈绕组(3′)就对锤头(4)产生作用。
锤头(4)通过铰接点(7)与杆片(6)相联接。同时,角型杆片(9)也通过铰接点(8)与杆片(6)相联,角型杆片的中点(10)联接在由支架(1)中伸出的并与之联为一体的悬臂(11)上,而在另一端,角型杆片(9)在其端部(12)与弹簧(13)的共同作用下,使杆片(14)产生横向运动,在图1中用一双向箭头标出了这一运动,这种运动也将克服固定在杆片(14)和支架(1)之间的弹簧(15)。在一个八边形肘状杆下面,该杆片延伸为一个沿导向槽(16)作一纵向运动的肘状杆(17),杆(17)的末端为带有撞锤头或短锤(20)的自由端,撞锤头(20)装在保护箱内,并允许它从箱口(19)伸出来撞击病人的身体。短锤(20)的工作面有许多突起的附加物(21),它们真正与使用者的身体相接触。
这个保护箱(18)里面还有一个热源,它可以由电阻丝提供,如图1所示,标记为(22)。不过,热源还可以是一个电磁波发生器、一个激光或某个其它被认为合适的或简便的热源。
根据这种结构,保护箱(18)显然为该治疗部位提供了恒定的热量,与此同时,开关(5)每打开和闭合一次,撞锤头或短锤就要撞击选定的部位。
根据另一种实施装置,如在图2和图3中所示,支架(1)被外壳(1′)所代替,其形状可采用图示或其它被认为可取的形式。该外壳在底部延伸成为一个相当于前面提到过的保护箱(18)的作用头(23),其轴向上有一竖立杆(24),它在底间处以短锤或撞锤头为末端,锤(20′)相当于前面用(20)标记的锤,它可以穿过该作用头(23)的底部伸出去,这一动作是由安装在外壳(1′)内的弹簧(25)来完成的,弹簧(25)与杆(24)同轴并套在上面,弹簧在支承垫片(26)和装在杆(24)上的短的径向臂(27)之间伸缩。
通过安装在外壳(11)中的减速电机(28)的作用,短锤或撞锤头(20′)间歇性地回缩到作用头中,在减速电机引出的传动轴(29)上面,有一个凸轮或偏心轮(30),它作用于该径向臂(27)从而产生杆(24)的交替回缩。这个偏心轮(30)可采用一个星形构形,简单的椭园形或任何其它被认为是合宜的构形。
根据上述说明,偏心轮(30)每作用于径向臂(27)一次,就迫使锤(20′)回缩一次,然后立即将其释放,于是弹簧(25)使锤(20′)向外弹射。可以预知,这种弹射脉冲可以随意调节,具体可通过改变弹簧(25)的垫片(26)的位置,更明确地说,通过调节壳体外面的一个调节装置(31),它能够调节垫片(26)的位置,结果使得固定在垫片(26)和径向臂(27)之间的弹簧(25)伸长和缩短。
减速电机(28)带有一个定时装置,该装置允许对每次治疗期的时间按需要进行调整,该定时装置在外壳(1′)前面装有一个控制装置(32),外壳(1′)上还有另一个控制装置(33)用来控制调整减速电机(28)用的变速器。由此,就使得调整治疗“剂量”成为可能。
在治疗期间的热量产生可由上述任何一种方式提供,但不管用何种方式,都应该能够调节,最好在外壳(1′)的前面安装一个温度指示器(34)。
整个装置固定在支架(35)上,其合适的结构构型使得作用头(23)的位置和取向很容易改变。通过操纵任何一个连在外壳(1′)上的手柄(36),使作用头(23)适当地对准病人身体上的治疗部位。

Claims (4)

1、用细胞再生治疗风湿病的方法,其特征在于其包含在人体所有隐患病部位产生可控制的损伤,迫使人体去消除这些掺杂着健康细胞和患病细胞的受损伤细胞,并代以新的和健康的细胞,此种损伤是可控的撞击所产生的,撞击将会引起破坏疾病载体细胞的正常“位置”的离心力,并在应用可控撞击使细胞损伤的同时,在用电磁波发生器或激光产生的热量进行加热的附加特征下同时增加该区域的血液的流通。
2、实现权利要求1中治疗的装置,其特征基本在于它包含一个由开关控制的电磁铁,该电磁铁通过一机械传动装置将交替运动传递到撞锤头或短锤,撞锤头位于一个保护箱内,并能够伸出来,保护箱内还有一热发生器,并装有频率和能量调节器,也有温度水平和治疗过程的长短的调节器。
3、权利要求1中的治疗装置,其特征在于撞锤头或短锤与一杆相联,杆上装有一个位于装置的外壳中的短的径向臂,固定于此径向臂和其对面垫片之间的弹簧恒使撞锤头位于壳体外面,由装在外壳内的减速电机部件中引出的传动轴上所连接的偏心轮与径向臂将顶着弹簧产生杆的间歇性回缩运动。
4、根据权利要求1所描述的装置,其特征在于弹簧垫片的位置可调,用壳体外的调节装置来调整位于作用头外的撞锤的交替驱动力的大小,减速电机带有一个定时装置和一个变速装置,它们都由设在外壳前面的控制装置控制,外壳又装在一个支架上,这样作用头的位置和取向都可以改变,通过操纵侧面的两个同样的手柄,使作用头对准病人身体上的治疗部位。
